Last wash call is 8:30pm, pay zero attention to the close time. Seeing as San Diego is supposedly some "transplant" city we've all heard of certain schools or cities have their "bars". Usually owned by a transplant who decorates it with memorabilia, but have you ever heard of a "Packers" Laundry? The entire area behind the counter is strewn with Packers fan gear, Cheesehead this and cheesehead that, the staff is always decked out in green packers wear. We get it, your from Wisconsin and are a Green Bay Packers fan, we also get you travel well, but sometimes people decorate in sports décor because they have no style. Sorry back to the task at hand. Wash, rinse, dry, repeat. Their fluff and fold service is just the employees working to do your laundry, they commandeer specific machines to do so, which usually isn't bad, as even when it's busy it's really not that busy. I just don't see the value in the service. That 1 sock will always get lost people. The prices are competitive, but they charge extra for warm and hot water washes, at significant increases versus extra energy used to actually heat it. Dryers are pretty good, never really too hot to shrink and have super industrial lint traps which can do many loads between changes, but staff never clean them. The dryers are a plenty, but need watching as they do not lock like the washers. Most of the customers here are on the rude side too hogging machines, taking up way too much space and with parts of the store commandeered by the "fluff and fold" service it's not as big as you might think. The place is not dirty, but it's not clean, it's pretty convenient, but with almost "across the board" customer service issues I had to deduct. The 8:30 final wash policy is really something I find hard to edit the times. The machines themselves work well, but I've had white undershirts stained. The only things it really has going for it are that it's never really packed, the industrial dryers are cool and they have a TV/waiting area. Other than that I'd stay away. read more

So I moved here from the Bay Area and in the insanity of the move, between my fiance and I, we accumulated 3 weeks worth of laundry. Too much to take care of in our 1 shared laundry machine. I haven't been to a laundromat since college so my points of comparison aren't exactly up-to-date. As far as laundromats go, this one has everything you need and more. There's like laundromat culture. It's super interesting. People are moving around carts, going to specific areas, everything follows this unspoken etiquette, and it all ebs and flows. They have wifi and a fairly big tv to entertain you while you wait. There's also a starbucks and a decent bagel shop in the same shopping center you can kill sometime at if you don't feel like loitering in the laundromat. Hehe. read more

I haven't been to a laundry mat in probably 15 years. 2 weeks ago I got a King bed and the comforters are too large for my washer and dryer so I came here to clean them. I was apprehensive about going to a laundry mat because the last time I went to one it was kind of nasty. This was not the case here. The attendant today was very helpful when I asked him about drying times and what he recommended for my comforters. The entire time I was there he was cleaning the units and floors. The place was clean and had a lot of carts for your laundry. An ample amount of washers and dryers (all that I used) in good working order. They had a tidy play area for the little ones and some video games as well. They also have a little lounge area with data ports to charge your phone or electronic devices while you wait. I will drive all the way from Alpine to wash my comforters here. read more

Did some laundry here. Dryers worked quick (6 minutes per quarter). Washers worked well. Guy working here was nice, got the wifi password with ease. Went to Von's and got some Starbucks, came back and let the little one play in the kids area for a bit. Overall, not a bad experience, and if my laundry room isn't fixed soon I'd come back here. read more

I came here to wash a very "fluffy" pillow top queen sized mattress pad and was greeted at the door by the one man show running the Fluff 'n Fold. Looked like he was quite efficient and proficient at doing so. He advised me to use the four load washer which I was heading toward anyway but I appreciated the attention. Wash was fast and hopefully thorough! The actual facility is very clean with nice sinks if you need them, a working quarter dispenser if needed as well, chairs/tables to sit at and even paper towels! My only issue is that they need more of the largest capacity dryers. Many people use these for their regular laundry as well so having to wait for almost an hour with an oversized item was a bit frustrating. Otherwise would have given a five star rating as the facility and vibe were great. I don't have a ton of laundromat experience but out of the ones I have utilized, this place was definitely the best. read more

Needed to wash a King Size comforter. So finally went to Super Laundry. Cost $5.50 to wash a large load. The machine took a bit more than $5.50 because the change didn't log in. But once I got it going, it washed within a half hour. The dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes. My king size comforter cost $1.75 to dry. In and out in under 30 minutes. The faciilty is clean and has staff on hand to help with any issues. read more

However, as I was moving into my bachelorette pad last November, the first resident I encountered, pulled me aside conspiratorially, telling me"do not use the complexes laundry facilities, they're dirty and really expensive. Go around the corner. There's a nice laundromat." So I did, and this is it. It's a nice place. Free wifi, clean, the staff are friendly, and the one young fella that works here is a big NFL fan so that's nice for me. It's a laundromat. It's fairly clean, and they maintain the machines pretty well. My son likes this place because they have free wifi and it's in a shopping center with some food places. What can I say, the kid has his own priorities. I find it slightly annoying that they charge you more for warm water and than double that for hot water. It seems a little excessive and petty to me. I've seen places charge for hot water, but not warm. And it's usually half the price they're charging for hot. Then they charge for the dryers in 6 minute increments, this is also small. Especially with the extra large dryers which is one of the reasons I come here, to dry comforters. These charge in 4 minute increments. It just seems like they are nickel and diming everyone slowly and surely. I guess that's how they get you though. My washing machine at home is pretty small and I prefer to just do all my laundry at once to get it over with. They do have a child's play section here, which I stay clear of. I can't imagine the amount of germs in there. They have an area with couches and a tv too. It's too close to where the kids play, I like peace and quiet. They also have a couple vending machines and a microwave to pop your popcorn I guess. There's a bathroom too, but I've never used it. You can change your bills in the back in the change machines or ask the attendant for quarters if you don't need to break a $10 bill or whatever. They're usually nice. read more

Great place to do your laundry! I usually have 6-12 loads and with the 3,4 and 5 load washers I get a lot washed in 30mins. And with the larger washers I can do the rugs, blankets and such. The staff and owners are wonderful people. The place is always clean, including the restroom. I can get in and get my laundry washed, dried and folder all in 1.5hrs. Positives FREE WIFI Big couch to relax on Soda machine Normal run of the mill tables and chairs you find Large and lots of machines (regular sized and extra large) Change machines Bathroom Clean and staff is helpful Negatives Floor is clean but not super clean, needs some bleach to clean up the stains. Its also near a Vons and across the parking lot from Taco Bell so if you get hungry your good. They also do fluff and fold if you don't feel like doing your laundry yourself. I haven't been to a laundromat in years and I always remembered them as dirty, cramped and expensive. Super Laundry totally changed my mind. My family and I were here in San Diego on vacation. The house we rented did not have laundry so after a few days of beach trips, swimming and generally having messy kids, I needed to do laundry. I used Yelp to find the closest laundry and Super Laundry was it. First thing I noticed is hoe well lit the place is. It's clean. And it's a pretty big place with lots of machines in varying sizes. What I loved was the free wifi and the TV room. I've never experienced anything like that at a laundromat. It is located in a shopping center with a grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, and a couple of fast food places. Throw in your laundry and it's easy to grab a latte or a snack. Like I said, I hadn't been to a laundromat in years because I have a laundry room at home. But if I had to take my laundry somewhere, I would definitely bring it to Super Laundry! read more

I've been using this place for over 3 years. The staff is really helpful if you have any questions and are friendly. They have two types of machines available. One for normal loads and one for things like rugs, pillows, comforters, etc. Their pricing is posted specifying whether you want hot cold and one type of machine has a soil level option as well. There isn't any posting on what the dryers are but $.25 = 6 min with 3 heat options on the standard dryer. I unfortunately haven't used the industrial ones so I don't know the prices. For the most part it's never so busy here for me that I have to wait. But occasionally I have to wash and dry on opposite sides but that's ok. They have a lounge area with a couch and a computer area and a tv. There are games for the little ones or for you and a kids corner with a little toy house and toys for your kids to be occupied with. They also have free wifi but you have to ask an attendant for the password. If you are in this Fletcher Hills/El Cajon/La Mesa/San Carlos area, this is a great place to get your laundry done. Used to go to a laundromat in my neighborhood but finally left b/c the machines were always breaking and there wasn't an attendant. I drove around quite a bit before finding Super Laundry. I go out of my neighborhood every week just for this laundromat and over the last two years have developed a great relationship with Juanita and her son, Saungho. Not only is there always someone there, but if you lose money in the machine or accidentally choose the wrong soap from the dispenser, they will refund you immediately. It's funny how there are regulars at a laundromat and over the years, I've met many, it's almost like a little family and I always feels welcome when I go. Not to mention, they have 4 different sized of washer machines, two walls of dryers, wifii, couches, chairs and a working bathroom. There are also nearby stores if you want to walk around. My washing machine broke down several years ago and I'm saving up to get new washer & dryers. But because of the relationships I've built there, it's funny, I know, but it's been very easy to procrastinate! read more

So I came here because a neighbor recommended that I do. So far I love it. I've been here more than a handful of times and I've been pretty satisfied so far. There's plenty of washers and dryers so you're never waiting for them. They have a lounge area with couches and counter seating (good if you want to eat) with TV. There are couple arcade games and you machines for the kids. And my favorite of all, is that there's a play area for the children. It has a small play house, mini play kitchen and other small toys. Great for parents who have to bring their children with them, like me! They also have a laundry service and will wash your clothes for you. It's also near a few grocery stores (smart and final next door & Aldi down the street) so you can grab a few things before dinner if you're in a time crunch. Only come to do your laundry here in the weekdays if you can. Joel is a stellar worker and super helpful to the customers. He will go out of his way to ensure you have the best experience possible. However I only rate this business three stars because of the experience I get when I come to this place in the weekends. It's a completely different experience versus what I experience during the weekdays. Ashley, the employee that works on the weekends is simply an awful employee and I do not recommend coming here when she is working. She's lazy and spends more time talking with her friends when she should be working. The establishment is always a mess and she closes and starts turning people away way before the last call at 8:30pm. It's simply an awful experience coming here to do laundry on the weekends. The laundry room at my apartments recently got closed down, so I've been forced to go the laundry mat route. This place is actually not that bad. The staff is friendly and it's affordable. They have plenty of washers and dryers. It's never been packed when I've been here. It's relatively clean, there's free wifi, and it's right next to a sushi place, Starbucks, and Von's. Since I live within walking distance, I come to this place often. I checked online, closed at 10 perfect! I walk in at 8:55 (since I've actually done laundry before I know how long it'll take me). A guy (an employee apparently) yells at me from around the corner while smoking a cigarette saying "hey are you washing". Well, yes that's usually why people come here, u can't we're closed. Um, pretty sure you're not closed... So I inform him that I read online closes at 10, nothing more of when i can't start my last load, i know what time you close, i can do simple math... and being that I was previously .. in my younger day taught to tell time accurately. So I knew I had an hour, plenty of time for a wash and dry of my not so heavy clothing. He points to the door, which has an 8:30 last load sign, like sorry that you didn't know what our door sign said, ok, so he then again tells me well unless u have a small load u can't wash... So... the washers have different times based on load? I disagree, but I guess when that's the only logic u have available, you'll run with it. So moral of the story, I was literally told NO YOU CAN'T WASH, a full hour before closing time... Damn, I wish I could do that sort of thing at my job. But I've read this place has less than sub par employees so I'll just chalk it up to that. Go finish your cigarette buddy, you're doing a great job as time keeper, now in the mean time, I'll be finding a new place to do my laundry. Very helpful employees. Plenty of washers and dryers. Didn't have to wait to wash or dry. Have a waiting section as well as a kids playing area and some games. I've been going here for about a year now and each time it's clean and comfortable. I feel like most laundry mats feels unsafe and tend to have suspicious characters hanging around, but not Super Laundry. I come here because I always feel safe and comfortable here. Parking is always available and the attendants are really helpful as well. Their wifi is really good and i'm able to watch netflix while I wait for my clothes. They have a great lounge area as well with comfortable couches. It's in the same plaza as CVS and other restaurants. The machines aren't cheap but that's normal. A big machine is 3.50 and smalls are $2.25. They do not have an ATM and no credit card machine so bring cash to get quarters! Staying in Santee and needed to find a laundromat, in reading reviews, I decided this one seemed the best! Things I liked, nice area, lots of washers and dryers, it was clean, it wasn't crowded! Things that were not great, were the prices! I didn't see any small washers just the front load ones, it also cost 50 cents more for hot water, which to me seemed off to me. I gave it four stars because the convenience and it was in a good area! They do have a change machine and if you need detergent and stuff like that. read more
