Pam was SO helpful & kind, helping me find items but not pushy at all (perfect combo). I had no idea they make the gorgeous pieces they sell! The quality is amazing & prices are cheaper than similar (high quality) festival clothing online. I got a beautiful black lace skirt and beautiful matching top with long arms, and flowers on the black lace. Gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it! The items are one of a kind because they are made on site so you can really show off some beautiful statement, artistic pieces of clothing if you like that kind of thing, which I do! Their jewelry is beautiful... Looks exactly like items I saw on Etsy for five times the price! I can't wait to come here next year while before Coachella so I can get all my outfits here. This store has to have some of the cutest stuff I have EVER seen in my life. I came in looking for something somewhat specific for a rocky horror costume during halloween. I did not find anything I needed, but wanted to buy SO many things! I was also looking for shoes and unfortunately they only had a handful of shoes which was disappointing. But it appears as though all the clothes are handmade and you will never find anything like this anywhere else! The price tags are a bit high but I totally understand since they are hand crafted. This store is amazing. I have been coming here for 10+ years. I've gained weight, lost weight, and every time I find something that's flattering and cute. The booty shorts are my all time fav. Especially the high waisted ones. They look flattering on any frame. I used to work bottle service, and go to burning man every year, and I make it a point to come in and get my necessities and then some. Pam, the owner, is so sweet and extremely talented in creating such quality products. She understands the female body and creates each garment to flatter and fit perfectly. Also! Their Halloween selection is insane. Pam makes each costume. I still wear mine (from 10 years ago) to burning man and it's still is perfect condition. Seriously cannot recommend this store enough. I got here at 11:55 am and walked in the open door. A cranky girl in cat ears yelled "We're not open yet!" and stormed off into the back of the store where I saw her just drinking her Starbucks. I went back outside and waited until 12 pm when she glared aggressively at me and flipped a sign on the door from closed to open before opening the door and storming off into the back of the store. No hello or offer to help me find anything. I left without buying anything and will not be back. If you're going to work in customer service, you shouldn't be angry when you have to *gasp* serve a customer. I would recommend going to Mileage in PB instead - much better selection and friendly, helpful employees! read more

Based on the reviews, I thought this business would be welcoming. Upon my arrival, I was barely acknowledged. I didn't take this to heart and continued to look around the store. When one of the guests left, I noticed the person behind the desk was behind me. As I moved to the other side of the store, she followed... As a Black woman, this made me extremely uncomfortable. I wasn't even asked if I needed help looking for anything. I quickly left and said thank you with no response. Let me ask why is it that when I look up at the mirror I see a camera pointing directly to where I was changing. I was completely undressed the moment I realized it. Top off/ bra off/pants off. I want so badly to give 5 stars but the professionalism downgrades it. I've visited this amazing establishment 3 times now. Everytime I've gone, I get there right at 12 when the open, or a few minutes after. Upon arriving there's a sign posted "Starbucks run, be back soon". The first time I couldn't wait. The second time I was approaching as they were leaving, & I could tell they were irritated that I was there AT THE TIME THEY OPEN. The third time I waited. You literally open at noon and can't get ur coffee before business hours? They only give customers a short opportunity to come in and shop due to their hours. Aside from that I do really love all the outfits they have and even make x smalls. I recommend getting ur coffee before opening so customers don't have to wait. :-) read more

Love this place so much! While they are fairly small in size, they are stocked full of the best things (or you can order anything custom-made or altered if they don't have the size or style you like). My only complaint (not a real one) is that I almost always spend too much $ there, but not because they are expensive, as their prices are quite reasonable, but just because I have a hard time narrowing down my purchases and buy so much, lol! Luckily they have a loyalty program so you can get freebies (like free panties, pasties, etc.) after purchasing so much. And every time I've been in, the staff has been super friendly and accommodating (the manager even let me stay after hours one time because I was finding so much stuff I wanted to try on and buy and they had to be there late anyway to do paperwork). Was a little bummed to find out they moved out of Hillcrest (near where I live) but it turned out to be only a few more minutes driving to the new place, and since I didn't have to drive around forever looking for parking since they have their own lot, it didn't take any longer and the parking was free! :) read more

Interesting place! Stopped by because I had a dancing gig and desperately needed a pair of fishnets and this place seemed like the right choice. They have a really interesting selection of...stuff. Drag-queen style thongs, shoes, wigs. Lots of neon stuff, lots of glitter. This is the place to be if you're getting ready to attend Pride or some LGBT event! The girl who works there was nice and took an unusual (for San Diego standards) amount of interest in understanding what I was actually looking for. I showed her my costume and the challenges I have with it and she offered solutions, which I truly appreciate it. I love this place when I was a go-go dancer (ahhh those were the days) and came here at least once a week to get a new outfit or shoes or stockings, etc. They are mainly hand made clothing and they can custom make your outfits for you. Very cool. We had our New Year's Eve outfits custom made here and I have to say, I love it! The jewelry here is very high quality (fake but lasts a long time) and they can custom order anything you want. I still come here from time to time for costumes or for weird outfits for the ummm...bedroom. Make sure to get a dancers' card, they stamp it every time you spend money there and then you can get a free gift from their store! Very cool! read more

Always enjoy coming in. I believe I've met the husband of the owner once (it's a couple owning the store from what I've read) and he was very nice and willing to help. Sometimes you can get a weird vibe off of men working at lingerie stores, not this one! He was telling me they make all the costumes in the back of the store and they do custom-made clothing as well which is great. I wish they stayed open a little later because I do live in Oceanside and my work doesn't open until 7. So it's a bit of a drive.
