**1 out of 5 stars - "The Hotdog Water Incident"**…read more I don't usually write reviews, but I feel a moral obligation to warn others. I walked into this laundromat hoping to do a simple load of laundry, not participate in what I can only describe as a war crime against the senses. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as *boiled regret*. Turns out, someone (or something) had spilled what had to be at least two gallons of hotdog water *into* one of the machines--and the staff just shrugged like this was normal. I asked if the machines were sanitized. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, *"It's mostly just water, right?"* Sir, no. It's not just water. It's the liquid essence of meat tubes. My clothes came out smelling like a 4th of July cookout hosted in a dumpster. To make matters worse, the vending machine only had expired snacks, and the bathroom door was held shut with a mop handle. If you're considering doing laundry here, just rub your clothes on a tree in the rain--you'll get better results and retain your dignity. Avoid. Unless you're a raccoon with a taste for nitrates.

The place is clean and some washing machines are not working…read more The care taker who works in the afternoon is so rude and condescending. She got upset when I told her that the machine is showing Error msg. She got up apparently upset probably because I disturbed her from her personal phone calls. She opened the machine and asked to move all clothes to the next machine. You need to do it. I have a blanket when it is dry lighter than a feather blanket. However, when it's soaked with water it feels like a toned. She was standing next to me. With her hands on the waist line as if she is there scolding a child. Her voice is very loud and attracted attention. I will never go back that Eco Laundry, will never recommend her In any other person. Even to my family. Avoid it at all cost. This is my first time to used that laundromat. I hope the owner see this negative review . And no other customer will experience such a negative interaction.

Not good. Dirty as heck, no bathroom, no sink, so can't even wash your hands. It is coin only but…read morethe coin slots are iffy. I put $4.50 in one machine and the coin slot stopped working on the last quarter. What are the chances? I mean honestly, what are the chances? The last quarter? Stay away from machine number 5. Of course there is no worker there to help rectify the situation.. I'll have to figure it out on my own. Im just going to move it to 6 and try again.

Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. It's a shame because I've been going here for 10 years.

Since the change in ownership, the laundromat has frequently been unavailable to neighborhood…read morecustomers due to commercial laundry services, making it difficult to access a business that was once my go-to, especially for washing comforters and larger items. I also believe customer parking needs to be addressed. Customers should have priority access to parking near the laundromat so they can conveniently use the services. While I understand the need for your vans, business owners and employees should make arrangements to park elsewhere when possible rather than consistently occupying spaces intended for customers. I respect your efforts to keep the business operating, but balancing commercial accounts with the needs of neighborhood residents is equally important. I hope you'll consider these concerns and find a solution that allows the community to continue supporting your business while ensuring customers have reasonable access, convenient hours, and available parking. You are the business owner and parking on site should be for customers only. Not only do your vans take up space for laundry service but also for the other businesses around.
