Oliver took care of me over the phone and I'm the Store. He was incredibly Professional and helpful. He took the time to take Digital measurements of my feet while Standing and while Walking. It is complete full service here and he made sure I tried enough sizes to get the perfect fit. I was able to find the Wide here which Nobody else has. I searched online on Amazon and Red Wings Website. None of them had Wide Sizes. I am so glad I made the Trip to the store because I guessed my size all wrong. Red Wings are incredibly well made in the USA. I have always had Irish Setters but decided to take the plunge and get the Iron Rangers. They are beautiful and as Solid as they come. I took my boots in for a repair and I was told that it would take 2 to 4 weeks because it was minimal. Then I called 3 1/2 weeks later and they told me that my four weeks were coming up. So now it's been five weeks. I call and they tell me now that it takes 4 to 8 weeks that that's what it has been And no regard. That's just what they tell me. They don't care about customer service. It's just that's what it is. That's what it is as to speak to supervisor and got the runaround. And I still don't have my boots, so no, I would not recommend or purchase my next boots for. read more

The man that was working there was extremely knowledgeable. He multi tasked at the highest level for being the only employee. He explained the options well and didn't mind taking out many different sizes and types for us to try on. Also, they have a large array of boots for different reasons. Heeled, no heel, high top, short, and all different colors. They also have a very cool machine that identifies what type of arch support you'd need, which was super helpful for us The boots are pricey, can't deny it. We spent nearly 400 on just one pair plus an insole. But! My super sensitive footed boyfriend has said his feet never hurt at work. Plus the boots come with warrantee for life. I bought workboots here and was told they were good after about 2 months. They started this week. I called I was told to bring them in when I did bring them in. They basically told me there's nothing they could do it's wear and tear. There is no damage to him and there is nowhere pattern on. Hi would not buy boots here? Ever. My husband needs a good pair of shoes for work. We placed our order in October . I have now called a several times and continue to get a run around . First the shoes were coming from another local store , then they were coming from Colorado , and now they have no idea where the order went, and can't find it . I've requested a refund at this time since it's been 4 months and I'm the one that has to call, and I'm being told they have to do research to find the shoes first before they can provide me a refund . They said 2 days ago they would call me back and haven't, I called again today and I'm being told the guy is by himself and only has 5-10 mins to look into my order a day. This is absolutely ridiculous . You spent $200 on shoes to be ghosted. I understand there are shipping delays with the pandemic and such but this is no way to treat your customers . I purchased a new set of boots and I wanted tough toe installed on the boot. Chris said he could install it for free as long as I purchased the tough toe from the store. (40$) man am I glad I did. Them boys at work are going to be jealous because these boots are too fresh! Also I work on my knees quite often as a sparky so I won't have to worry about the toe tearing open.Thanks Chris for doing a great job installing the tough toe on my boot. These boots are so uncomfortable I can't believe they sell these for 350.00 so your feet can feel beat up at the end of the day. What a joke this place is! One person working with 6 customers waiting while she is on the phone moving like a turtle people are walking out and she doesn't care! They didn't have a pair of shoes that we had previously bought in the past and then proceeded to say that they have no "recollection" of them even being an option in their store. I've been waiting for my Red Wing delivery for nearly over a month! I have gotten no confirmation email nor text on when my shoes would be available for pickup. Unfortunately, I had to take it upon myself to call the store and inquire on when my shoes would be ready for pickup?! Just to find out that they arrived a few days ago and just need to be oiled up...Im not sure what or who they were waiting on but I'm quite disappointed and unsatisfied overall on the service I've received. Sheila the manager is great. I've bought two pairs of Red Wings boots from her in the last 4 years. I bought my second pair because of the quality in American made boots and the outstanding customer service from Sheila. I had my first pair re-soled for $85, which isn't bad since I wore them for 4 years. The advantage of re-soling boots is that the leather is already broken in. I called the store ahead of time to double check on business hours I was told they were open until 6 PM I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to this location in El Cajon upon my arrival about 4:50 there was a sign on the door that said close until 510 I stood out here till about 510 it was a woman in the window saw me jesters one minute and walks in the back myself and another customer proceeded to wait about 20 minutes knock on the door nobody came out we both left the establishment shortly after I called it a gentleman by the name of Chris stating he is the manager of the location picked up the phone I asked him why was the door locked if the hours are 6 PM he said and I quote I had use the bathroom I was gone about five minutes I said that is not accurate information I stood out here for 20 minutes waiting and he says well I don't know what to tell you I said are you serious you're the manager and that is your response so because you had to take and I quote I said you had to take a shit and that affects your customers why he said I already told you I had a sign on the door that said we were closed I would be open I said you taking a shit is not part of the customers problem yet another employee in there while she was in training or not you should've had the doors open to the establishment so we can browse our pick our product out while waiting I felt like it was very unacceptable his smug response and disregard for customers further irritated me I shop here on a yearly basis my son my husband both purchased new shoes over two hundred dollars each , wallet and accessories this gentleman not only made me never want to shopAt this location but I feel gave your company a very very bad name by treating customers that way in his smug behavior as my response was not apologetic did not offer any kind of compensation assembly he had to take a shit was wrong read more
