When the fur babies piss on comforters... commercial washers are best! Lol

I'm not above going to a local laundromat. As a matter of fact- I kinda dig it. But, I gotta be there FIRST thing in the morning! Got here a lil before sunrise- and was able to snag a parking spot right at the laundromat curb. Construction is just about done at the Jack in the Box next door. Many reasons why I like it here- Coin operated machines!!! Yes! One less plastic card you gotta carry in your wallet (and pay an additional fee to obtain- like some other laundromat facilities). Clean unisex bathroom 1; 2; 4; 6; 8 load washing machines available 36 regular dryers & 8 jumbo dryers Adequate benches available Detergent & fabric softener vending machines available Snack machines Soda machines Mounted TVs And 7-11 in same location Chinese food Pho Yum Yum Donuts You can even buy lottery scratchers... If this were Nevada- I bet there'd be slot machines bahahahahahaha

The difference in time on machine and app.

Limited parking. 100% will see a begger at any given day if that bothers anyone. Pay range app is buggy. app support is terrible. Employees are great and respectful.

Clean and nice laundromat! Updated machines that use Pay Range app, but also takes quarters. I especially love the San Diego canvases around the laundromat

Cool candy machines

I liked this laundry Matt. I needed to do laundry and rather use quarters than using a card. We got here early and there's hardly anyone inside. It was clean and it cost me $4.25 for a mid sized washer and around $1.75 for a dryer. Not bad. They serve coffee in the morning. I think I plan on coming here instead. There's soda and candy machine. There's two flat screen television inside. I liked that. Something to watch while my daughter and I wait. There's benches along the entrance. The only negative would be the parking here. Very limited but if you get here early, there's a few front stalls in front.

A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

Clean, modern, great dryers, Apple Pay AND genuinely nice people?! I think I found my new…read morelaundromat. My usual laundromat was randomly closed on Sunday, so I had a whole car full of clothes and bedding with nowhere to go. This has happened before, and I've been meaning to find a backup, but every other place I'd tried either didn't take cards or had those evil dryers that somehow require 17 cycles and STILL leave your clothes damp. So I did what any reasonable person would do and went on Yelp to figure out where the Señoras would go- because they do NOT play when it comes to their laundry. This place popped up, had great pictures, took cards, and looked clean, so I figured, "Welp, I'm already here. Let's see what happens." When I walked in, I immediately started looking around trying to figure out where the heck you actually pay and how everything worked. Joshua noticed me looking confused, I told him it was my first time, and he walked me through the whole place. He showed me the Laundry Boss app, which is honestly so futuristic compared to the old-school quarter situation. You scan the QR code on the machine, set up your account, load money using Apple Pay, and start your machine right from your phone. As someone who never carries cash, I was SOLD. Joshua also let me know they have a drop-off laundry service (I always assumed that was one of those things that costs an arm and a leg, so I'd never even looked into it) but the pricing seemed reasonable especially if you can pick it up the next day, I always assumed it took several days, And everything gets washed, dried, perfectly folded and packed up for you- They can even drive to you and pick up your laundry from your house! I could see this being really helpful for mom's with kids at home and busy schedules or people like me who waited too long and now have to wash clothes, towels and bedding at the same time Joshua was super kind and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. While my laundry was going, I wandered around and started reading all the funny plaques on the walls and noticed this big "Hero Among Us" plaque and Joshua told me the story behind the owner, who apparently is very involved in the community -- doing turkey giveaways, coaching at the local high school, and actually coming into the laundromat during the week to make sure everything is running smoothly. And honestly, you can tell. While I was folding my clothes, I watched Joshua greeting other customers by name and chatting with some of the older folks. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and the whole place has this feeling that it's actually for the community, rather than just being another giant laundry chain where you're fighting with a broken machine over your last three quarters. Also, THE MACHINES. Everything I used was clean and working, and the dryers actually DRY YOUR CLOTHES. I didn't have to put anything through multiple cycles, which should honestly be the bare minimum but apparently isn't. They also have these really cool laundry baskets where one side is higher than the other, making it way easier to pull everything out of the washers without your clothes tumbling onto the floor. It's such a small detail, but when you're washing a million things, little details matter. The location is convenient too. There's an ice cream shop, Mexican food, and this funky little shop next door that seems to sell approximately EVERYTHING. So if you need something to do while your laundry is running (or phone dies) you've got options. My only feedback: I was VERY excited to see they had snacks and sodas because I spotted a Cactus Cooler and I swear I haven't had one in forever. Unfortunately, those were exact-change only. I never have coins on me, so I had to walk away from that Cactus Cooler and I'm still thinking about it. But now I know. Next time, I'm bringing quarters AND my laundry. I originally came here because my usual place was closed, but I left thinking this might actually be my new spot. Clean machines, dryers that do their ONE JOB, easy Apple Pay, thoughtful little details, fair drop-off pricing, and employees who actually seem to care about the people coming through the door. 10/10 would voluntarily do laundry here again. ++(Bonus points if you find the bobble head of Mr Boss Man )

This laundromat is clean with lots of new machines capable of handling multiple loads…read more (1, 3 , 4 & 8 loads). The 3-load machines costs $5.25. You can pay directly with your debit card or purchase a laundry card you can pre-load with money using your debit card (located on back wall). They have 1 restroom in the back. And there's a huge fan on the ceiling with the doors open which makes the temp inside comfortable. They have standard dryers which costs $0.25/4 min. They also have free WIFI & free powdered laundry soap. However, you can buy liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets from the attendant on duty. The prices are clearly marked. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had commercial grade dryers which can dry comforters quickly (even if it costs a little more) & an app to load money & monitor the time of the wash & dry cycles for each machine you're using.

A machine that I used was clearly broken and it did not spin my clothes. My clothes were wet and soggy, very disappointing. I told the attendant about it but he didn't refund me or offer anything to help me out. I found this to be pretty sad customer service. I washed my load again in another machine, paid another couple of dollars, and then put them in the dryer. I ended up spending about 40 extra minutes here because of the broken washer. For this visit I am updating to 2 stars based on what I experienced.
