Only place close to my house that's 24 hours and clean. Yeah there's a lot of homeless around doing laundry but the place itself is super clean and always smells amazing. Decent price for washers and dryers. Employees are always super helpful. Homeless never seemed to bother me so that's always a plus. I continue on coming here late at night. I always stress about coming to a coin laundry place thinking I have to bring my own quarters but here that's never a problem they have 2 change machine so that's dope. read more

I still maintain the same positive views of this laundry. Everytime I am here there is mopping, wiping, mopping, sweeping. Despite the tile looking worn. Trust me when I say it's spotless. Even during crowded times. This time I arrived from 100 AM -3 AM on July 4th. I had 12 loads. There was only me and three other launders. I knew it would be. Everyone was recuperating from July 4th and fireworks. And you know what the attendant was doing? Wiping, mopping, sweeping, smiling. Washers range from 3.50-6.25. Dryers get hot. You don't need more than 30 minutes per load. The only frown is that the bathrooms are closed 11AM - 5 AM. Which is odd because there are attendants on duty 24/7. I couldn't check the bathrooms to see if they had shifted to being clean instead of doable from my last review. Be kind to the attendants and gratuity is rewarded. Cash only. Sick of this place. They already charge out the behind including now a $2 fee to LOAD your CARD. I spend ten minutes looking for parking because I have my child and as I'm walking in they're removing my clothes from the washing machine. Given the fact that there are like 6 parking spots and the rest are street parking (it is very difficult to find a spot near the laundromat) I parked very far down the street again just to have the attendant REMOVING MY CLOTHES. The fact that it is open 24hours make it very helpful. I've been coming here for years and it has always been pretty clean, and the staff helpful with changing your big bills for change. I've came at different times and based on experience you can never really tell if it will be busy or not, if your lucky you have it all to your self, if unlucky you may have to use smaller washers. They recently upgraded their machines so it makes washing faster. Overall I recommend it! read more

Come here often, I like it because it's 24 hours employees are usually always the same lady's they're very nice and polite I usually come around 2-3 am so rarely people. Today we came earlier than usual around 5 pm and the lady with brown light hair or blond was so rude and yelled! Just because I was unloading as she could see I was going to wash here yet she still yelled and was being rude towards me. I guess it was Bad experience today, Laundry is great always clean I will continue to come and wash here just at different times. I use every time I pass by j always see the senioras working hard tk make that place shine and help the people that walk in those doors. And doing it with a smile. Worst service ever, I left to grab food and returned after a minute or maybe 2 after my machine had stopped and when I returned there's was already a worker removing my stuff from the machine already, I've never experienced this before considering the machine was just stopping right before the worker even removed my things. There are a ton of health violations not to mention how dusty and poorly maintained his machines. Customer service is HORRIBLE. A few of the coins I exchanged for quarter had some sticky residue on it from when I got it from a fast food place as I needed a few extra cents and didn't want to break another bill for a quarter. One of the cashiers came up to me complaining about how dirty they were and that she accepted it THIS time but next time she won't. ( first of all I don't normally come to a wash house but I just had a baby and I had a ton of laundry to do so this being the closest one to our residence we came here.) upon her attitude they weren't doing much when we walked in except for watching novellas and gossiping. Only after the Asian man getting here ( I'm assuming either the owner or manager ) they started walking around and cleaning up. I asked my boyfriend to check the lint traps as I could see lint was piled up and sticking out the front and the Asian man walked up unsolicited saying that by us doing that that our clothes would take longer to dry and that they do that twice a day for us with a condescending attitude. Twice a day is not nearly enough to allow customers to properly dry in a timely manner. By the way my clothes did FULLY dry so clearly he was just being a jerk. To me it seems like a scam in order to get people to put in more money and waste more time in here. so I'll never return here as I see our business doesn't mean anything to him. They have dryers with no "out of service" signs on them that customers keep putting their laundry in only to be told afterwards that they aren't working correctly... wait there was one but not on the others. Ohhh yes there's also black mold on the rubber flaps for the washers!! Please if you can go somewhere else do so!! read more

If I can give this laundry mat a 0 star I would. I noticed they charge 1.75 for a small load,2.00 medium load,and 2.25 for a large load. Well it looks like their is no difference in water. Yes it's a scam to make you the customer think if you pay 2.25 for a large load when it's really just 1.75 a load. The machines look clean from the outside but look in the inside and you will be grossed out. I won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

First, do not come here late morning/early afternoon. Another review states afternoons are bad, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this: when school is in session, it looks like the moms around here come en masse to do laundry. We got here at 1030-11 ish and the place was PACKED. That said, they have lots of small, double, and 5-load machines. The single load ones are like a super-small apartment washer. The doubles hold about 2/3 of what a standard home-use front loader does. And the "5- load" machine held about 2.5-3 loads of what I put in my home front loader. I paid 4$ per load in the 5-load machine. The doubles are 2$ and the singes are 1.75$. So it was worth it, because the 5-load machine easy held more than double of the "double" machines. The facility is clean, the attendants kept up the cleaning while I was there, so that was nice. Lots of change machines, video games, snack machines and soap dispensers. Beware though, they don't have an ATM and their coin machine only takes $1 and $5 bills. The attendants can break 10s and 20s though. ATM is next door in a shady looking liquor store, but oh well. Loads washed fairly quickly. The dryers leave a little something to be desired. There are I think 2 different ones (one gives 8 minutes for a quarter, the other gives 6. Dunno the difference). As with most laundry places, my stuff was still a bit damp when I took it out of the dryer (even after nearly an hour on high heat). My own dryer is waiting hook-up, and I had to jet - not to mention being tired if feeding endless quarters to the seven dryers I was using- so I just went with it. Besides, It'll take me about a year to fold all this, so it should be dry by then. While you wait there's a jack in the box, KFC, McDonald's, and a donut shop all close enough to walk to. It's a public laundromat, so I don't recommend leaving your stuff for long, but for a quick bite, you should be ok. Overall 4 stars. Clean, plenty of machines, acceptable staff, Etc. read more

I had a huge Hotel Collection comforter that I needed to wash. I didn't feel like taking it to the dry cleaners as my dog puked on it and you can see the water stain on it. Super Gross! Anywho, I went to my trusty Yelp app and found this location which fit my needs; 5 load washer! This place is huge and clean to my surprise. Lots of dryers and washers to go around. Tables and floors were clean, vending machines were fully stocked, arcade systems functioning, and the kiddy play area was neat and organized. I came here mid morning...around 10 and there was ample parking as well as lots of washer/dryers available. The big washer didn't ruin my comforter and neither did the dryer. With less than $5, I was able to wash and dry my lovely comforter for a fraction of the price if I took it into the dry cleaners. This is definitely a place I bookmarked and I will return once I need to wash my big ticket items. read more

When I was juggling 2 jobs and needed to do laundry, this place saved me. I'd go home, pack up all of my dirty clothes and drive down to Spin Cycle at 2 am. Why 2am? It didn't matter, they're open 24-hrs!! Their washers range from single to commercial 5-loads with the wash lasting about 20 minutes. Dryers align 1/2 the walls and are always in motion. I'd do the math before figuring out which washer would do more for my money. If you were willing to flaunt some extra cash, you can also do that whole "fluff and fold" service. Personally, I'd be freaked out if a complete stranger did my laundry but to each their own. The area is clean with a Jack-in-a-Box a few steps away if you're hungry. The crowd varies from time to time and I find the 2 am crowd to be over-worked and tired (like I am). The service people are friendly and they offer free detergent. Crappy detergent, but it's still free. 4 outta 5 for being way over in the most southern part of Chula Vista. I need to find one closer to me. read more

Went here last night and I'm a happy camper. I had loads and loads of clothes due to an incident in my home so I had to wash ALL of my clothing. And I made a GREAT choice by coming here to take care of it. PLEASE NOTE: I got there at midnight....... So this is somewhat a NIGHT review :-) It was pretty much empty.... Didnt wait for ANY machines what-so-ever so that was AWESOME!! Theres a little old man there cleaning up and taking care of the place. He was great!!! If you need change for large bills he will help you out. Doesnt get in your way or anything, he's just there cleaning out the machines ect. The coin machines are kind of slow....but they worked so that was good. The place was clean. They had some tvs and other game machines for entertainment I guess. And vending machines. I used the $3, $4, $5 and $1.75 machines to wash and theres dryers for $.25 for 8 min or the bigger ones are $.25 for 6 minutes. I perfer the 8 min ones just because when you put too much in the dryer it doesnt get dry very well. But yes, I recommend this place especially if you need some late night washing to get done. They are open 24 HRS!! read more

DON'T GO DURING THE EARLY EVENING!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Now that that's out of the way, you should really go late at night or before noon and this place will be empty. You can wash in a front loading washer from 2-4 dollars, and the dryers are only 25 cents for 6 to 10 minutes depending on the dryer's size. The place is super clean and the staff super friendly. I always go in with three or four loads and leave with my clothes folded in about two hours. That's washing, drying AND folding time all together. Plus South Bay liquor is next door so you can always go and buy beers for your collection. read more

A clean laundromat that's open 24/7 with arcade games, a vending machine (drinks only), and next to one of the best liquor stores AND one of the best donut shops?! Why do I even have to give this place a review. Come on now. Just time your visit because this place can get PACKED. Regular washer is $1.75 and you pick how much time you want in the dryer. We usually do $1 (32 minutes) in it so one load- washer and dryer- for us is $2.75. Also one time we were doing laundry and this guy was outside with a big puppy and a little puppy and I got to pet them so that was cool :) read more

I used their facilities once and it will be the last. From the start there was an attendant who had the worst attitude ever. Her customer service etiquette is questionable to say the least. I don't know what her issue was but as soon as she saw me she decided she would treat me like trash. I came to wash my clothes here. I have never used a laundry mat before so I didn't know how to use the machines. I followed as it said in the machine and I put 4 dollars in. Instead of saying start it kept saying 25 on it. I asked the worker why it took and extra .75 and she explained that when it says 25 you have to press the start button. When I asked her for my change back she had an attitude and responded that it wasn't her problem and she didn't have to give me the money back. After I started to write this review (10 minutes later) she came and gave me my 75 cents back saying that she didn't need to because it was my error. I feel that even though I put the extra money in that she should have been more willing to help considering I am spending a lot of money here and have never used a machine before. read more

Convenient for those late night errands. The man working at night was very helpful. The place is clean. The area is pretty safe and well lit to wash at night. My mom and I came at midnight to do some washing. Loved the different loading size machines. You're able to get the wash you exactly want. We went on a Sunday early evening and it was busy but not too busy that we had to wait for anything. Lots of big washers and dryers. The coin machines do only take $1 and $5's but there is an attendant there to make change. The attendants were always cleaning up so it stayed clean even with a lot of people. Also had snack machines and arcade games. The street fighter game has broken controllers so don't waste your money on that. Overall, a good place that I would go to again. I came in New Years EVe wanting you clean my clothes and comforters to ring in the new year in a clean environment. I was glad to see that they were open and I could get this done here. The place didn't strike me as clean, I did notice that there was people there working which is nice in case aNy questions come up. I had finished loading all of my stuff but one load. The machine would take my quarters!! I tried and tried until it finally took all but the last quarter finally I got frustrated and asked for help. The man that came to help just inserted another quarter and it worked. He made me feel so dumb by saying "all I did is put the quarter in. I didn't do anything else."I explained that it gave me a hard time for all of the other quarters but it wouldn't accept it and it even ate TWO of my quarters before he came over. Still he would look at me like I was crazy and tell me that all he did was put a quarter in. He made me feel like a liar, FOR A QUARTER! I gave him one of my quarters since he was so stuck on that one quarter that he had to insert since we were starting to bring attention to us from the rest of the people that were there. Went to this laundry for the first time. The dryer had ink in it that was not visible so I did not know it. When I took my things out of the dryer everything was covered with spots of bright blue ink. Two sets of sheets, brand new towels(first time washed) pillow cases all ruined. The person working didn't care and told me it was my responsibility to check the dryer. As I said before the ink was not visible .Don't go to this laundry if you are looking for a business that cares about their customers. read more

They are very clean and located in an excellent spot between KFC and Jack in the Box two of my favorite places to eat. so its every convient for me. i could do laundry all day there and be fine. read more
