I've been a customer for awhile. It's conveniently walking distance. This issue I've encounter is they offer no recourse after they ruin my clothing other than conversation. They double crease the pants of 4 suits! And a double crease CAN NOT! be removed. When I asked for a manager, I got the typical run around. "I never see the manager" "I don't know how to reach the mana.ger" Their solution is to go to another cleaners!! Wow!!! Pathetic! This is the only dry cleaner I ever want to use, and I have never even lived in Spring Valley! They are much more affordable than most, and they are really kind, responsible people. They have never lost anything in my 15+ years of using their services. It's unfortunate that the rest of the strip mall has deteriorated around them, but the fact that they are still in business despite the ruins is a testament to their great service. You can tell this business gets great business unlike other cleaners around. Their clothes racks are always packed with no space while other cleaners I have been to seem so empty and without quality. I brought very nice curtains to be cleaned and pressed for my office. They gave back to me all wrinkled and charged me 80$!!!!! I asked for a credit since I had no time to bring back and wait to work (I am an acupunctist and massage therapist) I need a dark room for relaxation. Sherry, horrible woman, tells me that they will only give me 12$ credit of 80$ for pressing!!!! I then called them back a week later and pretended to be another person asking about pressing curtains. These curtains were quoted 20$ each set for how many holes are at top for curtains rod. 40$!!!! As i expected. Total liars!! Total crooks!!! And I agree with other comments. I brought my items to this store on a Friday afternoon because my normal cleaners couldn't get them back to me before I needed them on Monday morning. So if you need same-day service (which most cleaners offer) but on a Saturday, then this is your place. They were very courteous when I called to see if they would be able to help, and the service was spot on when I arrived at the location (a mostly abandoned strip mall). They even went through and marked the areas which I told them needed a little extra attention. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because when I got the items back one of the stains hadn't come out. (They offered to run it through again, but I needed the clothes sooner.
