I took 2 shirts in to get 6 patches sewn on a Thursday afternoon. I needed my uniforms by Tuesday. The lady assured me they would be ready. My wife went to pick them up on Tuesday after 3pm and my uniforms were not ready. She started to sew them on the spot while my wife waited. The quality was horrible. I paid $120.00 cash only for me to have them fall apart right away. I shouldn't have given them a chance, however I like to support ma and pa businesses when I can. Usually small businesses have great service but not only was the quality horrible but the value and customer service was way below average. The lady who was there was so rude and acted like we were a bother. Never again!

I come here because they clean my vintage clothes, wool jackets, and men's suits flawlessly. I took a faux fur jacket to a different cleaner in the past, and they burned it; I had to give up that jacket and was so disappointed. I brought another faux fur item here with trepidation. Not only was it thoroughly cleaned, it was beautifully brushed into the correct shape. I was amazed!! They clean my vintage wool items with great care. I will always bring my dry cleaning here as long as I live in San Diego County, and they may cost a little more, but I am definitely getting what I'm paying for. And if you want someone to pat you on the head and tell you how nice you are, go to a therapist, not a dry cleaner. Come here if you want a good job on your special garments!

I don't understand what the issue is, and I don't care anymore. Today I told the employee (older woman with brown hair), exactly what I just said. Every time I come in here (or call to see if someone's there) I feel like I'm an imposition. Now, she did act sort of surprised, but I find it hard to believe that she's been complimented on her "sunny disposition." I'm taking my business elsewhere.

To be honest there are some shady doings going on there. My mother had a blouse that she dropped off and when she picked it up and got it home, she noticed EVERY BUTTON was exchanged with some cheap trashy buttons. Also she had a yellow shirt that Mr. YOUNG and his staff couldn't find.....miraculously a few weeks later it was hanging up for her to pick up. CLEARLY someone used her shirt for their own personal usage and then brought it back to re dry clean. Ever notice how Mr. YOUNG always hand carries and places your clothes in your trunk or car JUST FOR YOU, next time look at the garments and load them up yourself or they're probably the wrong item. It might not be Mr. Young, perhaps his staff in the back of the shop, but HE CLEARLY knows shady stuff is going on. He acknowledged the swapped out buttons. Do yourselves a favor and keep moving by till u find another spot. Basically they're shady even when it's cloudy and rainy outside.

UPDATED 2/2024 Clean…read more Sanitized. Working machines, clean always, well maintained. Change machine works. Large machines up to 6 lbs. Dryer is 4 minutes per quarter. This is much higher than dozens of laundry places in San Diego. The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.
