This laundry mat is my local go to. Overall its clean. Not extremely pricey. Machines are in good working condition, havent come across any issues while washing clothes. Sometimes the dryers let you down. At times I've had to use more than 3 quarters to get my clothes dry. It's a hit or miss. Most times it will do. Ladies that work here I always see them cleaning. Which is good. Doesn't get overly busy but best time to go that i noticed if you go on the weekend would be around 10 am or so. During the week around 6 30 pm or 7 pretty low key. read more

This is a mainly Spanish speaking establishment, but thankfully they also speak English. It's clean, and there are plenty of eateries around if you get hungry. Unfortunately, the outlets didn't work for me, so I wasn't able to plug in and charge my phone. I'm distrustful of free WiFi because that's how your identify can get stolen if you're not tech savvy to stop it, and I'm good with using my cellular data. I came at 0739 on a Wednesday, so I didn't have problems with parking. What I like is that it's a good old fashioned coin laundry; you don't have to purchase those plastic laundry cards, especially if you don't regularly use a coin laundry. In a 7 load capacity washer -- for $8/30 minutes, I washed 6 pet beds, 5 self heating pet mats & 3 bath towels, and got to listen to the 80's as I waited. There's convenient seating facing the washer, to ensure nothing unexpected happens. The attendant on duty is pretty good about ensuring there's no clutter. 45# dryers for $0.50/8mins It does get a bit chilly with the door open, but I'd rather have good airflow to blow any cooties out the door than a closed up place. read more

Best deal around! I had been using another place NEAR SEAFOOD CITY. They were shutdown during remodel. GOOD LUCK for me. This place is WAY BETTER. First, cheaper to dry and the drier temperatures are set higher so my clothes dry like they are supposed to. (I didn't realize cheapskate owners could jackup prices AND turn down temps). Here, the large capacity machines are cheaper for LARGER loads. And this place has free wifi! Save your money and time - come here! read more

This is by far my favorite place to do laundry. I grew up in this neighborhood and have seen this place transform. Here are a few things to know about this place. 1. Washer loads range from 3 to 7 - they only have two 7 and two 6 load washers, so keep that in mind. They have two dryer sizes - one for about a 2-4'ish size load, and then some larger ones. 2. There is seating along the glass front, towards the back, and they have a sitting bar area WITH outlets, so bring your phones or laptops if you'd like. 3. They have 2 vending machines. 4. Change machines against the wall - there's 3. Yes this is cash only. 5. You need a coin to get inside the restroom. 6. Free Wi-Fi. Don't worry, it's secure! Encryption and everything. It's also in a good plaza - food places, barber, liquor store, etc. It's close to a lot of food and drink places. read more

I would like to give this location another star, but I have 1 major issue with this place that I didn't have before. The positives: Some newer machines, a change machine for larger bills, attendants available, cleaner, nearby restaurants, snack machines. Negatives: Some machines out of order, new dryers are too close to table & trash can and my biggest issue with this place is the music they play. They use to play English speaking radio stations, but now it's always radio Latino. This is not a racial or political point of view, but I find it highly inappropriate that the music broadcasted is in another language. Not everyone who washes there understands Spanish. It's so annoying coming here every week, that I sit in my car while I wait. The music bothers me so much, that if I hear it when I go in, I leave and take my business to the laundry mat off of Broadway & Palomar? They don't exclude customers there. read more

I would give this place 4 stars , but one time a machine just took my money and I did tell the lady that was working at the time and she was bother with me like if it was my fault , she did give my money back , but with a attitude. A second time , a machine just stop working and my stuff was super wet, so I did tell the lady that was working at the time , and this time it was a different lady , so I figured this lady would be better with her customer service and more willing to help out , cause I told her that she should put a sign to let people know that the machine is not working and she said no it oks , and one of co-workers told her , yea that's a good idea , cause then you would have people be bothering you with that problem and she was like no I won't put anything. read more

Went there because my own washer was having issues. The prices were affordable, however, the machines had some sort of residue that I failed to notice before putting my clothes in... I had to rinse my clothes twice in order to get rid of it, so it ended up costing me more. I then decided not to risk it, and took my wet clothes to dry them at home. Won't be back. read more

The attendant was quick to help me with the machine and recommend a soap from their vending machine. I came here to wash a rug that wouldn't fit in my washer at home. The machine did a good job and was much less expensive than taking it to the dry cleaner. This place is clean and has plenty of places to sit. I would come back here again. read more

Clerk kept it nice and clean. Nice power outlets to charge your devices and free Wifi. My kids were able to finish their homework while waiting. Perhaps due to some construction going on outside it was hard to find a parking spot. Otherwise there's vending machines to keep you snacking and hydrated while you are waiting. This is an awesome place to do laundry. It is very clean and well-kept. Lots of folding space. We came here late one Monday evening after our regular laundromat was packed. The wall decor and friendly attendant immediately gave a welcoming feeling--it made the fact that I was stuck doing laundry just a little bit better. There is nothing like singing Mexican love songs while folding laundry, only to find that the person on the other side of the room is doing the same. They also have change machines that give you quarters and break your larger bills (Not sure how big though--I changed a $20). Heads up though: I did not see any single load washers. They may have them coming soon, since I saw that they are under remodel. Overall I highly recommend this place read more

I was in this area with a friend and my laundry was in the trunk. It was late night and I was trying to find a laundry which stays open until late. The other options were quite far away and my laundry of choice which is in north park was quite far from the area. Ended up going to this laundry place. The place was well kept and clean. The machines were all new and there was a very decent soap dispenser machine in addition to a machine that gives out change. The gentleman named Steve at the location and was ensuring that place is well kept and that customer's issues are addressed. He helped me get the soap from the dispenser and also helped me show how the machine worked. Later, I found that he was the owner of the place. I was quite impressed that how he cared so much about his business as well as customers. He mentioned that he modeled his laundry business based on the laundry where I used to go to in north park area. I believe that he was quite successful in that as this is a great place with new machines and good service. read more

I've come to this place three times now. The laundry mat is always clean and the machines are in good working order. Maria, the laundry mat supervisor, is helpful with the clients and has a great attitude. Place has some benches and tables so you can hit the taco shop next door and bring the carne asada fries back to eat...nice touch!
