I chose this laundromat based on yelp reviews. I have been going to quality wash for over a month now and am quite happy with it. Unlike some of the other laundromats in the area (based on reviews I've read,) I have never seen any unsavory characters and have always felt safe here, even when I was the only person there. The staff is friendly, although it is only staffed during certain hours. There is free WiFi and though it isn't the type of place you would want to eat off the floors of, its clean enough for a laundromat. There are people going through there all day long, so it would be impossible to keep it spotless all the time. All the folding tables and washers and dryers have always been spotless when I've been there. That's all that matters in my opinion. They have a machine to get quarters and I believe also have an ATM. Definitely recommend. read more

Sent my clothes to their wash and dry service 3/10/25 it is now 3/12/25 and no response when i call the place. On 3/11 I went to go check if anyone was there and it was open but no one was there to help with my issue. My receipt says that It would be ready by 3/11 at 1PM. Calling again today with no answer. I had a white extra large Cali king comforter that needed a good wash and was worried I wouldn't be able to wash it anywhere but the washers and driers here are huge !! I have nothing bad to say about anything here , it might be a little pricier but to avoid traffic I came here . Not my first option . But as I was driving here , I really had to use the restroom . Everything is locked once I arrived . No attendant . It has been about an hour and still no attendant . I understand that restroom is locked for customers only , but at the other laundry mat I would go to , there was no attendants early am , but there was a number that would connect you to the owner , & they would give you the code for the restroom . Big gigantic washer was not washing correctly. Asked the attendant for help and she was bothered that I disturbed her from her phone. Washer never washed with soap. Instead got a bullsh*t answer from the attendant that the first wash doesn't wash with soap. The main wash didn't wash with soap neither. They added water to the soap dispenser, nothing happened. Referred me to a piece of paper on the wall. Neither phone number was answered. I asked my attendant for my money back and she said no because the machine still works. I reminded her that the machine did not wash correctly. There should have been soap. The attendant said that she isn't giving my money back. I used to like this laundry place. Lately it has been ridiculous. Machines don't work. Drying takes forever. When I contacted someone about the washer taking my money and not working ($6). Never got a response. And last time I was here I felt very unsafe. The machines would not take Apple Pay. So I had to use their ATM and their coin machine doesn't take $20 bills. It was a nightmare. I was disappointed this evening. I recently moved in the area and have been coming to Quality Wash weekly. I haven't used laundromats in years but was surprised at how clean and light this place was. I walk in today and it was filthy. I'm not sure if it's under new management or someone was off today but there was trash in dryers and on the floor and discarded clothes on the floor. Machines offer lots of options: hot, cold, warm, perm press... one row of single load washing machines, another row of 3 load, another row of 4 load machines...based on what type of load you do determines the $amount. 6 washers down while I visited out of 43. Quite a few dryers too. But it wasn't too busy and I got my loads done. Restroom for customers is small. Sink was out of order but there is another sink in the laundromat. Clean facility. They offer drop off service but it was closed when I got here so call or check out hours... Decent place. Convenient location. read more

This laundromat visit was not quality. This location is very crowded and there is a lot of out-of-order signs on the washers and dryers. Apple Pay doesn't work only coins or swipe card. I used five washers to wash my clothes and the moment I took one load of out the washer a group a people rushed to put their clothes right after me. I feel like my clothes were not cleaned thoroughly and fully rinsed. Some of my work shirts had soap scum on them and all I used was a capful of Tide brand laundry detergent. The two attendants were not much help. My quarters got stuck and I pressed the button and it didnt work. Attendant came over and smashed the button aggressively and had an attitude about me asking for help. There is no space to fold your items as well and a lack of seating. Also the parking is limited if you want to park in front there is about 6-7 spots otherwise you will have to park up the hill or along the street and carry all your laundry. read more

I was looking for a place to do laundry close to a care facility my father is and this was the closest. After reading reviews one of the ones that stood out was the one that said it was dirty and rundown then the business owner stated they had took over and upgraded the place (11 months ago). Not true place is still very VERY dirty, no upgrades some whatsoever, at least it doesn't look like it. The lady who attends the place is friendly and polite. This has been the worst experience I've had at a laundry mat. An Error came on after my cycle washed and half way through the rinse cycle. I asked the you lady to come check it out and she said I had to much stuff which was false. I've used the same washer with much less items. So she actually argued with me and said she would not pay for the cycle to go through. Okay so I asked for the manager and she claimed to be it. New owners took over about this time last year but there are still lots of problems. It's like stepping into a run down 1980's version of a laundry mat compared to a place like Wash N Go Laundry. We tried this place again because it's closer than our usual laundry mat and had heard it's under new management but we're unlikely we'll go back. This review is for the new owner's and new shop so unless somethings changed since Nov of 2019 a current review. There's a mix of machines from IPSO, Speed Queen (top loaders), and American Dryer Corp a brand I'd never seen before. If they remodeled you can't tell and there are loose ceiling tiles, dirty floors, tiles falling apart at the entrance, and a filthy parking lot and sidewalk entrance. There were few people there and plenty of machines available on a Sunday which was nice. Other places can be very crowded on weekends. Probably because it's a nicer place to go. Prices are about the same or a little higher than comparable laundromats that are cleaner and have better equipment. There's really no reason to go to this laundry mat. read more

The amount of fake reviews on this place make me laugh. I guess whoever took over this place didn't think they could get any real reviews. Fake reviewers mention free wifi that doesn't exist, they also talk glowingly of the run down and mostly broken machines in there. Uhhh, if you like not having much of a choice on machines to do your bedding that doesn't fit in your home machine, then this is the place for you. They repainted the walls a hideous color but couldn't be bothered to do any repairs to them. I'm guessing they bought that ugly color paint on clearance somewhere, that has to explain the tacky choice. They actually have signs on the change machines telling people that if they use them without patronizing the establishment or their substandard equipment that they are thieves. Lol, seriously? Someone who comes in to use their change machine is a stealing from them if they aren't a customer. That's like saying if you go into a place of business to use the restroom and don't buy anything that you're a criminal. Better not stop at any gas stations, you don't want to be labeled a thief..btw I've seen people who work there park their cars in the only disabled parking space without a permit because they're too lazy to park farther away. This laundromat is .05 miles from my house. So I decided to try it. Some mexican lady who was hard to understand was working. I know spanish very well so I decided to speak her native language. Asked if she could give me change for a $20...she said the machines took debit cards. Okkk!!! That's isn't what I wanted but oookkk. After I washed I accidentally put .25 cents in the bottom dryer. I needed it for the upper dryer. Oooppsss....so I KNOW the laundromat reimburst you bc they getting paid anyways so u just go ask for a quarter. Which I did....well she said "that's ur problem and u need to play attention" Wow!!!! I said. She acted like it hurt her to reimburst me .25 cents. It wasn't the stupid .25 cents. It was the way she responded and what she said. I'm in customer service AND I'm a small business owner and there's no way. No way I'd let any of my employees talk like that to a customer. That was my first & LAST time there. No way would I give another penny to rude unappreciative ppl. No way!!!! A simple Hi and a smile would have been great. This place is great! I haven't been inside of a laundromat for awhile, but my washer broke, and I needed a good place for laundry. This is fab! Easy location/parking. Clean. Owner (or manager, or employee?) is great. Very nice and helpful. Lots of machines. Some of them can wash 80 lbs at once! My laundry got clean, fast. Recommend! I do my fluff and fold laundry here and the staff is helpful, honest, and washes my clothes nicely. Sometimes Sketchy people roll through this place but I'm not there to do laundry I'm there to pay to get it done so it doesn't bother me because I'm in and out. They did have quite a few machines broken and they were not clearly labeled as to how many loads the washers could hold. You really had to guess based on prices. First time at this laundromat. I honestly never noticed this was here until I needed a comforter washed. They have super large washers. It was clean and everything was working when I went. The gentleman working there noticed I had my hands full with my baby and kindly gave me a bag to put my quarters in from the machine. I will definitely be using this laundromat whenever I need comforters washed. Bring quarters or cash (they have a change machine that takes $1, $5, $10). I didn't see an ATM. The super large washers (they have $2) were $8. I could have put my comforter and some other blankets in...it was that large. The next large washers were $6.50. Smaller washers had cheaper prices. And the dryers were $0.25 per 7 minutes I think. read more

I came here last weekend and I loved it! Came at night and there only a few other customers and the employee was super sweet and helpful. There's a laundry room at the complex where I live but the machines are worthless and it's very expensive to run the dryers. I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and go there two or three times a year to wash my quilts and blankets in the large washers (agitators are not good for quilts) then I take them home to dry. On multiple occasions over the last 10 years the last spin cycle would not always completely spin all the water out so I would let the attendant (3 different ones that i remember) know and she would add money and reset the last spin cycle which always did the trick. I have not been there in over six months. This morning I took two quilts to wash. After they washed I went to take them out of the machine and they were sopping wet so I asked the attendant (a different one than use to be there) if she would spin them out. She felt them and said they were not that wet. I asked again and again she said they aren't wet they are ok. I wasn't going to stand there and argue since I had other errands to do so I went home where it took nearly 3 hours for them to dry. Guess the "customer is always right" doesn't apply o laundromats. And I'm not really sure why she fought me on it. It wasn't costing her anything. And it was one spin cycle for Pete's sake! In a few months when I need to wash blankets and quilts again I'll be using the laundromat on Navaho. read more

There's no where comfortable to be while you wait, only chairs in front of the hot sun. Also a little run down. Some places have free detergent, but this place charges you $1 for a tiny box. This place is a hidden gem. Unlike other locations that have a "cheap" feel to them, this place feels safe, clean and secure. The price is more competitive than the surrounding laundromats. The free wifi allows me to do my work or casual web browsing if I have to wait for my laundry. I have never felt safer in a laundromat, probably because of the security cameras and manager who looks out for customer satisfaction. Maybe all this is because this place is under new management. I live in the apartment nearby but for laundry I come here for my laundry ! the laundry machine and dryer are working much better and cleaner than the one in our apartment. Toward the end when I calculate I ended saving more money + cleaner laundry ! The laundry spot (Old Sams if you go on yelp for this address) is really a great coin laundry. Our washer is being repaired and this is the second laundry I have used. The only negative is that the sign is kinda obscure and we actually thought they were not there anymore. We went to the center to start laundry and then have breakfast while is was washing. But we could not find the laundry and called the number on Yelp for the address and it was disconnected. Then we asked at the restaurant if there 'use to be' a laundry in the center and they said there still is a laundry. We were pleasantly surprised and drove down and under the center to find the laundry hid and tucked away with a sign facing away from the center. Entering we found that Sams use to be there andnow is the Laundry Spot. The machines were great as they spun the water out of the clothes making drying more easy. It was clean; attendant very courteous and frankly the whole experience good enough for me to go here and write a review! read more
