I don't mind paying, but also turning the temp down or not cleaning the screens and the airflow is less, is too much. Reading these other reviews I notice that recent negative ones (except for the complaint about restroom access) are all from people without any other reviews on Yelp. Previous ownership of this location always had good employees. Maybe that is no longer true, I can't say, but when I see a new reviewer saying someone should be fired, I think it's something else and not a legit review.

I walked into this laundromat hoping to do a simple load of laundry, not participate in what I can only describe as a war crime against the senses. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as *boiled regret*. Turns out, someone (or something) had spilled what had to be at least two gallons of hotdog water *into* one of the machines--and the staff just shrugged like this was normal. I asked if the machines were sanitized. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, *"It's mostly just water, right?"* Sir, no. It's not just water. It's the liquid essence of meat tubes. My clothes came out smelling like a 4th of July cookout hosted in a dumpster. To make matters worse, the vending machine only had expired snacks, and the bathroom door was held shut with a mop handle. If you're considering doing laundry here, just rub your clothes on a tree in the rain--you'll get better results and retain your dignity. Avoid. Unless you're a raccoon with a taste for nitrates.

The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

The people who have been coming here have been customers since the beginning and they are loyal customers for a reason. The store was hand-painted by the husband and you can tell she really likes flowers :) She stands by to watch NOT because she thinks you are incapable, but some people just ruin it for others. She wants to make sure you're doing it to save your clothes. Sometimes they would use waaay too much soap and the clothes stay soapy. AND they are the ones who get butt hurt and think it's the machines fault LOL There is no TP in the bathroom because people constantly jack it. If you need it, ask the office.
