I love this place because of the employees. If I'm going to be at a laundry mat for hours I need to like it. Cody and Maris (I asked the gentleman for his name and his co workers)are always so welcoming no matter morning or night. Whenever there is an issue/concern with me or anyone else they are quick to help. Everything is very clean, nothing smells like anything (nothing musty, no leftover scent from cleaning supplies), all the dryers smell 100% neutral... And the service is outstanding! I went in today and the young lady helping me was incredibly helpful. I should've come here months ago. I noticed a couple people complaining about machines out of order, but there was absolutely no shortage when I went in today. So. Many. Machines. It was maybe a little warm inside, sure, but we're doing laundry here, moving around, lifting, etc, so what do you expect? This place is great! I keep coming back mostly because of the Staff. All the Girls are AWSOME as well as the Manger. They are always attentive to what is going on, and make you feel welcome. They have 3 different sized washer's and they have T.V.'s and free WI-FI so you don't get in to trouble. lol Place is always clean! The down side of this place is that your stuff don't fold itself and you have to pay to use the restroom. read more

My first time using a laundromat in a long long time and this is an enjoyable experience. Lots of machines, clean facility and they take cash or credit. Not to mention there's free wi-fi, just show your laundering card to the attendants. The two downfalls I noted are: 1. there's only one w/c or rest room that you gain entry by using your pre-paid laundry card 2. no sinks in the facility other than one in the w/c to clean up little messes. read more

Horiable horable horable do not ever go here i was pregnet and with my five kids there i just got done spending 59$ on all our clothes nothing worked none of my clothes dryedfrom me i let it go and had to use the restroom and i was in a hurry the keys to open it were right there but the girl refused to help me out she said it only opend with my card i told her i just spent all my money on the machiens she said it was not her problem i ended up driving home in a hurry and it caused a lot of stress on me . I use to like going to this laubdry matt but its pretty ran down now. I wont be going back. Its says garanteed wash . But thats not. True. I lost 6 dollers and i couldnt even get my 6dollers back. Don't waste your time here. First, they don't accept the old coin cards from the previous owner (lost 10 bucks on that one). Second, all the washing machines end in a .78 cent ending, rip off!! Third, you have to buy one of their coin card for $3 (which I like use because I don't have to carry coins around), but buyer beware! If you have money left on the card you can't cash it out. This is something they failed to disclose to me. Also, this is how they profit of the .78 cent ending washes. They anticipate you will have leftover money on your card or lost your card. Either way, they profit on YOUR extra money and you lose. BIG RIP OFF!! In a time were every penny counts, don't waste your money here!! read more

Place is clean prices & decent prices. The reason for the 3 stars is due to smell of smoke. I have been there 3 times, each time it smells of smoke from all the outside cigarette smokers. I go their to clean my clothes not to leave with the smell of cigarettes on them. Isn't their some city ordinance that states no smoking withen a certain number of feet from a businesses doors? Couldn't you post some non smoking signs and discourage it? Leave doors closed if that's not an option? Come on people get with it and have some common courtesy. read more

This place is ridiculous!!! Half the machines don't work and even though it's only 8:45 and they are open until 10 they guy on staff tonight closed off half of the dryers right by where I'm washing my clothes so that I can't use them and have to take everything to the back dryers where I can't keep and eye on them because I have to go outside to get away from the toxic ammonia smell from him insisting on mopping the floors. I am extremely disappointed with the service received at this facility! I had been in one time earlier to wash a comforter, as I have my own washer and dryer...the young lady before allowed me to add cash to a laundry card as I am not a regular customer instead of having to purchase one. I went in today to wash my comforter again, added my laundry soap, and softener...I went up to have the girl at the counter help me, and instead of helping me, she proceeds to tell me that I need to purchase a card for $4 first. I explained that I am not a regular customer and that I already added my soap, and she said she wasn't able to help me. I asked to speak with a manger and she said the manager was busy and that I could call back on Friday when the manager was available. This is the type of customer service offered to paying customers?! Needless to say, I took my comforter and left. I will no longer be returning to this facility! read more

Come in to do my laundry at 815 the "last load" is at 9 and the place is open till 10. the person working the place had every row but 1 blocked off and cleaned so I had to do my laundry in the more expensive washing machines when I only had 2 loads. She even had the ones I was using cleaned up and opened like she was about to block off that row and when I went to the machine and started putting my clothes in she stared at me giving me dirty looks. I thought last load at 9 means I'm free to use whatever washer I want until 9 apparently not. On top of that there was no ac on and inside was around 90 degrees. I came to this laundry mat after my usual spot pissed me off. It was quiet with lots of machines in here. They don't take quarters though. You do have to purchase a "laundry" card for $3 and load money on it to use with all the machines. If you don't plan on returning to this laundry mat, you can turn it in when you're done at get your 3$ back, but if theres anything on the card, that is non refundable, so just load enough for what you need and you wont lose any money! read more

Best Laundromat that I've been to! They accept credit cards and have a VTM card that doesn't cost you anything. You pay a $3.00 deposit but you get it back after you use up whatever amount you want on the card. No hassle with finding coins and extra cash. The attendees there are super nice. Their prices are really good and they have a great wash, dry and fold service. I just do the dry and fold because it saves me money and time. This place is super clean, has free WI-FI, 6 flat screen TV's and great vending machines for snacks/drinks, etc. read more

Cleanest & Friendlies Laundry ever! Haven't used a laundry mat in forever, and had some items that needed washing prior to delivery of my new washer. What a clean and airy place! Felicia, an employee there, helped me navigate the process and checked on me to make sure the clothes were cleaned to my satisfaction! How incredible is that? Great service...and on a Sunday too! The worst laundry mat ever. First of all it cost $4 to even get a card to wash-ridiculous!!! I put $9 on the card well after my first wash which is suppose to be $3.25 it told me I had $1.25 left. So when I went to speak to the clerks I was told that I probably left it too long, I told them no I didn't and that I had only one load so there was no way I could be lying. They just stood there and continued to tell me I was wrong. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told the manager only works mon-fri from 7-12. I asked them for a number to cal and they said there wasn't one. Legitimately the worst place don't ever come here unless you want to be ripped of and treated like you don't matter. read more

Love this place. No dealing with quarters you load cash or credit on a card. Clean and there's plenty of machines as well as folding room. My one complaint is its in santee and I'm in El Cajon. I really liked this laundromat the first couple times I used it but that was short lived. Lots of pros, LOVE the ac in the summer time, very big with tons of washers and dryers and lots of options for load sizes, vending machines and a few arcade games, lots of TVs, a lot of new dryers and new washers. That being said, there seems to be serval out of order units every time I come. The restroom has smelled very foul almost every time I've used it. Prices are higher than other places I've gone to. But what has urged me more than anything to take my business elsewhere would be the level of customer service provided by one attendant in particular. The first time I came there was a very nice young man that was very helpful and pleasant and seemed to know a lot about the machines and had some great pointers. Since then there has been a middle aged woman with dark hair who quite frankly just seems sour. I've asked for assistance a few times with a few different issues and she doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge regarding the machines or the laundry card. Very brief with answers and makes me feel that I am troubling her to ask for help. I always go later in the evening and I have a two year old child. Last week when I went this same attendant began her cleaning duties and was mopping right next to where my daughter and I were finishing our folding. I absolutely appreciate cleanliness but the smell of chemicals from the mop bucket was very intense and overpowering for myself, so I can't imagine what my little daughter felt like trying to breathe that in. I made a comment about the smell and the attendant continued on as if I wasn't even there. That was the final straw for me. Everything else I could deal with because overall the pros outweigh the cons, but having such a rude attendant on duty and having hazardous chemicals next to my child with absolutely no regard is what will send me elsewhere. read more

Stopped here because I was in the area and thought I'd check out someplace new to me. This place is ridiculous! I gets 1 star because it is a fairly large (though void of customers) laundromat. Downhill from there. They expect you to pay $4 for a card that you add money to and use in the extremely overpriced machines. The $4 doesn't count for anything except the privilege of having one. When I asked the attendant (after waiting 5 min for her to show herself) what the $4 was for, I was told 'cuz that's the way it is'. I had already loaded my clothes and put in the soap when I discovered the rest of this nonsense. The prices have gone up since Ide F. reviewed on 9/2/15. The Superload is now $7.25-$7.45 or $7.50 depending on hot, cold, warm wash. Giant load $6.25 with double and singles staying at $3.25 and $2.50 respectively. I was so angry about the ridiculous $4 card, equally ridiculous prices and attendant, that I loaded my clothes back into the car, uncaring about the loss of detergent and boosters I had used, and went to my regular spot on Navajo. (Love that place.) No card to purchase, prices were $2 less for Giant, attendant friendlier, supplies cheaper, and air-conditioning cooler. I saved about $10 over Centre Laundry. Why? This laundry center is one of the best centers...it is always clean, the tenants work hard to help individuals either getting started with their laundry, or if you have a problem with a machine they help resolve the problem instantly. You don't have to buy a laundry card to use this facility. You can give the tenant your money and they will start the machines for you. This is perfect for some people that may be traveling and they need to stop and do their laundry before moving on. read more

I love this place, it is big and super clean!!!!!!! They use a card which i like cause i don't have to worry about coins and there is always someone there to help.
