i brought in two suit jackets and I've been here several times before but I guess they think it's smart to try and fool people by so called "taking care of them" they didn't take care of either of the jackets and I was easily able to tell because there were a few hairs on the inside of the jacket. that were NEVER touched. yet I still paid.. i never in my lifeleave reviews don't feel the need to but it is not okay for a business to try and take advantage of their clients and customers. We had been using USA previously since 2018. A few months back my boyfriend dropped off our $350 wool comforter and when we got it back it was completely ruined. Since we had used USA with no issues before, I packed the wool comforter away in the closet with the plastic wrap and all once my boyfriend had picked it up. A couple of weeks later I pulled the comforter out to switch my bedding and it was completely ruined. The wool was coming out of the seams and it was very stiff. No fluff at all. I am shocked that they would have even put it in the plastic in that condition. Clearly that was not how the comforter went into the shop as it was stiff like a piece of cardboard! As it had been a couple of weeks since the cleaning service, I did not take the comforter into the shop because I knew I couldn't prove that something else didn't happen in the couple of week in between. My fault for not checking the day we picked it up but who would have thought this would happen. I was completely disgusted that nobody had told us that the comforter was ruined. read more

I had most of my uniforms dry cleaned here until recently. They tried to charge me $15 for a 1 inch patch. Or a steel deal of 2 for $30.00. Don't waste your time drive down a min and head to advantage cleaners for half the price. (Same shopping village) the owner did the patch for free on the spot. Overpriced! read more

I have this lovely expensive shirt that I was afraid to clean but I decided tp take a chance! It was totally worth it! They javegreat prices and your item will be ready on schedule. They also do alterations and fix shoes. They were able to put a new zipper on some jeans I brought in and they were able to fix the sole of my sparkly Ugg boots! Been having my shirts laundered or dry cleaned here for the last several years. They have done a superb job every time and have never lost nor damaged an item. The prices are a little higher than most places around town but it worth it to me for the convenience. I wish they had a customer loyalty program where you received a discount after so many items brought or something like, launder 20 items and get one free! This is a good place to have your dry cleaning done. They also rent tuxedos and have a seamstress available. read more

Sadly I will not be returning to this business. My first time here was perfect. I brought in pants to be fixed with a stretch material in the inseam as the inseam ripped and I needed something more stretchy for my daily work. They got my pants finished in two days it was awesome. I went back to do the same with another pair of pants and this time the experience was not great. I requested the same as the first time (Tuesday) . My pants weren't done how I asked the day of pick up (Thursday) they were just sewn back together. They said they would fix it and it would be done in two more days(Saturday). Sadly they were not because the person that would have done it wasn't there ( understandable) but I needed them for the following day (Sunday). I was told to come back in two more days( Monday) instead I came back three days later, since it was the weekend I figured maybe they needed more time. On Tuesday ( 1 week later from initially dropping my pants off) I show up and I am told that what I requested could not be done as they did not have the material and I would need to provide it. I wouldn't have been so upset to this if I would have received a call on Monday when the pants were supposed to be finished. But they didn't call me about it. So I requested my pants back. They did try to charge me for the patch work I did not ask for. I did not pay for the crease and press either as I felt that for the whole week of inconvenience it was the least they could do. My pants were not done and it took a week to tell me it couldn't be done without me giving them the material. I am really bummed about this experience. read more

I took my pants for hemming. Sarah was courteous. Then, I went to pick my pants. When I tried them at home. I found out they were never done at all. I took it back. And I was received by a very rude woman (Betty). Who could have cared less. She looked disappointed that she couldn't charge me again. She showed no apologetic impression what's so ever. Originally, I was planning to take to more suites. I am glad I didn't. And I wouldn't. Don't give them business. This way the learn the value of a customer in this economy. read more

I went there for the first, and last, time with 2 items to be tailored. One was a ankle length summer dress needing to be hemmed, and the other a pair of slinky pants needing repair stitching on a rip. Upon returning to pick them up, I was given my dress with an uneven hem, which was also wrinkled. When I brought it up to the cashier, she went to an older woman, (mid to late 60s) who came over. She was very rude and condescending in her response saying the wiggly uneven hemline was due to the material...which is a LIE since the material is striped and the original hem followed the stripe line! When I tried to tell her that she rudely cut me off and said "it's $27" 3 times in a nasty tone. I paid it so I could get my clothing back and leave, but I do NOT recommend this cleaner/tailor to anyone wanting good work, or even fair treatment. Horrible experience!! read more

Dropped off my dress white jumper on a hanger and perfectly folded for a rush order to get a patch sewn on and was told it would be available after 3pm... showed up around 4:30pm and was asked to wait. Which is normally not a problem but then the lady started digging through bins and calling fellow workers on the phone to try and locate my jumper. She then pulls it out of the bin from the very bottom all wrinkled and smashed with the patch not sewn on saying oh their alterations person didn't come in today but if I could just come back around 7am to pick it up they would have it done.. hell no I'm not taking that chance when I have an event I have to be in dress uniform for. Had to take my now super wrinkled jumper and rush around to find someone that was willing to do it the same night... they had one chance and blew it. Won't be taking anymore items there. read more

They were super sweet and courteous and were able to get them cleaned in 24 hours (in time for the wedding)! I don't live in the area, but if we did, we would definitely be back! read more

Owners, managers didn't care, no response to calls and subsequent visit to determine what happened to clothes. Never found lost clothes!..Long story short, you've been warned! I wasn't blown away, but they did a good job and my stuff was ready when they said it would be. Staff was friendly. They got a stain out, but not on another stain, but I can't blame them since it was ink. Place looked a little dirty, especially the entrance carpet. Customer satisfaction is not the pedestal that holds this business. It was a disappointment, after over 10 years and when we complained about a spot on a shirt that we don't recall being there, the owner insisted it was and every measure was taken to remove it , when I said the dress shirt is not wearable anymore and the facility should compensate us by at least a coupon or free dry clean, the owner said she will be out of business if she did that, does that mean they have that many complains? not sure! In all cases, we are free to choose where to go next but our business could have been earned for life if only the gesture to satisfy a customer was practiced here. read more
