That's why I love going here, because it is Express Factory Outlet, not a regular Express store, so you always find great deals, the employee was also very nice. For instance, today I came in and found some very good pair of pants, originally marked as $98, but was marked down to $59.99, then you get to take an additional 60% off. The price at checkout was super sweet, unfortunately they couldn't find my email or phone number on the system, and last year I have signed up with them to get that $10 off first time, after back and forth with the girl at check out, I decided to use my ex email and they were able to pull up the account, anyhow I told her that this email belongs to my ex, we both had a good laugh, regardless she still gave me an extra $10 off my purchase, wow what a steal, but this is how you do business, unlike the H&M store in the same shopping mall, jeez I wish they had the same level of customer service as this one. Came here in October. Retail staff were dismissive. There was no sense of friendliness. No hello/greeting upon entering even after making eye contact. Instead they were all there standing and gossiping loudly and openly. Very unprofessional. But, I was on a mission to find a bodysuit. I found the bodysuit I was looking for, BUT it had some markings on the front. In fact, all the body suits and 90% of the merchandise I looked at and tried on had a defect. I clearly understood why this "express factory" has items underpriced. There are sooo many piles of clothes. Neatly organized, yet. The store looks empty. I probably come here about once a year or so, maybe twice. I mostly like coming here for their jeans. They carry a short length in their pants that is just right for me. Yeah, not all of us were blessed with height. I refuse to shop in the petite section, it's like giving up on my dream of one day getting taller! I've had an Express account since college. Even though I don't carry a balance, I still keep it around so they send me those deals in the mail. You never know when I'll feel like using them. The service here is usually pretty good. Occasionally I've tried on skirts or pants and needed smaller sizes and they will always go and grab them for you. This is especially helpful when the items are too far up for to have reached them anyway. I still miss the days when this store was just all women's clothing. It just seemed like they had a lot more merchandise. Now that they have the men's stuff in here too, it's kind of all crammed in and it seems a little disjointed. It's still odd to me that they turned into the gap. read more

This place has some of the best selections for women's jeans. Hats off to this company who considers creating jeans that can are nice enough to be worn going out or dressed down for everyday affairs. I found probably some of the best fitting jeans there for about 60 bucks. Express Curvy Jeans FTW! Gives you the room you need to accommodate all of the wonderful curves that come with being a lady but definitely are not baggy and sloppy. I found that the staff in this store is especially helpful when you are trying things on; these ladies totally cater to you and know their stuff. For such an indecisive person like myself, a good solid opinion on what I am unsure about is just what I need. But with quality and service, you are going to pay the price for quite a lot of it; some things in there are rather steep in price, but sometimes it is good for a little splurge. And to score some awesome deals, sift through the multitude of boxes they have out; I once scored a skirt that was originally 80 bucks for 10! Talk about awesome! read more

The staff was very friendly and helped me select the correct fit, style and even assisted in style/color matching. After trying on various cuts each piece fit perfectly. Love the clothes here but the customer service sucks. There were five girls standing behind the counter talking to a customer about everything under the sun while the line continued to get longer and longer and they weren't checking anyone else out. All of their attention was on the one customer. I stood there for 10 minutes before I decided to leave. I don't have a problem waiting when it's busy or they are short staffed but there were plenty of people there to help out and they were too busy chatting. read more

They are really expensive, but if you can afford it go for it. I can't pay 65$ for a shirt. It seems like they have good quality stuff though. I've just never bought anything there. read more

Honestly, shittiest customer service i've ever gotten. I had bought my mom a present & I went home and had her try it on, didn't fit her. I go back to exchange it for a bigger size & they didn't return it for me because the tags were off. Since then, I received a call from Customer Service in regards to the call I made the night of the incident. They were excellent and let me know they would attempt to remedy the situation as much as possible. They offered me a full refund for the skirt and asked me if I was interested in being sent a gift card for the inconvenience. I told them no at first as I never wanted to step foot in Express again, but the woman I spoke with was very respectful and basically just said she hoped I would give them another chance. She emailed me the gift card, which was redeemable online, and I purchased a beautiful blue faux silk blouse for work. The best part was that I never had to step into the store again to do this. I'm giving two stars in my update to reflect that I appreciate how corporate handled the situation, but I'm keeping as close to one star as possible to reflect that the store at Parkway Plaza is still extremely disrespectful of its customers. I truly have no intention of going there again. I'll do my shopping online from now on. read more
