I will say what I like about this laundry mat is the dryers and washers are not all out of order. Also that the machines have an option to use google pay or a debit card in those situations where you don't have any cash on you or your short quarters. It's definitely convenient. I will say that paying 25 cents for a dry and only getting 5 minutes is a rip off. I would say the machinery for mold and what not should be looked at. Even the carts have rust on them and in the lining of the cart. But it's convenient location to come if you need to do a few loads. There's 7/11 and dollar tree while you wash. read more

Look, I'm more about leaving good reviews than bad. This coin laundry is close to my house and has been my choice of laundromats because it's a pretty clean place. So I felt the prices were reasonable for that reason. However, lately I've noticed a lot of "out-order" machines- which in truth is not our loss. Just an inconvenience. The place is open from 6:30 am until 11pm. If you have to do a lot of laundry, you can schedule your self for the time when there's least traffic. On to the reason why I gave it 1 star opposed to the 4 I thought it well deserved before I changed my mind. I'm 5ft 2in, I hardly ever look up to check the condition of the washer's soap trays unless I feel I'm in a dicey laundromat. I have to get on my tipi toes to do that. Today, I wanted to make sure all my soap got diluted (new soap), so I actually took a look at the tray to see what was happening in there. I would've pulled my dirty clothes out had the washer not started. I'm sure that from the pictures many people would agree that $3.50 plus (depending on the settings) is not worth washing your clothes in a yuck infested machine. Whomever is in charge of washing/ cleaning the machines between 11pm and 6:30am is definitely not doing their job. Sadly, It's an easy job because most of the machines clean themselves, these just have to get scrubbed daily on top of the self wash. I would love to see this get fixed,m (the cleaning). The little laundromat is in a nice little place, but I won't spend my money here if I feel like my clothes are picking up more germs than I'm getting rid of. read more

Just moved to chula vista and this was the closest laundry mat to me. I wont be back here. $8.25 for a large wash and dry, it smells like sweaty hot mildew in the whole place, no A/C, and they leave the door open so mosquitoes are biting me like crazy. i don't recommend at all. read more

Both my wife and I work Monday through Friday and have little time to do laundry. While we have a washer and dryer at home, sometimes the towels and blankets pile up at home to the point where it is easier to go to the laundromat on a Saturday or Sunday and do everything at once rather than spend all day doing laundry at home. I discovered this place one day around lunch time and decided to give them a shot. When I walked in, I was greeted by Felix the house cat (super friendly) and was impressed with the amount of washers and dryers that they have and the fact that they have "giant load" washers that can hold really big comforters or at least 20 bath towels. I threw my laundry in, walked next door and had a bowl of pho, came back, put everything in the dryer, went shopping, came back and folded everything, and then went home. I am so glad that I found this place and will definitely be returning soon! read more

Didn't have to wait on machines at all and was happy to see that they not only accepted credit cards on each washer/dryer, but they accepted Amex specifically. Lots of places don't do that, so it was a very pleasant supply. WiFi also available and accessible while waiting in the car outside. read more

Haven't been many coin laundry places, so I'll give it a satisfactory rating. It's pretty clean inside. Has a good number of machines. Also, a few TVs, usually playing sports or local sitcoms. A couple vending machines for snacks & drinks. Dry cleaning available. There's parking in the back for when the strip mall gets packed. Despite the guy's thick accent, he's helpful. Good hours. Having a Friday night "date" with the Mrs. to get our blankets and comforters cleaned, and eating takeout Chinese food at the same time (Chinese restaurant right next door!). Lots of activity in the parking lot, so you're not really "alone" if there are not many laundry mat customers. It's nice that this location is in a shopping center with several restaurants and a 7-11 store. No worries about bringing your bucket of coins because there is a change machine inside. I count about 30 washing machines and 30 dryers. The place has 5 maxi load washers for your blankets and comforters. A nice touch is that it has free wifi. There is one tv on-site. read more

The machines are old, but work most of the time. When you're dumping coins into the pay slot, jams are frequent. If they do get jammed, find the attendant and they can help you out. If you don't show up early enough, you'll miss out on all the large washing machines. This place is always busy. The folks here can be a little aggressive. So, it's pretty important to watch your stuff. On my last trip here, there was one auntie who kept bugging the attendant, asking when a wash load was going to be done and was upset they were all taken. She kept hovering in front of the 1st three machines, always checking the time. I knew in the instant that if I didn't watch my stuff, she'd totally unload my laundry for me. I ain't gonna lie. I took all 7 of the largest washers. Sorry, not sorry, auntie. You snooze, you lose. Parking can be a crap shoot, since this strip mall is always busy. Unfortunately, this is the closest laundromat to me. So, I only come here out of convenience. The only plus about it has a number of good places to eat. My usual go to spots are Mandarin and Convoy Tofu House. If that's not your steeze, there's also Dominos, Mexican, Jack in the Crack, a fruiteria and even 7-11. You can grab a bite to eat, while staring at your laundry, waiting for it to be done. read more

I don't use the washing machines here, I get the fluff and fold. First off if you get your laundry there early in the morning you can pick it up by the end of the day!! Since I get my family's laundry done weekly, they offered me $.99 a pound. AWESOME! They gather socks and put the matching clothes like pajamas and outfits TOGETHER. I work full time and have 2 small children so having this done the RIGHT Way Is just hands down AMAZING. I definitely recommend the fluff and fold service it is worth every single penny. read more

I've been using Quality Wash-N-Fold service since Nov 2019. I have a washer and dryer at home but being a single senior I find it difficult keeping up with my laundry. Quality Wash has always done a good job washing and folding my socks, underwear, white t-shirts and colored t-shirts. Chris runs the place and I've found him to be very friendly and his prices are quite reasonable. Two days ago I had gone shopping and put my credit card in my shirt pocket. Unknown to me, the credit card was still in the shirt pocket when I dropped off the laundry yesterday with Chris. Today I picked up the laundry at Quality Wash. Chris had found the card and put it in a ziplock bag and stapled it to the bag of clean laundry. I was so grateful for Chris's honesty. I had no idea the card was even missing and being on a fixed income, it could have been a disaster. I highly recommend Quality Wash and specifically Chris who runs the place. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars. read more

My first time here and first off I notice how clean it is here. When you first walk in you have someone that can help you. Great customer service. They also have a drop off service if you don't have time to wash. The have free wifi and 3 TV's Their prices are not to bad they have a washer that can wash 70 pounds of laundry for $7.00. My favorite laundry mat hands down. I've been coming here for years and I plan to continue coming for as long as this place is around. I like to park in the back of the business because it's away from all the heavy traffic in the front. And a lot more quiet. Also, trash sometimes builds up in my car, so I take everything and just toss it in the dumpsters that are in the back as well. Staff is friendly and always help out when needed. I used their wash & fold services during a very busy week for me. OH my! What a wonderful idea it was to take it to them. Everything smelled & looked great when I picked it up. my clothes was perfectly folded. Even the socks were paired up and looked ironed. The clothes that could've potentially gotten wrinkled was nicely placed over hangers. It set a whole new standard for me & my folding. They are very nice too. So I'm not a regular coin laundry goer but due to the recent death of my washer I've been coming at least once a week for laundry. This was my first time at this one and I gotta say I liked this place because of the cleanliness and privacy each row of washers had. I liked the availability of tv's and vending machines also. I was in and out in a jiffy. I used the big machine that cost $5 (I was shocked at the price!) until I saw how many loads that thing fit! It's a pretty good deal. I would go back. Just sucks I forgot my fabric softener bottle but I saw at least 2 other fabric softener/detergent bottles that were also forgotten before me so it's pretty common I guess. Im very glad to say this is my Favorite self wash place I have been in my entire life. The Owner Glen is a Amazing gentlemen, very professional and very polite. I enjoy taking my family here to wash. No worries on theft here I'll leave freely for a few minutes to almost a half hour no problems. And Prices are reasonable and there hours are Great. All different size washers as well. They even offer a wash & fold service with a 24hour turn around. Glen is very helpful and will answer any questions. Without a dought the BEST Laundrymat in South bay. read more

Today I visited this laundromat for the first time since I needed to wash our sleeping bags for an upcoming camping trip. The man who was working the laundromat was very helpful. He assisted me with any questions I had and also noticed that I was too short to see over the large washing machines to deposit my laundry detergent (lol) so he kindly gave me a foot stool to help. I really appreciated the fact that he took notice and made the effort to provide stellar customer service. While I was at the laundromat, I noticed a sign posted up regarding "Felix" the cat. Apparently he was a resident of the facility but due to an injury he is not currently residing at the laundromat anymore. Being a cat lover myself, I was sad that I didn't get to meet Felix! But I did read on the post that he his doing well and recovering from his injury. I'll definitely come back here if I need any laundry servicing needs again in the future! read more

This place is clean but extremely expensive and the washers are super small!! In any other laundromat I wash my comforter and sheets together in a double load washer well, here it wouldn't even fit!! I had to use two washers for my small comforter and thin sheets. Its ridiculous how small these washers are.....for 2.75 read more

I've been here a few times and the staff is usually pretty nice. Today I put in 20 dollars in the change machine an d proceeded to add the quarters to the three machines that I need for today's wash. As I began adding my quarters to the first machine everything was going fine until the machine stopped giving me credit for the last 75 cents that I added. I explained to the employee what happened and he began to speak to me so rudely. saying that he doesn't like to argue and he never has any problems and so on. After he walked away, he brought back 4 quarters set them down and walked away. I'm a kind person and value my hard earned money and refuse to spend money in a place where my business isn't appreciated. Needless to say, I will never use this facility again. read more
