Two areas that can be improved was (1) having to deal with the AI answering service which resulted in me making repeated calls before someone was able to call me back and (2) not having clearer pricing for larger items like comforters which resulted in a higher price than I expected. But, for the situation I was in, I'm grateful for their service and, now that I know the process, I will keep them in my list of services for future potential needs.

I walked in like a lost soul with my bag of clothes and Ms. Nayeli noticed me and asked me how she can help. What a display of outstanding customer service. She brought me back to the office to create a profile for me, she was very thorough with the process and made it easy , thank you Ms. Nayeli for the warm welcome It took roughly around 2.5 hours for me to get my pick up text , and i was then greeted by a Ms. Shiela or Sheena , my apologies it was a bit busy so i could not hear your name. She handled a formal dress for my daughter and delivered exactly what we asked for--it fit perfectly and looked stunning. She really listens and understands what you want, which makes all the difference. As someone on the shorter side, she's also altered multiple pairs of pants for me, always getting the length just right. On top of that, she repaired a zipper on a work sweater that had tricky stitching, and even fixed a pair of tailored dress shorts from EXPRESS that needed restitching. Everything came back looking like new. I'll continue to be a loyal customer of Chula Vista Taylor for as long as I'm living in the Southern California, San Diego area. A couple of weeks ago I started two identical model washing machines, one of which was #28. They're located close to each other. One finished at the expected time, but #28 still had about 15 minutes left. I thought maybe someone had opened the lid to check it and forgot to restart it after closing it. Today the same thing happened again. The timer was stuck at 15 minutes and the machine kept filling with water. While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

I had the body length of the jacket cropped by about two inches, which also required adjusting the zipper.
