I told him that and I told him I'm trying him out for the first time. I looked at these fake ratings he has here and trusted this place. So I went to pick up the items I come home and EVERYTHING SHRUNK! His pants were shorter then my husbands ankles and his shirt sleeves and the length of the shirts were all shrunk big time. I was in shock my husband was so mad and so we called the place right away he says gets aggressive and says I don't believe it being them in. So I brought them in and show them and he just kept arguing with me. Coincidentally there was a lady behind me and heard the conversation we had she whispered to me and said I just had this issue here too, and that's why I'm here as well. So i told him and he wouldn't do anything about it. So I reported him to the BBB and they will be hearing from them. A lot of money on clothes ruined for a place that I trusted. Do not come here, I would never Make a review like this but I don't want anyone to have what happened to me happen to them. He tried to give me credit to bring my other clothes LOL. I said like what are you saying?! first I'd never trust you second you ruined all of our expensive clothes what credit?! You owe us money and he wouldn't do anything about it so I reported him.

Since we had used USA with no issues before, I packed the wool comforter away in the closet with the plastic wrap and all once my boyfriend had picked it up. A couple of weeks later I pulled the comforter out to switch my bedding and it was completely ruined. The wool was coming out of the seams and it was very stiff. No fluff at all. I am shocked that they would have even put it in the plastic in that condition. Clearly that was not how the comforter went into the shop as it was stiff like a piece of cardboard! As it had been a couple of weeks since the cleaning service, I did not take the comforter into the shop because I knew I couldn't prove that something else didn't happen in the couple of week in between. My fault for not checking the day we picked it up but who would have thought this would happen. I was completely disgusted that nobody had told us that the comforter was ruined.

Just picked up two formal dresses that needed alterations and they now both fit like a glove! One needed to be let out and the other needed the straps shortened. Lua altered both dresses and is sweet, personable, and talented. She finished both dresses well before their expected date. Carolina and Joseph, the owners are friendly and you can tell why their business has been around for awhile. I had my wedding dress consultation with Isis.
