This laundry place is very accessible specially if you live around the area. The manager has the best customer service. He always make sure that all the machines are working and all the spots are clean and tidy up and ready to use. Definitely will continue coming back to this place.

Super clean

This Laundry place is super and easy access, good machines, clean, friendly customers, easy acces access and lots of parking. The manager is super friendly. He always engage with the customers. I always comes back here coz of the machine availability and promos. They have mega load for $3.75 a load which is the most cheapest in the entire National City. The environment is super friendly and a lot of amenities around. Cooler place and the stereo sounds is quite good. The regulars are super friendly. I keep coming back here.

Majority of these dryers are out of service!

I came here to do laundry. We had two weeks worth of laundry. This place had hot water which was a positive because the other location I went to never had hot water only warm. I need hot water to kill the bacteria in our laundry. Majority of the dryers were out of service and the washers too. There was one guy cleaning up and sweeping but everything looked old. No WiFi or anything. They had candy and snack machines but food was expired. Bums hang around here and seem to walk by the business. Not necessarily a good thing. The only positive thing here is that it's not crowded or busy which is what I like. Plenty of parking up front but these washers and dryers looked so old. They need to upgrade the machines and fix most of the ones not working. So far this has been the place we go to when we need our laundry done. It seems to work out.

1st time here to wash my comforters. Reasonably clean Laundry shop. They sell laundry products if you forgot something at home, however they are expensive. For the most part, the laundromat is fairly clean. It could be swept a little more and wiped down but overall its tidy. They don't have any air condition, TVs though they do offer free wi fi. Parking isn't the best. The parking lot can be a little chaotic at times. They have fairly washers and dryers. All dryers $.25 and they dry rapidly. They also charge to use the bathroom, which is awful.

Wtf.

I've been coming here for about six years and generally haven't had issues, but lately washing…read moremachine #28 has been acting strange. A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

Clean, modern, great dryers, Apple Pay AND genuinely nice people?! I think I found my new…read morelaundromat. My usual laundromat was randomly closed on Sunday, so I had a whole car full of clothes and bedding with nowhere to go. This has happened before, and I've been meaning to find a backup, but every other place I'd tried either didn't take cards or had those evil dryers that somehow require 17 cycles and STILL leave your clothes damp. So I did what any reasonable person would do and went on Yelp to figure out where the Señoras would go- because they do NOT play when it comes to their laundry. This place popped up, had great pictures, took cards, and looked clean, so I figured, "Welp, I'm already here. Let's see what happens." When I walked in, I immediately started looking around trying to figure out where the heck you actually pay and how everything worked. Joshua noticed me looking confused, I told him it was my first time, and he walked me through the whole place. He showed me the Laundry Boss app, which is honestly so futuristic compared to the old-school quarter situation. You scan the QR code on the machine, set up your account, load money using Apple Pay, and start your machine right from your phone. As someone who never carries cash, I was SOLD. Joshua also let me know they have a drop-off laundry service (I always assumed that was one of those things that costs an arm and a leg, so I'd never even looked into it) but the pricing seemed reasonable especially if you can pick it up the next day, I always assumed it took several days, And everything gets washed, dried, perfectly folded and packed up for you- They can even drive to you and pick up your laundry from your house! I could see this being really helpful for mom's with kids at home and busy schedules or people like me who waited too long and now have to wash clothes, towels and bedding at the same time Joshua was super kind and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. While my laundry was going, I wandered around and started reading all the funny plaques on the walls and noticed this big "Hero Among Us" plaque and Joshua told me the story behind the owner, who apparently is very involved in the community -- doing turkey giveaways, coaching at the local high school, and actually coming into the laundromat during the week to make sure everything is running smoothly. And honestly, you can tell. While I was folding my clothes, I watched Joshua greeting other customers by name and chatting with some of the older folks. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and the whole place has this feeling that it's actually for the community, rather than just being another giant laundry chain where you're fighting with a broken machine over your last three quarters. Also, THE MACHINES. Everything I used was clean and working, and the dryers actually DRY YOUR CLOTHES. I didn't have to put anything through multiple cycles, which should honestly be the bare minimum but apparently isn't. They also have these really cool laundry baskets where one side is higher than the other, making it way easier to pull everything out of the washers without your clothes tumbling onto the floor. It's such a small detail, but when you're washing a million things, little details matter. The location is convenient too. There's an ice cream shop, Mexican food, and this funky little shop next door that seems to sell approximately EVERYTHING. So if you need something to do while your laundry is running (or phone dies) you've got options. My only feedback: I was VERY excited to see they had snacks and sodas because I spotted a Cactus Cooler and I swear I haven't had one in forever. Unfortunately, those were exact-change only. I never have coins on me, so I had to walk away from that Cactus Cooler and I'm still thinking about it. But now I know. Next time, I'm bringing quarters AND my laundry. I originally came here because my usual place was closed, but I left thinking this might actually be my new spot. Clean machines, dryers that do their ONE JOB, easy Apple Pay, thoughtful little details, fair drop-off pricing, and employees who actually seem to care about the people coming through the door. 10/10 would voluntarily do laundry here again. ++(Bonus points if you find the bobble head of Mr Boss Man )

A machine that I used was clearly broken and it did not spin my clothes. My clothes were wet and soggy, very disappointing. I told the attendant about it but he didn't refund me or offer anything to help me out. I found this to be pretty sad customer service. I washed my load again in another machine, paid another couple of dollars, and then put them in the dryer. I ended up spending about 40 extra minutes here because of the broken washer. For this visit I am updating to 2 stars based on what I experienced.

The biggest downside is that this place is NOT great during the summer It gets hot as hell inside, to the point where you can't really relax while waiting for your clothes. There also aren't any outlets near the seating area, so if you're trying to charge your laptop, tablet, or other devices and get some online work done while you wait, you really can't. I guess you can charge your phone in the car, but that's about it. I'd definitely come here again because the prices are good, the free soap is convenient, and the service was great but preferably on a nice, cool day when I don't need to get any work done while I'm waiting.
