Wow I haven't had to use a laundry mat in many many years. I scoped this place out a week or so before actually using it. I had a great experience. It was clean and comfortable with supers large heavy duty machines and smaller normal load machines. Depending on your load they had a machine just for you. The cost was fair, we needed the super large machine. It only cost $9.00 to wash and .50 to dry. I was so pleased with the ease of washing my comforters here. They came out clean, fresh and dry and I couldn't wait to put them on my beds. All the machines and dryers use a laundry card which you purchase right on the site. It took know time at all to insert my cash and pull out a card. For every $10.00 you put on the card you get a 30 minute credit automatically on your card to use in the laundry mat. They also have an onsite employee, cleaning and answering questions it was great. I will totally come her again. read more

Pretty nice place. It clean and not crowded large Machine's are great. Prices at about normal for this economy. Everthing is going up. Gas and water as well. So I'm not sure why I read about some complaints about prices. Usually 30% of what you spend in a laundry goes to utilities. I was able to use the bathroom and it was just recently painted. I love laundry mat this has great several big huge gigantic machines we can stick up to nine loads of clothing in at one time or several blankets ,comforters ,rugs big huge items that really wouldn't fit in your machine at home . Thy have plenty of wash machines to choose from they go in-flight 2,3,6,9 loads for washing it one time very nice very clean very big lots wash machines and then the back will wash laundry mat they have this great big huge dryer if you could preleased grab the blankets and got the clothing of being there do you wanna dry also have duty snack machines on laundry machines pencil bleach plastic bags snack machines cookie the step and drink machines for snacking on there they have no bathroom in here apparently somebody broke the damn thing is screwed everybody else is a very nice laundry mat! read more

Don't come here at all! Restrooms aren't available not even for the customers since they are always locked and there is never an employee around to help you out! You have to text if a machine broke down on you or the card won't load basically you won't get any help if you need it. Very dirty place nobody is keeping the place tidy. Don't come here not even if your desperate to wash. read more

All machines are basically broken. I wasted money on machines that "worked". Signs say bathroom is for customers yet are locked? Oh, the best part of this is that there's no one here to help you out with any issues. I would take off the first three words from the name it ain't no earth FRENDLY EXPRESS laundry. If anything this place is an embarrassment compared to other laundromats. I will be reporting all my concerns to the better business bureau. I went in today and the machine took 20 bucks as and didn't dispense my card. A lady also got her clothes stuck in a washer that ended up not working and had to wait a hour or so for a response. There was no one to talk to and the number they tell you to text doesn't respond I even called twice. Not sure how or why they're open early morning just to not have anyone available until 4pm. If I get a call back today because I did leave a note maybe I'll change my ratings but so far very unprofessional. A year ago this place was great. First of all this place sucks. There's no phone number to call someone when something goes wrong especially when my clothes are in the washer and it won't stop or let me take my clothes out. There is no one here on site. Everything is very confusing and misleading. The washers are not $.99 per load there is no restroom that works. It's locked. There's not a place to wash your hands in here because you do get soap on them. The restroom when it does work you have to pay for it with the card that you have to buy for two dollars. The card says it's a deposit of two dollars but we know the truth. I'll never see that two dollars back. Anyway, this place is also run by the drug attics around here smell nothing but marijuana here. All the clubs are walking around running the place telling you what's going on at this establishment. First of all I think it Cellarius that no one is here because I guess they're scared to come to work because of the location but this location is not a bad location it's just who you allowed to run your business and how you treat your boys. This is ridiculous that my clothes are still stuck in the machine and I cannot even call anyone because there's no phone numbers I walk around this whole place. read more

I like it because its super close to my house but lately its been doing so bad. Most of the washers don't work. There is never any one working incase we need help with the machines. The floors are always wet and dirty. My daugther fell as soon as she walked in because we didn't see the wet floors and there was no wet signs anywhere. Not to mention there is always people outside drinking and smoking making me feel unsafe. They always come inside asking for things and its scary. read more

It's a laundry mat. A laundry mat that I cannot wash my blankets or bedsheets, only clothes what is the use of the laundry mat that I can't wash my blankets along side my cloth. Not only did the new management increased the prices but now I can't even wash my blankets too. They changed the days of the half off wash (which is understandable) but now it's starting to be too much FOR A LAUNDRY MAT PLACE! I normally go to a different laundramat but today I had a last minute dry to do Earth Friendly is closer to me but I've benn passing it up for years because of 1 bad experience Tonight that changed! I've been coming to this laundry for over 2 years. I enjoyed that they had specials and the prices were affordable. But, after a recent visit, I was shocked that the prices have increased tremendously. The washing machine's price has increased by $2.00. For example, I used to pay $9.00 for a 9 load machine, which now cost $11.00. In addition, the drying machine went from $0.45 to $1.00 and the large drying machine now cost $1.30. I had to pay multiple times for the drying machine to dry my clothes . It was a very expensive trip to the laundry. Sadly, I will not be coming to this laundry mat anymore. read more

Recently we have met a great employee named Paola who has made us even more comfortable coming here even after a few years coming already. She is very nice and is great with people. So far not impressed machines look new but i didn't like how my clothes hardly even looked wet and hardly any suds at all as if the machines don't have enough water and it smelled bad and there was NO staff AND on top of everything you need to buy a card to use the machines . This place was great. We were vacationing in the san diego area and wanted to do our laundry. The place is clean they have plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes and they are quick. There is an attendant on duty and she was super sweet and helpful. There card machine wasn't working and she helped make the process seem less. It's a few minute drive from downtown but worth it. read more
