    I was looking for some new half cut boots, and they were having a 30% off Dockers Iredale boots and other items. There was an online code that if you mention it at the register and show the print out or bar code from a smart phone, it resulted in an additional 20% off! So, my final price was $55.99, and with those kind of discounts, on some very good comfortable and good looking boots, well yes I am a fan! The pair of boots fit snug but comfortable and I look forward wearing them.     First, I have to say that the salesman, AJ, was very attentive and helpful the whole time I was looking around. He had good advice and when he wasn't helping, he was stocking shelves. He even came over to ring me up when he saw I was waiting at the register. A+ service. This review looses a star because of the selection. I was looking for a brown pump to wear to a wedding. This time of year (November) if it's not black or a boot or sneaker, they don't have it. I did find other things I liked and got a great deal on them...just not what I was looking for. Since I'm not a big shoe shopper, I'm easy to please usually! I came in again today and the store manager, Jerry, was really helpful and friendly. They had what I needed in stock and I was in and out of there quickly! They get 4 stars this time for having what I needed.

    If this happens to you, just know you can remove it yourself. Save your gas!! Still upsetting though.

    Would've given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact they forgot to remove the tag from the shoe! I didn't notice till a week later when I was ready to wear them. Thankfully my dad was able to use some of his tools to pull it off. Not only did he save my outfit but he save me some gas. I was not tying to drive 20 mins to get it removed when it should've been removed in the first place!

When the system started playing "Africa" by Toto, and I had my new sandals in hand, I knew it was more than serendipity, 'I was meant to be here'. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. As soon I tried my first pair on, Mike let me know where to find the nearest mirror. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. The same is to be said for the rest of the lively crew, including the associate who rung me up. Truly, nothing but good vibes here. Thank you to the entire crew! Again, this place was clean!

    If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would…read more I am writing this review to warn customers who need to return online purchases. I have had extremely bad experiences with a customer service staff member at this Walmart (I will call him "A", as I do not know his name). He regularly sits at the customer service desk. Based on my experiences, this person does not act with honesty or a customer-focused attitude. Instead, he appears to misuse his position and makes returns unnecessarily difficult. If you have online items to return, I strongly recommend going to another Walmart Supercenter. Do NOT come to this location. I interacted with this employee twice, and both experiences were unacceptable. First incident (December 2025): I purchased a watch online. When I tried to return it in-store, A handed me a small piece of paper stating that Walmart stores could not accept the return. I was told to return it online instead. However, when I tried to initiate the return on Walmart.com, the order was marked "Not eligible for return." This was not true originally, and I later realized that A had placed this restriction, making the return impossible through Walmart. As a result, I had to contact the third-party seller myself, ship the item back at my own expense, and wait for a refund. As of today, I still have not received any refund, even though I mailed the item back on December 29, 2025. Second incident (March 2026): I bought car fluids and oil online and picked them up at another Walmart location. My receipt clearly stated that the items were eligible for return until March 17, 2026. When I tried to return two items at this store, A immediately refused and said they were not returnable. I showed him my receipt, but he refused to even look at it, insisting that his screen showed "not eligible." I asked why returns were always so difficult at this location. He called his supervisor, who confirmed that the items were returnable, and suggested I return them at the pickup store. When I went there, the staff discovered that red text had been added to my order stating "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN." The employees were shocked when I explained what happened. This behavior is unacceptable. If this Walmart cannot process certain returns, customers should be clearly informed, not blocked in the system. An employee should never add restrictions that make a customer's return impossible. This is the first time in the U.S. that I have experienced such treatment at a customer service desk. It is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the Walmart I used to trust.

I'd rather just shop on Amazon. I get that the beauty section is in all locked cabinets because of theft, but standing around and waiting for someone to unlock it and then dragging them around the whole department so I can pick stuff out is so obnoxious. There has to be a better solution here Also the shoe selection is pretty bleak.
