Our dryer broke, and I was nervous about using a laundromat for the first time. BUT the guy working today, curly hair in a low pony tail and glasses was SO FRIENDLY! I even had to run and get change. I didn't realize how much I needed to do laundry. I got 4 loads done and it was seamless. Zero issues. I brought my dog with me because repair men were going to be coming to my unit and she has bad anxiety and he was very cool with her being in the cooler air and my dog was so quiet and kept to herself. This place was so good until they let the dirty curly haired guy start filling in I paid for a fluff and fold and came back 11 hours later he hurriedly grabbed my damp clothes out of the machine and put them in a cart and pushed it to me and said here you go sorry we are busy ....so I paid for them to toss it in the washer and take it out to early and push them off to me and let some clothes fall on the ground and he lost my knee braces to/ probably stole them I've called 4 times trying to resolve the situation seeing I used them every week but nobody cares I wouldn't recommend/trust this place anymore read more

After a long week at work, decided I couldn't add another to do to my life. Called about 9am on a Saturday morning to see about full service laundry. Guy was super nice, explained how it worked and 15mins later, dropped off my laundry. He texted me right before noon that my laundry was done! Everything was nicely folded and smelled so good. I have been going for about 6 months and every week I go to wash my clothes the person running the laundromat is kind and always willing to exchange for a roll of quarters. Anytime that I have ever needed anything the people who work there are always willing to lend a hand. The machines are great and there are always enough machines for what I need. Fluff and fold is a joke they don't wash clothes 100% and if you're clothes get stolen because the staff is not paying attention the staff just say there not responsible for you clothes and if you leave money in your pockets they keep it for themselves I'd recommend a dry cleaning service over this company any day some of my clothes that I bought them I just bought and never got to use because I like washing them before putting it on ‍‍ read more

The laundromat is clean and well maintained. There is an onsite employee to assist with any questions. The only downside was that they don't accept credit cards, as someone else claimed they did. I went here by recommendation of two friends, one also suggested I find a FLUFF 'N FOLD service. Bingo! I was blown away by the whole process. I was texted when my clothes were ready. When I got home, the clothes were folded neatly and dare I say perfectly! I was completely impressed. Lee was the guy working that day. Thank you Lee! He asked if I wanted specific or had my own deterdent, hot or cold water and get me set up! This location was clean and had a nice area for laptop work, reading, or watching their TV. So I initially left a review based on my experience. The businessmanager decided to reply with assumptions that are incorrect and I don't agree with that. The fact that you, as a business owner went out of your way to assume that I used a certain washer to wash my clothes or that i put too much clothes or that I overstuffed is a reason for the issue. Assumptions which is not the case even when I wrote my initial review. I actually had three small loads. So even if I'm washing my clothes and I'm choosing hot water. I've never been charged somewhere else for choosing hot water. You get charged when you are asking for more water to be used for a larger load not because i simply am wanting hott water. I moved my clothes multiple times from multiple dryers they didn't dry my clothes.That sounds like a laundromat problem, especially if I have small loads. And the fact that some of your washers smell like mold and also the fact that the owner was more busy unloading all of the quarters from the dryer rather than focusing on cleaning or what night says a lot to me. today is about 101° & of course I had 8 loads to do in this heat but let me tell you... Joel the guy who works here should get customer service of the year award !!! He made sure everyone was doing ok with the heat. He gave everyone cold waters, popsicles, ice cloth if needed and even a mini fan to borrow and clip to your basket while washing. It absolutely helped out but even besides that on a regular day he is always so kind and polite to everyone. He is always available for assistance or whatever you may need while washing. Had a big rug needed to wash. The machines were clean, efficient and got the stain out without spending a fortune!

I came here for the first time last week and I had a generally good experience. I had questions when I initially walked in and the staff that that was there was nice and answered them. They have machines of various sizes so that was great. They also had a good number of machines. The big con was that the dryer damaged my blanket. I think the temperature was too high. If you do come here be mindful of the dryers. Although my blanket got damaged I would return to this laundromat. read more

This place really is Super if you want to launder a comforter! Half the price of the place I went to just a week or two ago in Santee to have a different comforter washed. Although I was told there was a backlog, it was only a few days over a weekend, and the comforter was ready when they said it would be. Results? The comforter came back clean and fluffy, no chemical smell, no overpowering laundry detergent or the-machine-needs-cleaning musty smell. So yay! I'll be back after the season's over and I'm ready to wash and store the heavier blankies. read more

Never used a laundry mat in my life but my washer broke so I had to figure something out. Walked in when it was pretty busy but went to the attendant and was honest, I have NO idea what to do! I didn't get his name but he was great. He walked me thought the different machines, the sizes, costs, and times. Gave my $20 bucks, got my quarters and knocked out ALL my laundry in less than 2 hours. Was easy. The place was clean. Everyone was nice. My daughter and I really like this place. It's clean, large, and they always have an attendant on duty. They have a customer restroom, vending machines, a microwave, a kids play area, and a lounge. I used to bring my separation anxiety dog instead of leaving her home, a great convenience to me. My daughter brings her dog now. It seems that if your dog is well behaved and you have a way to keep track of them, they don't mind. My daughter's dog just stays in her bed. The change machines always work and their machines are a better value than many. read more

1.17.2020 It was time to wash the blankets again. I wasn't sure where to go as the other times I just went near my workplace which made it convenient. So this was the first time looking for a place to go wash the heavy duty big blankets. Of course I had to look at my handy dandy yelp app. Super Laundry was the first one that popped up. Read the reviews and I actually thought, "nah" next place. But then after reading other places this first place seemed a lot better. The first reason that I skipped was the fact that they charge you a dollar more if you use hot water. I'm just thinking they can just use one price right? But then again I guess the other perspective is someone may want to use cold water to wash to save a buck? I don't know.. Random thoughts... But here's my experience: Upon walking in I wasn't sure where the big machines were so I just drop my bags anywhere and walked around the whole place to scope it out. Once I found the machines I needed to use for my blankets it was time to wash. This place was clean, I liked how they had a sitting area with charging station, a arcade area with video games, and a kid area. Sounds neat right? Being scattered brain on this day I completely forgot my laundry soap, so I thought I'll just buy it, Um yeah I didn't pay attention to the machine and end up buying some cleaning detergent for after wash. Okay that wasn't it, I was about to go purchase again and some nice lady let me use hers. In the end I found out you can purchase laundry detergent from the counter. The guy who works there was doing laundry and since it was my first time I didn't notice he was a worker until someone went up to purchase something. So now you know you can purchase laundry detergent at the counter. Next while my blankets were washing I decided to use my laptop and do some work. It was really hard to do work because some lady with both ear phones on was talking on the phone and decided to sit next to me but at the edge of the counter facing me. It really looked like she was talking to me, super rude but what can you do? So I left the seating area and noticed that there were chairs at each folding table. Well then, I'll just sit at one of the chairs. So that was nice and convenient and the fact that each folding table were big which made folding large blankets easy. Dryers were okay and about a quarter per 6 minutes. After putting a 2.00 each dryer and it still wasn't dry at this point I just took it out and decided to dry it at home instead. That worked better for me. Overall this place was clean it is noisy in here whether it's people talking, the loud arcade, or the running machines, don't expect quiet. I didn't of course but definitely was thrown off with the lady facing me talking. Plenty of machines to use, Big laundry mat. read more

I haven't used their laundry services. I have, however, used the facilities. The site is very clean and the attendants have been very nice and easy to communicate with. I used the commercial front load washer for some heavy items such as jackets and bedding. Very easy to get everything done in one visit. I brought an iPad and something to read. I did 4 loads. From start to finish I was there for 2 hours. That is from unloading my car to begin washing/drying to loading it back up to leave. Perhaps next time I will use their drop-off service. From the safe neighborhood and environment in a nice small shopping center with ample machines and dryers, thoughtful employees who offer ways to keep cool during the hottest days of the summer, and their noticeable ability to continuously clean the whole place around everyone every time I've been there, this laundromat is great. I have to say that today I was absolutely blown away! I have lived in this community most of my life and used this place multiple times to wash our bedding that is too large for our machines. Today however, I was overcome by amazement! We have a ridiculously stupid, yet adorable HUGE puppy. He gets the "zoomies" and runs across our bed in excitement. Today I dropped off my comforter to be washed and when I picked it up, the gentleman working asked if I have a dog. He recognized some snags and said he found two tears that were from my dog (I had never seen!) and HE SEWED them!!!! He couldn't guarantee that it would hold up but WOW! I was so blown away by his going above and beyond without my asking and didn't even charge me!!!! (Don't worry, I tipped!!!) but I just felt he needed a shout out because I don't feel like we get service like this anymore! read more
