We came down all the way from Lemon Grove as we least expect it I am very pleased with the service, the environment and great staff! Thank you once again 10/10 read more

By far my favorite laundromat and worth the 20 minute drive from my house. It's one of the few open 24 hours and it's got a ton of large capacity machines. They always have staff available even late in the evening and they are helpful! They also have daily deals like 40% off Wednesdays or free taco Tuesday! read more

Arrived here with stained white pants and the laundromat employee Elsa came to the he rescue. She saw me with a deer-in-the-headlights look, trying to figure out how to load a card, get soap and remove stains from white pants. Hands down the best laundromat experience ever. We are traveling and needed to get these clothes cleaned. Stumbled here, and it was the best decision ever. Elsa is a gem! Giving her flowers because she is the epitome of customer service! read more

Supreme Clean Laundry - Clean white clothes!! Not Mad! - Laundromat Near Me - Chula Vista, California

I've been using Supreme Clean Laundry for a while, and while I recently had a issue with one of the machines which I had paused not knowing it would charge me again, I was incredibly impressed by how they handled it. I reached out to the Mariela who was working that shift, and she along with management resolved the problem almost immediately. The owner personally apologized, quickly refunded my money, and made sure my clothes were taken care of. It is rare to see this level of accountability and quick customer service these days. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them says everything. They completely turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend this laundromat and their amazing team! I love this place and I recommend this laundromat to everyone! read more

First time ever checking out this laundry facility that also sells Alkaline Water. This facility offers XS, S, M, L, XL front loader laundry machines with Lux system. Every wash is immediately sanitize killing any bad odor or bacteria. The prices over the weekend were reasonable I paid $9.99 for XL and $8.99 for L wash under 35min. The dryers are very massive you can fit like 12 loads at once for $1.00 every 16min of dry time. Keep in mind you must purchase a laundry card and deposit either cash, coins, or personal card to load money. There's also a free coffee station available and vending machines stocked with drinks, snacks, and detergents or dryer sheets if needed. I love that there's always a staff member present to assist you if needed. Another perk is this facility is 24/7 and with plenty of lighting and parking. Highly recommend this laundrymat over other local options. Not to forget their laundry machines seriously eliminate pet odor and strong odors as well with just 1 wash. read more

Who knew washing rugs could be fun? I came into Supreme Clean Laundry expecting to check off a chore, but this place made me feel like I stumbled into the Disneyland of laundromats (minus the churros, but hey, they're working on it). First off, this place is HUGE. I'm talking "did I just walk into a Costco?" huge. Plenty of room to spread out, so you don't feel like you're in a wrestling match for machines. And the vibe? Clean, spacious, and almost... dare I say, inviting? Like, I'd come back here even if my rugs didn't need washing. The staff is super friendly too. You know how most laundromats give off "every man for himself" energy? Not here. The employees are genuinely helpful and seem like they enjoy being here, which is kind of contagious. But here's the kicker: the prizes. Did I just accidentally enter the Wheel of Fortune of laundry spots? You can win $250 in cash or even Disney tickets while washing your rugs and linens. I mean, imagine telling your friends, "Yeah, I won Disney tickets doing laundry." Instant legend status. Supreme Clean really nailed the combo of functionality and fun. Spacious? Check. Clean? Double-check. And prizes? Oh, you bet I'll be back with every washable thing I own just for a shot at that $250. If your rugs or laundry need a spa day, Supreme Clean Laundry is the spot. Bring your rugs, bring your vibes, and maybe bring some lucky socks. You never know--you might just leave with clean rugs and a ticket to Disneyland. read more

We are traveling in our trailer and needed a laundromat. This place was a great find! Large facility with lots of clean machines! The bathroom was clean, too - always a bonus. Miguel was the attendant on-duty and he was help, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this place. read more

First time there, midnight, great music, free coffee reasonable prices, & clean machines!! Plus it's 24hrs!!

Really nice staff, but not anywhere near as clean as it used to be and the attendant is "cleaning" with the most gross, filthy rags. Additionally, most of the machines were good, but number 10 didn't rinse properly AND it made a few small holes and tears in the items I put in that machine. The other machines worked fine. Supreme Clean please don't go downhill! read more

Very goood washers and always clean! Great customer service! Love that they use sanitize water!

Convient, clean, parking good staff good washer machine are good and dryers easy access

Excellent customer service and all machines were working on top of it being open for 24 hours.

I don't even know where to start. As soon as I entered the doors I had a good feeling about this place. The staff were so kind and offered help and assistance with anything I might need. Everything is very clean and there's so much space for you to do your laundry comfortably and at ease. They have just about everything you need from laundry supplies, friendly staff, and many snacks and drinks (: and not to mention they're open 24 hours a day! I would say that this laundry business is by far the best I've heard of and been to and 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know. No joke, this place is amazing! read more

I went in yesterday and was helped out by a lady name patty, she was really rude to me and my mom. Seemed like she wasn't being professional at the laundry mat. You should teach your employees how to attend to customers. read more

I have been coming here for some time and never had a bad experience until now. One of the machines wasn't working properly in which I notified one lady that was on shift, she mentioned to never out soap in the back compartments because they sometimes don't work. I wasn't understanding if I had always done that so that made me ask someone else in charge she helped me pull out the soap on the back compartment and tell me that one pre-wash soap was enough to wash my clothes, in which I don't have the same perspective about, thats all she did my load didn't washed properly so I had to pay again for something that wasn't working properly. Customer service is key and I believe that sometimes it's normal for things to not work property however as a person in charge is to fix something or compensate the client with restarting the load as it didn't work properly. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at Supreme Clean Laundry. The attendant was extremely helpful. It was my first time using this laundry facility so, he help me by showing me how to load the card and he help me with one of the washers. He was such a nice guy. Also, the other customers were just as nice and pleasant as the attendant. The facility was very clean and the washers/dryers were in fabulous condition. If I lived in Chula Vista I would visit Supreme Clean Laundry weekly because of my wonderful experience. read more

I went to the laundry on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and the floor was dirty and the dryer isn't drying my clothes good

I found this great place online, looking for a 24 hr laundromat. Drove down @ 130a from PLoma (only 16 min!). Well lit inside and parking lot, very clean (2 attendants actually working diligently), new machines, free coffee?! Counter tops and tables where we can read/study/chill. Free WiFi. Major ups to the owner/operators of this place. I can tell they care and are optimizing our experience. I purchased a $22 card so I'll definitely be back next week. read more

Come here to do laundry like everybody and leave. Not to be disrespected by staff. Facilities are clean so there's that.

Great laundromat! Very clean and open 24 hours. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs to wash a lot clothes quickly.

First of this place is pretty spacious and CLEAN!!! Several parking spots Several carts to use They have med and large carts No need for cash they have a machine that gives you a free card to add money, most places charge a fee for a card. You can use your debit card or cash if you use cash you get 2$ for every 20 you place in the washing card. Customer service is great, employee saw me taking out my baskets and kindly brought a cart and started helping me place baskets in the cart. Absolutely will be coming back, If my washer doesn't get fixed soon. read more

This laundromat is the best I've ever been too! Since day 1 the owner, Jay, and staff are present, friendly, and ready to help and answer any questions you may have. They always make sure to keep the place clean, literally sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the top, inside, and outside of the machines themselves from any previous users debris. There was even a day I had to run out while my clothes were drying and I asked one of the staff, Patti, if she can keep an eye on my clothes and when I came back she had taken them out of the dryer when they were done and put them in my bags for me! I honestly have never had service like this before at a laundromat. Some of the additional services and perks of coming to this laundromat in addition to the amazing staff and the cleanliness are: * Purified and Alkaline water vending machines * Free coffee * Free tickets every time you are washing to use at the various food vendors that set up outside near the parking area * They are always playing good music and have TV's throughout the whole place * There's plenty of folding space * They're open 24 hours * Daily discounts * Earn points every time you wash to redeem various prizes including free washes * One thing that stood out to me was that they have the largest washers in San Diego County! * And believe me there's much, much more I like to think of this place as a one stop shop and this laundromat makes you look forward to doing laundry! Definitely recommend. read more

Supreme Clean Laundry - Was amazed to know that they had the largest capacity in SD! - Laundromat Near Me - Chula Vista, California

You know the old saying - Build it and they will come. I was surprised when I saw another laundromat being constructed. I thought there were too many around already. Today I went and tried them out. I thought if I went early on a Monday it would be slow. I got there around 7:30 and it was pretty busy. The nice employee helped me get a card and recharge it. I'm not use to technology, I'm still trying to figure out how to set my VCR clock. She recommends a three load machine and it was just the right size. I think it was $2.75. The machine was very clean which is a plus. The Dryers were .25 cents for every 8 mins. Like the washing machines they were very clean. I saw the employee cleaning the machines while I was washing mine. As time moved on the place got very busy. I was in and out like the hamburger within 1hr. They have signs that they are opening 24 HRs starting in September. My first experience was a good one. Although I will come back much earlier next time. I like the idea that you can earn points on your card for food and stuff. They advertise free Coffee and Doughnuts from 7-10AM but I didn't see any today. Not a huge deal as I don't go to the Laundry-mat for food. They also have a small section of old school top loading machines. I grew up with those and they are my favorite to use. I might try them next time. I think they were $1.75 to use. These prices were an early bird Monday special, they may be different later in the day. Funny side note , they have some real inconsiderate customers. I noticed many were parked in 1-1/2 spaces so other people couldn't park in that space. Saw at least 4 cars like that. I took the last space so it didn't bother me, but noticed other cars having to choose other parking spaces because of that. In total I think this is a great place and very clean with great prices and a nice point system. I'll be back. read more
