So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

I told the guy specifically to not leave a gap between the name/Navy patches and the top of my pocket. I showed the guy an example image as well. I also gave him a patch that was supposed to replace the whole right pocket of my uniform. I explained it in detail on how it should be done and they told me that they understood. I picked it up five days later and it was completely messed up. I explained that it wasn't what I wanted and they made me still pay! All of the work was incorrect and lazily done. They ruined my pocket and now I have to buy a new pocket patch. Do not bring your uniforms here!

According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at Valhalla Cleaners. The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

It was my friends wedding and I needed my dress altered. My friend, Jennifer, was recommended…read moreAlteration Center by another friend, so in the interest of ease I came here too. When I first walked with Jennifer, who had an appointment to pick up her dress, the owner was in the middle of helping another customer and didn't even greet us. The other customer was getting her slacks pinned for alteration. She asked the owner to complete it a certain way she liked it done in the past and it quickly became a very uncomfortable confrontation between what the customer wanted and what the owner decided she would do. When we were finally greeted and told her why we were there her demeanor changed and she was cordial until the previous customer left. Then she proceeded to talk mad trash about her! To her new customer(s)! We decided to let it roll off our backs and my friend tried on her already altered dress, which did look fantastic. I put my dress on and told her what I wanted done, which included putting a slit in the side. When I went to pick up my dress the slit was not done, it was not taken in as much as shown, and the owner threw her staff under the bus for those issues. Yet, she still decided to charge me the full previously agreed upon price even though all the alterations were not done as agreed upon. Both encounters were so uncomfortable.

Her passion shows in her work that she takes a lot of pride in. She did a phenomenal job transforming my wedding dress from a dress that I liked to a dress that I LOVE. I saw some people complained about her having a cash-only policy, but who cares. There's an ATM 2 minutes away walking distance. To top it all off, she is reasonably price compared to other alteration stores-- especially considering the work she does. I cannot recommend Amy enough, 100/10!!
