Hello, this is the second time that I've been to this laundromat where I did not get my clothes clean I had to wait last time and get my clothes re washed and they have not fixed it since the last time and now I'm experiencing the same thing I paid $10 for a wash and it just wasted myself and wasted my time I can see myself where it's not getting washed I can see where the washing machine is not getting any water I was told last time that it was the machines and there were several out of order and yet this whole front roll here does not work and I'm going through the same experience I would not go to this laundromat until they fix the machines and stop having customers pay and wash clothes that aren't getting clean and not giving them enough water to clean it thank you read more

Notables: * save your quarters for the vending machine or arcade - they use a rechargeable laundry card system * 8-load capacity washers & large dryers that can easily handle oversized blankets and comforters. * helpful customer service attendants * free WiFi, TV screens, and one of those multi-game arcade machines I couldn't figure out. Family Guy pinball was out of order T_T On the weekends, the coveted bigger dryers are usually taken. I remember the apartment days or motel road trips of dealing with unattended clothes in the only available machine, so kudos to the patrons clearing out in timely fashion. Some of the machines had an Error malfunction, so that was a bummer. This facility is kept in good shape, but shows some wear and tear in need of maintenance. Machines are old and worn out, many of them are broken. Location was not very clean. To top it off, you can only use their card to pay in the machine. And you're only allowed to add five dollar increments to the card. So the base price of one load of laundry is $10 plus the $2 charge for the card. Because five dollars is not enough to run a small machine and get your clothes dry. Definitely will not be returning. read more

I have loved this laundromat for 13+ years... but the last year or so the quality, the cleanliness, the efficiency of the machines has gone down hill. Most dryers dont work, the washers are inconsistent. The carts are always all over the place. Just over all they have not taken care of the store and ultimately the customer. I came in for wash and fold services. Turnaround time was good. Couple hours. Laundry is clean and smells good. Folded good. Price is $1.75 per pound as stated on the website. Sounded great initially. Was not stated is that there is a 10 pound minimum. This is my first time, I came because the price was reasonable but nowhere on the website does it say that there is a minimum weight charge. So my 5 pounds of laundry cost me $17.50! Ugh.... Centre laundry? More like H*Tyler Laundry, there are signs everywhere telling you what to put in washers and your forced to pay $2 just to get the laundry card to add a balance to do your laundry. It was ridiculous and I'm getting to old for this. This ain't some "they found me" kinda ish but I at least the prices were decent. Oh also the washer my friend was using had a leaky gasket or something and was dripping water as she was using it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent over $30 today on just 4 small loads of laundry and I used four of the two load washers just to make sure my clothes would be clean which was $15 total which is what I usually pay every where else, but my clothes came out soaking wet also the washers smell like mildew, the whole place was a disaster and the workers were literally gossiping when one could've been sweeping or doing something to make the place look presentable to customers. Awful run business. Half the washers and dryers are always broken. The two ladies working 1/13 around 4 pm were absolutely horrible at their jobs. One of them had attitude when my wife asks for help on the " new dryers" and she was being an absolute imbecile. Go back to quarters, so much easier. read more

This place is awesome and highly recommended. It has air conditioning, TV, and it's very clean and bright. Maris was super helpful. She lent me a Laundry Card so I didn't have to buy one and pointed me to a smaller and less expensive top loader, since I only had a small load to do. You must use one of the cards out of their machine and put money on it from your account ...the problem is you can't calculate it exactly and they do not reimburse any extra money from your laundry card back to your account . G.T.L baby!! Minus the gym and the tanning. Actually, I only dry our laundry here because our Fing dryer broke. So lately I've become a regular. Yeah you have to buy a laundry card for $3.00 to use the machines at your convience. Or you could pay the attendents cash and have them use their cards. That seemed like a pain in the ass so I bought a card and loaded it with $15.00. However, this card puts you in the laundry VIP club. Need a drink from the vending machines or some snacks? Just insert your card and it will be deducted from your balance. Need to take a piss while you're there? Unfortunatley, that will cost you a quarter too. The bathrooms are clean though. This place also has a good amount of flat screens so I don't miss the games while I'm waiting. I only wish you could use your laundry debit card for "Family Guy" pinball. I go to Centre Landry for the fluff & fold service. They are fantastic! I originally went there for my business to get the towels washed each week. They did such a phenomenal job on the towels that we began bringing our clothes. All of the people who work a Centre Laundry are very sweet! They have a quick turn around and all of the clothes come back cleaner than I ever get them, perfectly folded and smell great! I love this service!! I did the math and between cost of detergent, the washers/dryers at our complex and the time to do it myself, Centre Laundry saves me time and money on a chore that I don't like to do - I'll take that as a win/win! read more

Needed to find a laundromat close to home, Centre is clean has free Wi Fi 6 TV's and at $2.75 for a large wash and $1.00 to dry on hi for 32 mins the prices were just right! Jessica and her co-worker attendants were very friendly . They asked what my needs were which was to only have to come there for 2 weekends so no need for a card they started the machines for me and the best part NO CASH REQUIRED! 1st of all, 1st and only laundry mat I have ever been to that had a physical attendant working there! She was very kind with my many questions! I don't often go to laundry mats, but I had to wash all my families comforters and sheets and towels (so large loads). She was able to help me find the right washers and dryers, which was pretty cool. It's very nice having someone there to help! Also, the place was kept pretty clean! I was really excited when they re-opened, the place looked awesome, was cheaper then the other laundry place across town, had attentive attendants, was clean and plenty of machines. So I invested in the money card and kept coming back. UNTIL recently... the past few months the place has really gone down. I don't know if it was resold or what but there are hand written tacky notes on the doors and walls, the place is DIRTY, never an attendant around, its always dark and the machines are always dirty. I feel dirtier after I leave then when I first walked in. This is my favorite well maintained Full services Laundry Center where you can do it yourselves or drop off your dirty clothes and they will get it done for you. There is a variety of washer types and sizes for those larger items and loads down to those tinier specialty items and loads. They have installed some new washers and dryers that work extremely well for the cost of doing it yourself. "Savings on the bills" (water & electricity) I refuse to buy my own washer & dryer because of the inexpensive cost of getting it all done in approximately an hours time."wash to dry" If you do 12 washes be sure to have your card stamped for a free next wash load on the House. The Attendant is super and does a super job at getting and keeping the place clean & looking good with her Friendly smile and ready to help with ease and can do attitude. This place was recommended by a friend who used them a few years ago. The money card is great, and you can use cash or credit to load it. The dryers are huge, and dry everything really fast. Free Wi-fi, the attendants are nice, and lots of counters and tables for folding. Plenty of flat screen TVs to watch. The negatives: The washing machines ARE NOT CLEAN, and I've lost several pieces of clothing due to bleach and fabric softener stains. My white sheets came out of the wash with blue fabric softener spots all over them. Worst part, no place to sit except outside or on a hard metal bench inside. I ended up sitting on the floor. Laundry is my least favorite thing to do. It's especially difficult considering I live in an upstairs apartment, and the constant up and down to the laundry room is rough. I decided to drop my laundry off for a fluff and fold during a week when I just didn't have the patience to do it myself. The entire process was incredibly easy! It was pricey for my personal budget, but after picking up my clothes I feel that it was worth it! I dropped my clothes off in the morning before work, and picked them up on my way home.
