Used fresh & clean in a pinch and the came through! The laundry was returned clean and folded nicely from one day to the next which was so needed. Two areas that can be improved was (1) having to deal with the AI answering service which resulted in me making repeated calls before someone was able to call me back and (2) not having clearer pricing for larger items like comforters which resulted in a higher price than I expected. But, for the situation I was in, I'm grateful for their service and, now that I know the process, I will keep them in my list of services for future potential needs. read more

UPDATE- i spoke to John, owner and he explained whats going on with my concern below. I totally understand his point and I appreciate him reaching out. Original review- Gosh where to i begin. We do the wash and fold every 2-3 weeks, and every time we go, there is an issue. Most of the time the issue is that the attendant is not present, running late or some other excuse. This time my husband attempted to drop off the clothes at 10:30am, the sign clearly says lunch is at 11:30am and noone is there at 10:30. Its happen before that my husband attempts to drop off the clothes before work at 7am and no one is there. I understand issues come up, however can a responsible person be there?? Is it too much to ask? Or maybe update the hours, if someone can't be there on time, maybe the store can be attended at 8am instead of 7. it clearly states the store is attendant from 7am to 11pm read more

On Wednesday 10/16, I dropped off my laundry to be washed in the afternoon. On Thursday morning 10/17, I got a notification from my Venmo account that my Venmo card had been used at their facility. I ran down there right away to find Liliana was still doing my laundry. I asked her if she had found a debit card in my laundry and she said she never checks the pockets when she does laundry (which is strange and poor practice if you're getting paid to do laundry, you should check the pocket for trash, coins, crayons, anything that can ruin the wash). I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but I did request to have a supervisor call me because I wanted to see if they could identify which point of sale in the their store was used and if they could reverse the charge (which Venmo suggested because it would get me my money back the quickest). I've been waiting since Thursday and no one has called. I sincerely doubt that Liliana passed along my phone number and concerns. I called today and asked for a number to call, Liliana answered again and I have now left a message for Christian the supervisor. I have already disputed this with Venmo and I'm on my way to get reimbursed and get a new card, but the lack of response from the business is disappointing and I've lost my trust in them altogether because of how this situation has panned out with no response from them. I had taken my laundry twice before and really had liked their service so far. I would have been a long time customer if it hadn't been for this recent situation. I haven't been to a laundromat in years but found myself needing their services after my new washer needed to be replaced. I had two laundromats closer to me but with horrible reviews so I drove the 7 miles here. I utilized the drop off wash and fold service. The attendant asked if the next day was ok as I had 53 lbs of laundry, however, to my surprise my laundry was ready about 3 hours after drop off! I was so impressed and would recommend to anyone. I'm was in San Diego for a month with no washer or dryer so I took my chances and goggled laundry service fresh and clean came up they picked up and delivered the clothes it was terrible the clothes came back inside out poor folding I have some one else jeans and they have mine I quess a bra was totally ruined I had to throw it away got charged 65.00 for 2 bags of clothes so so not happy I will never use a laundry service again..... If you search "dry-clean delivery" on Google, curbside laundries is what comes up. CL does business with F&C. CL advertises dry cleaning. Nowhere in the order process with CL or F&C does it say that they don't do dry clean. I put in the special instructions to dry clean my suit. They picked it up. I tried to call them multiple times after they missed the delivery date and each time, got the answering machine. Left 3 messages. Five days pass and they finally call me to say that they don't offer dry cleaning anymore. That's annoying enough, but when I ask to get my clothes returned to me, they still charge me $12. That is not justice. Fix things up with CL or work on your order form to specifically say "no dry cleaning" or this kind of thing will keep happening and people will keep getting charged for literally nothing. I am aghast at this ridiculous situation. Edit: John from F&C was nice enough to refund my $12, thank you kindly, and offer an apology for the mix up. They did right by me, I'll do right by them and at least not affect their rating negatively. My sentiments generally still stand and I shouldn't have had to deal with any of this, but credit for credit. Thank you John! read more

The perfect place to get your clothes/ laundry stolen! I have been here a few times and noticed the attendants who work are not always paying attention to things and my biggest fear of all happened today. Our sheet, towels, and bed cover STOLEN. My boyfriend went to ask them for help and all they offered was a free wash not even to pay us for our sheets stolen (that's the least they could have done). I was so stressed about the situation and they said they'd review their films and to come back in 30 mins we came back and no footages could be shown and we had to do a police report. This is just the worst service. Never have I felt robbed by not just that criminal but by the own company. read more

Fresh & Clean is the perfect way to describe this delight in NP across from Communal. There is always an attendant on site who is very helpful and also kindly and just a delight! The bathroom is large and clean. The cost to do laundry here is reasonable. There is free WiFi and there is no irritating music or TV's to attract people who only need a place to sort of while away time. The parking lot is shared with several other businesses and it is a skosh tight. All in all, it's a very well run laundry facility. This was the first time my wife has used the pick-up and delivery service and she's extremely happy with the service. Their website is easy to navigate, they had a lot of dates available and the instructions were easy to follow. She received a message before, during and after pick-up and delivery. All three comforters came back inside plastic bags, smelling fresh and nicely folded. Advertises a 24 hour turn around time for dry cleaning services. Needed to get something dry cleaned for an event this weekend. Went to them because they were open late. Was told it actually takes a week for dry cleaning. Let them know their website says 24 hours, and was told their manager/owner doesn't care that they are advertising incorrectly. Could have had a regular client, but not after being given the bait and switch. Now everywhere else is closed and have to wait til tomorrow because of this place's false advertising. read more

I give this service an APlusPlus. I have been working hard the last few months and could not get to my laundromat around the corner from my condo. I requested service on Saturday, they picked them up on Sunday and I had them back on Monday. The clothes was clean, folded so perfectly, and smelt and felt great .... So I was on the hunt for somewhere I can drop comforters off and pick them up with a reasonable time. I walk in this establishment as it was next to my nail salon. I think it was the owner or the manager that was there and oh my him and the cashier that was helping was so professional and so nice. In my mind I was like yeah she's being extra nice because her manager is there, nope I was wrong because when I picked up laundry they were just as nice and no manager around. I had to large comforters washed and dried and the price was so good. I had questions about the detergent and all their products especially because my stuff was white. No issues answering and reassuring me that my stuff will be fine. When I picked up my laundry they smelt like when I wash them at home and no stains no nothing I slept like a baby in them. read more

I was looking for a place to clean my papasan cushion and came across this laundromat on Yelp. I had originally gone in to ask how much they would charge for them to wash it, but when I entered I noticed that they had GINORMOUS (10-load) machines! I asked the employee that was there for help/advice as I had never washed a cushion this size before. Angelica was amazing (we realized we had the same name during our interaction)! To be honest, I had not been in a laundromat since probably early elementary school. Here I was, thinking I'd have to feed the machine a bunch of quarters. Nope! Angelica helped me with getting a loadable card that is swiped on the machines instead of using quarters (what?!) and with buying detergent from the vending machine (since I wasn't planning on doing it myself, I didn't bring my own...rookie!). She even assisted me with loading the detergent in the washer and then with working the GINORMOUS dryer. I'm so thankful to her for helping me, because I felt like a lost soul in there! Anyway, the laundromat itself is well kept, there are plenty of different size machines/dryers, plenty of folding tables, and 4 TVs to pass the time. Last, but definitely not least, you get FREE dry time with a paid wash, which is a great deal! I'm so glad Yelp led me to this place as I now know where to come wash my huge loads.
