Nothing fancy. $17 a piece! $34 to hem two shirts that combined cost me $24! They had a price list and there was a standard charge for shirts - no difference between a dress shirt and a T-shirt! When I questioned this, the two women just shrugged their shoulders. I have wanted to support this small business over the years, but not that much. They have lost my business! I found another business that acknowledged that they were only T-shirts and lowered their prices accordingly. I will use them going forward.

I took 2 shirts in to get 6 patches sewn on a Thursday afternoon. I needed my uniforms by Tuesday. The lady assured me they would be ready. My wife went to pick them up on Tuesday after 3pm and my uniforms were not ready. She started to sew them on the spot while my wife waited. The quality was horrible. I paid $120.00 cash only for me to have them fall apart right away. I shouldn't have given them a chance, however I like to support ma and pa businesses when I can. Usually small businesses have great service but not only was the quality horrible but the value and customer service was way below average. The lady who was there was so rude and acted like we were a bother. Never again!

As a very petite shopaholic, I kept her busy, and she never disappointed. After Kim retired and sold the business, I decided to give the new owner a chance. Against my better judgment, I brought in a pair of $250 designer joggers to have the original hem shortened. I specifically paid extra to preserve the original hem. When I picked them up, I was shocked. The original jogger hem with the branded drawstring detail had been completely cut off and replaced with a basic flat hem. The owner admitted he couldn't find the pieces he removed and only located one of the original hem after searching. To his credit, he attempted to fix the damage, but I had to source the correct drawstring components myself and wait over two weeks for repairs. He reimbursed me for the materials, but that was the extent of it. I finally wore the pants for the first time, and the repaired drawstring immediately broke. Now the pants are essentially unusable. Mistakes happen, but this alteration permanently damaged an expensive garment that cannot be restored to its original condition. Please be cautious if you're bringing in specialty, designer, or high-end items. I won't be returning.

I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!

I had the body length of the jacket cropped by about two inches, which also required adjusting the zipper. I understand the economics and challenges of running a business today, so I just started paying to dry like I would have to everywhere else. And what I noticed was that when dry was free, the time it took was also short. The dryers here used to be very fast. And when I paid, the drying was very slow just like it is at laundromats where some machines are good and others not and you just found another bad one. I don't mind paying, but also turning the temp down or not cleaning the screens and the airflow is less, is too much. Reading these other reviews I notice that recent negative ones (except for the complaint about restroom access) are all from people without any other reviews on Yelp. Previous ownership of this location always had good employees. Maybe that is no longer true, I can't say, but when I see a new reviewer saying someone should be fired, I think it's something else and not a legit review.
