I took a few seconds to process how and why he was asking me. I said blankets. He proceeded to tell me that he was trying to "save me time" and not bother looking for machines. I then told him I could see it was busy, but he was basically refusing me to patronize the service. I told him, I had been coming to that laundromat before he even hot a job there. I still needing to wash my loads went across town by the DollarTree. I'm glad this place cleaned itself up, but I don't appreciate someone asking me questions when I know what is and isn't allowed there. He didn't have a name tag, but I don't spend my hard-earned money where staff HAS NO RIGHT to treat me like he did. I called and emailed a contact request form and no one reached out to me. I've never been treated like this in a place where I follow rules. He's works in a laundromat, he's not saving lives. This place can pound sand. Apparently, Joe B takes only one sided positions. I said "blankets" and "Dude, I was patronizing this place before you even worked here" Mind you Joe B never bothered to make contact with me to get my side. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. To be honest there are some shady doings going on there. My mother had a blouse that she dropped off and when she picked it up and got it home, she noticed EVERY BUTTON was exchanged with some cheap trashy buttons. Also she had a yellow shirt that Mr. YOUNG and his staff couldn't find.....miraculously a few weeks later it was hanging up for her to pick up. CLEARLY someone used her shirt for their own personal usage and then brought it back to re dry clean. Ever notice how Mr. YOUNG always hand carries and places your clothes in your trunk or car JUST FOR YOU, next time look at the garments and load them up yourself or they're probably the wrong item. It might not be Mr. Young, perhaps his staff in the back of the shop, but HE CLEARLY knows shady stuff is going on. He acknowledged the swapped out buttons. Do yourselves a favor and keep moving by till u find another spot. Basically they're shady even when it's cloudy and rainy outside.
