Apparently only girls can have abundant closets full of cute clothes and this store follows suite. The boys section is so small compared to the girls sections. Moms want to dress their boys up too! During covid they are doing curbside pick up which is a great addition and I hope is here to stay. I just order online and wait for the items to come in and pick them up. He asked if we were ready to make a purchase before even completing my second son's measurements or allowing them to try on suits. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. I bought 2 pair of sandals 2 days ago. I had to return/exchange 1 pair because the bottom is…read moreplastic. I've had 2 back surgeries so that's not an option. I wore the second pair for the first time. Ok the way to the store, I noticed a big stain on them. I tried to exchange them as well and was told that I had to have the box. No where in the store or on the receipt did it say a box was required. I was not going to drive home and back to get the box because it's almost 20 miles round trip. I'm stuck with a $55 pair of sandals that I might never wear because of the stain. The manager did try to wash the stain, but it's still there. I've been wearing Sketchers since they came out and never had a problem until now. I have returned shoes without the box in the past. If this is their policy, it needs to be posted everywhere!
