I come here because they clean my vintage clothes, wool jackets, and men's suits flawlessly. I took a faux fur jacket to a different cleaner in the past, and they burned it; I had to give up that jacket and was so disappointed. I brought another faux fur item here with trepidation. Not only was it thoroughly cleaned, it was beautifully brushed into the correct shape. I was amazed!! They clean my vintage wool items with great care. I will always bring my dry cleaning here as long as I live in San Diego County, and they may cost a little more, but I am definitely getting what I'm paying for. And if you want someone to pat you on the head and tell you how nice you are, go to a therapist, not a dry cleaner. Come here if you want a good job on your special garments!

I don't understand what the issue is, and I don't care anymore. Today I told the employee (older woman with brown hair), exactly what I just said. Every time I come in here (or call to see if someone's there) I feel like I'm an imposition. Now, she did act sort of surprised, but I find it hard to believe that she's been complimented on her "sunny disposition." I'm taking my business elsewhere.

There was a lady at the counter for the dry cleaning area, which is a separate room from the laundromat area. They had a fairly quick turnaround for my dry cleaning and from what I can tell, they did a great job on mending the hole. It was a short visit, but I would come back if I need my dry cleaning done.

Came here and was able to use the big industrial size dryer and even though it cost so much for little time it did save me in the long run not having to drive across town. Staff here friendly, customers bring there things in and sometimes will leave and come back for them. It wasn't a problem this time, but I could see that if there were many customers here this would be. Would I recommend it yes, there's even a little mom and Pop shop across the parking lot that you can go over for snacks or lunch. It's a good area not too busy today. Give them a try if ever in the El Cajon area and thank me later.

The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

Two change machines up front. There's a restroom in the back - the door wasn't labeled, someone happened to leave the door open. Sink in the back as well but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Large folding tables. All of the front loading washers are new - sizes ranging from 3 to 8 loads. I never bother with the top loading washers. I used the 6 load washer and it was $4.75. Most of the dryers are new, 25 cents for 6 minutes. There's a lot of unused space in the front, maybe the owner is going to add more machines?? Big parking lot, the curb is green right outside. Vending machines for washing supplies in case you need something and a drink machine. A few chairs in the front to sit while you wait for your laundry.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. It's a shame because I've been going here for 10 years.
