The Vans Outlet in Viejas is really convenient. The buy one pair and get the other 1/2 off helps a ton when you are buying for a family of four! The staff is always super helpful and both the manager and assistant manager recognize my daughters and I when we shop. Everyone insures we receive great service while in the store. Our family decided to check out Viejas outlet and then found ourselves at the Vans outlet. They have large amount of stuff sold at outlet prices but what sets this Vans outlet apart is their staff. They are awesome especially Hannah! They never failed to ask what else we need, what they can help us with, and they even point out especially reduced items. More importantly, My son dropped and forgot his beats earphone. I called the store and the guy readily offered to sweep the whole store and they found it! Lapree is the man!!! I went in there not knowing what shoes I wanted was having troubles even finding a good jumping off point. He walked by me asked how I was doing and if I needed any help I told him what I wanted and he told me give him a minute. He came back with like 4 boxes saw what ones I was liking disappeared and came back with more boxes and let me know how some of them had the gel pad bottoms and some didn't. On Vacay here. Went into this Viejas Vans store and the store employees were goofing around. I asked a male employee if he had a certain shoe size. He said he would go in back and check. 15 minutes later, I see him walking around the store, I had to go up to him and ask about the shoes, he couldn't remember that he said he was going to check! Then he told me they only have bigger shoe sizes on hand. After standing around in my socks the whole time waiting for this jerk, I left the store disguested. I won't be back. read more
