I'm going to be honest. I am so shocked by the service mainly because this establishment has been here so I long. I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here back in June. Yes, I know that was a while ago, but I ended up not wearing my dress. Today I decided to take a look at it since I decided to go for something else and wanted to see its condition. It was clean overall (there was a stain still on the front of it)and okay then I decided to put it on. SOMEONES NAILS FELL OUT OF MY DRESS!!!!?!! Now I know for certain these were never mine bc I have never gotten short almond nails in MY LIFE especially i would not chose this color. I was truly disgusted about what I found and disappointed that I never opened the dress sooner. The owner is super unprofessional. I walked in twice (to drop my item off and again to pick it up). She was on her phone and saw me, but didn't greet me or anything. I looked around to see if anybody else was there and she finally got up and asked what I wanted, as if I was an inconvenience to whatever she was watching. It took about 5 minutes to get her to understand that I wanted my clothing item to be taken in a bit on the waist. She kept trying to do different things- and I kept having to redirect her and show her what exactly I wanted done. She got frustrated with me.... for wanting my clothing a certain way. Everything seemed to be an inconvenience for her, even up until the payment. She walked off to sit back down and I was like "excuse me? Like... I'm still here". Anyway, she's super rude, they're more expensive than other cleaners, and I didn't even get exactly what I asked for at the end. They even left ugly remnants of where they worked (thread peeking and visible stitched on the outside). Never coming back. read more

So, I've now been going once or twice a week to drop off and pick up clothing I wear for work. The first thing that strikes me is the warm and personable customer service. This gentleman is sometimes the first person I see in the morning, and that "Good morning, mr. Corley" counts for a lot. My clothing comes away looking so clean and crisply pressed, it gives me confidence when I go into a meeting. I'm especially impressed by how long my clothes stay pristine. I can sneak in a second wear if I really need to. I feel that this little neighborhood dry cleaning shop sets me up to be strong in my workplace. I brought my daughters dress back in to have a stain removed that was hard to get rid of the first time when I brought it in for cleaning! The owner, Scott did call me the first time that I brought it in to let me know that the stain would not come out, and he tried but didn't want to ruin the dress!! He saw that I was stressing a little about getting it cleaned in order to sell the dress, he could have said he couldn't get the stain out and sent me on my way, and I would have understood that he tried!! That didn't happened, he said that he would try one more thing to try to remove the stain, and will do it for no charge and even offered me a discount next time that I needed something cleaned! He even gave me a box of candy for Christmas, , its not his fault the stain was tuff!! I picked up my dress today, Friday when they called me to say it was ready! In looking at the dress, it looked as though nothing was ever wrong with it, it looked brand new!! I so appreciate Scott and his staff for going the extra mile for me, he's made me and my daughter, very happy!! My husband comes here all the time but I've never been until recently. He usually brings in his expensive jerseys or jeans and anything of mine that can't be washed. I'm not sure too much of pricing but it seems pretty reasonable. I brought in my traditional skirt and scarf to be dry cleaned and also requested they add a secure to my skirt. A lady who appeared to be the owner was super nice! She said she wasn't sure if she could do what I asked but that she would try and see what she could make work. I asked for a clip that hooks on but she said she can do sturdy buttons. She never had the hooks I requested but she said she would try and if anything the buttons will be sturdy enough to hold up. I honestly didn't mind and wasn't too picky so I let her do whatever worked. Turnaround time was pretty quick too. I wasn't in a rush but it took about 4-5 days which is reasonable because of the alterations. When I picked it up to my surprise she had the hooks for me instead of buttons. Definitely need to be dry cleaning my clothing more often. read more

I asked to dry clean and put a patch on my husband's dress whites uniform and it came out with new stains and not pressed correctly. They offer same day I decided to give them a couple days so I wouldn't want to rush them but they should take their time and look throughly of these uniforms. Every time I go to this dry cleaners, I always get what I ask for no questions asked (except when asking about specific details of course). the best thing about this place is not only the excellent service they give you, but the same amount of excellence given in customer service and satisfaction. last time I visited to fix 2 of my uniforms, asking to have it done within the day. I have been to this dry cleaners a few times and the owner is just about as rude as they come. I've told her she doesn't have to be so unprofessional. Greeting clients, saying "thank you" or simply acknowledging clients as they enter go a long way. I went there to get my daughters flower girl dress hemmed and she was unhelpful and just rude. So glad I trusted the other reviews on here. I just moved to the area so I had to find a new place to get my clothes altered. I brought in a skirt that nearly fit my waist and a jumpsuit where the top half was too wide for me. They communicated well to me to make the adjustments that I needed. My husband dropped off his pants to get hemmed on a Monday, they told him they would be done the next day, he said he didn't need it until Friday and that he would pick up the pants then. He stopped by to pick up the pants on Friday as agreed and they never fixed the hem. They had a whole week and the pants never got fixed , what kind of service is that??? read more

If I could give a zero star I would. My mother and I went here to get my dress alternated for a wedding and the owners wife was just overall rude about the whole thing. She acted like she couldn't here me and my mother talking her when asking questions.
