I've been trying to get over here since new ownership took over. I finally made it on my day off :( It was the middle of the day, so it wasn't busy. The laundromat was clean. Two change machines up front. There's a restroom in the back - the door wasn't labeled, someone happened to leave the door open. Sink in the back as well but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Large folding tables. All of the front loading washers are new - sizes ranging from 3 to 8 loads. I never bother with the top loading washers. I used the 6 load washer and it was $4.75. Most of the dryers are new, 25 cents for 6 minutes. There's a lot of unused space in the front, maybe the owner is going to add more machines?? Big parking lot, the curb is green right outside. Vending machines for washing supplies in case you need something and a drink machine. A few chairs in the front to sit while you wait for your laundry. read more

Poor inside signage, broken change machines, machines take either dollar coins or quarters but no quarter to dollar change machine, there is nowhere for patrons to sit except two horrid backless metal seats, no benches outside, not clean. The place was busy on a Sunday morning. Disrespectful to the patrons to have such poor management. read more

Convenient, kinda pricey. Machines will happily change your dollar bills into coins. I did have an issue with a drier (not drying). Staff said they would return with a refund, 30 minutes later I gave up waiting. My washer/dryer had died. I appreciate that this laundromat exists. The other patrons were really nice. This place is pretty clean, the ladies keep it nice and clean, cant stand when people smoke outside the business. (They need a non smoking zone sign) They have a bathroom but if the ladies are gone you will have to hold it till they return. Their prices got expensive they have about three different size wash machines and people who are struggling its I believe $6.00 for the small size and medium $7.00 and above , then to dry there is an additional expense. They use dollar coins ,you need to change your dollars for coins to wash. Keep and eye on your clothes I had stuff stolen twice here. read more

I would say a lot can improve the lady working they today 9 am roughly short lady was super rude to me I ask if she could help me break a 10$ bill an she said no you have to use the machine. Which I understand but I feel the way she said it in that way was not very friendly.an I'm thinking to myself maybe she's just having a bad day. Went here after work to wash some comforters. Wasn't particularly excited to do it but it had to be done. So I came here. My visit ended up not being entirely stellar. Most of the washing machines and dryers were out of order. One washing machine was priced one thing to use. Next to it would be the exact same machine and it was priced more. Not sure why the variance in price. There is also no attendant on site. So if you have an issue your out of luck. Which I did. I put a dollar and twenty five cents into a machine and it didn't work. I did get to wash and dry my comforters but felt the price and time to get them done was a waste. Not sure if there are other coin laundries around but I would go elsewhere. They need to definitely fix or replace a lot of the machines in this coin laundry and a make over wouldn't hurt either. This place is a N-O, no. read more

I like to have my go to laundry mat to wash my comforters! I used to go to another location where I just pay extra to have the worker wash the items and fold but they closed. I looked online and found this laundry mat and needed to know if they offered drop off services. They don't and usually I just would have found another location but the owner was amazing. Even though I've never met this person over the phone she truly made me feel so welcomed that I just had to go by. She told me ahead of time that the machine took coin dollars not quarters and told me there was atms in the same lot. Just alone off that I was like this will be my go to place. But here's where it got even BETTER. The machine I tried to use took the money and would not work. It was 5.00 there's no worker here and I was actually calling her just to let her know that the machine has an issue. She refunded me. 5.00 through zelle. I was not expecting it honestly. But the customer service that she showed is amazing, this is now my go to laundry mat ! read more

I used Casa de Oro coin laundry today. I was very pleased with its cleanliness and safety protocols. The attendant who was working while I was there never stopped cleaning. She was meticulous in her sanitizing of the machines and surfaces after every customer left. I was there for at least 2.5 hours so I feel that I got a good sense of the operation. The attendant was very helpful as well. Plenty of convenient parking, well lit, plenty of machine choices. I'll be going back! read more

Do not EVER come here. I have never seen such a ghetto laundromat in my life. Immediately I can't use any of the carts because 8 kids are playing in the only available ones. One of the machines I tried using took $2.00 of my money then decided it was done, so I wasted money and soap. Please do not EVER COME HERE. Do NOT give this place your business. Nearly half the machines don't work, and even worse there's machines that seem to be in service but they only fill up with water- with no wash or rinse cycle. Leaving you to take your wet clothes out and to put into another washer! Way over priced! 25 cents for 5 mins to dry. 1.75 for a broken 1960s washer, and 3.75 for a machine that isn't any bigger then the 1960s washers that don't work for a damn. This place should be closed. The people that own this place are frauds. Take your business elsewhere! read more

I was so happy to see this place under new management. It's super clean and the machines appear to be newer and in great working order. But what I appreciate most about Casa De Oro Coin Laundry is the service. Last week I put a $10 bill in the change machine and it only gave me one quarter. I called the emergency number and spoke with the owner who was extremely helpful. He not only came in and gave me my $10 that I lost back, but didn't charge me for my laundry the next time I came in. I love this place because there's enough washers to go around I've never experienced a shortage. I usually do 5-10 loads at one time and they have the huge washers at a reasonable price. Well today the coin machines were down to give out change. I was freaking out because I had just loaded everything up and would have hated having to take everything out and re locate. I call the number posted in the back and he called me right back. I was surprised at how fast someone got back to me I was thinking I was going to have to leave. Cash was who helped me he knows is neighbors and called them to see if I could go over to get some change from them. My washer machine blew up and I haven't replaced it yet. So for the past few months I have been wasting my clothes here. It under new management. The owners are down to earth people and friendly. I used the laundromat for the first time today: The machines and dryers were clean with the tops of the front loaders clean. They only had one side where the change dispensers worked. Only dispense dollar coins due to coin shortage. Washed queen set sheet set and blankets and comforters in one triple loader and one double loader. Dried in two dryers for $1 each dryer and they dried in a half hour. Will come here again for washing bedding. Most people were observant in mask wearing and social distancing inside. read more

It's super clean, the owner is very nice and welcoming and making sure what you need is available. Unless I move out of the area, this is my place from now on. I have been here twice. Place is very clean. Prices are much lower than my apartment complex laundry and others nearby. New machines and the owner was very nice. And the restroom was very clean. A positive when you have 2 small children in tow. I will continue to come here as long as it stays clean and the machines stay in good working order. There is even a prewash sink!! My boyfriends been here a couple times and raved about it, so I go there today and the machines are huge and really cheap for the size. We used the 8 loader for 6.75 and a 6 loader for 4.75. It got them really clean and the dryers got super hot fast. We stayed to fold and left some in the dryer, and if its in there long enough it has a wrinkle prevention where it spins them a couple of minutes. Definitely coming back. read more
