So i saw an advertisement on instagram and connected with them through there. Their service was spectacular because they reply within minutes and such helpful people. I was lucky enough to get same day service and all i had to do was put out two 13gallon bags of laundry and they picked it up in ramona around 7:30pm and the person who was helping me kept me in the loop the whole time while i was still doing errands. The next day at 7:30pm they delivered my perfectly folded laundry in a big purple bag to keep and use for future laundry services. My towels were fluffy again, my cat hair was almost completely gone and it was easy to just put the clothes away. This service was so helpful, couldn't say better things and recommended it more.

I am shocked that they would have even put it in the plastic in that condition. Clearly that was not how the comforter went into the shop as it was stiff like a piece of cardboard! As it had been a couple of weeks since the cleaning service, I did not take the comforter into the shop because I knew I couldn't prove that something else didn't happen in the couple of week in between.
