I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

Since we had used USA with no issues before, I packed the wool comforter away in the closet with the plastic wrap and all once my boyfriend had picked it up. A couple of weeks later I pulled the comforter out to switch my bedding and it was completely ruined. The wool was coming out of the seams and it was very stiff. No fluff at all. I am shocked that they would have even put it in the plastic in that condition. Clearly that was not how the comforter went into the shop as it was stiff like a piece of cardboard! As it had been a couple of weeks since the cleaning service, I did not take the comforter into the shop because I knew I couldn't prove that something else didn't happen in the couple of week in between. My fault for not checking the day we picked it up but who would have thought this would happen. I was completely disgusted that nobody had told us that the comforter was ruined.

The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Before starting, I spoke directly with the owner, Ms. Mason, who assured me everything would be handled professionally and delivered in white bags or clean, see-through bags. That is NOT what happened. When I met the delivery driver and casually mentioned that I am Jewish, his entire demeanor changed. The attitude was immediate, uncomfortable, and unmistakable. I have never experienced antisemitism in San Diego before this. Then came the delivery. My laundry arrived:    *   DIRTY    *   Stuffed into BLACK TRASH BAGS    *   4 items MISSING    *   1 shirt COMPLETELY DESTROYED Let me be very clear: This was not a mistake. This was negligence at best and discriminatory behavior at worst. I trusted this company with clothing that represents my livelihood.
