This is a nice outlet right across the street from the casino. Plenty of parking in this plaza. The scenery is very nice and most of it has been kept up over the years. The arcade has changed and been updated I do like the older one better with the ticket system. I'm old school like that lol They still have the bowling alley but sadly a couple staples are gone now. The Toy store which was my favorite is now gone. Also the lingerie store which was across from it is also gone. I think they were both here since the beginning. KFC has been replaced with a burger place but we do like the Wetzlers Pretzels and the coffee/candy store!! We love the weekends with the kettle corn! It smells so good. We always get two bags to go. I do hope they get a new toy store soon. We'll be back for sure. read more

Outlets located right next to Viejas Casino. You just need to cross the street and you're there. There's a parking lot next to the outlets if you don't want to walk from the casino. I like coming to the Nike, Vans, Coach and Eddie Bauer. They always have sales being that it's an outlet. They also have ice skating seasonally. Good spot to walk around and look for deals. read more

EV chargers near bus stop has saved me a couple of times now. Bathrooms are close by and the Mexican restaurant 'Cilantro's' opens at 7am as opposed to the rest of the outlet stores/restaurants open at 10 or 11. I've been here a couple of times back in the day. I think it's a great location because it's right next to Viejas casino. The outlet has some pretty good stores like Guess, Levi's, Eddie Bauer, and Polo. They have a nice little selection for food like pizza, Mexican food, and pretzels. I wish they had a little tap room from Alpine Brewing. There's always a sale going on here on top of the discounted prices. Plenty of parking and there's parking on the hillside. I just wish there were more stores like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klien, Bath and Body works. Overall it's an okay outlet. read more

Very small outlet they have but I do like the Nike, Levi, coach, and adidas stores. Many stores have closed in the past years but they have a little variety to shop while you take a break from gambling. They have a nice decent food court too if you do not want to eat in the casino. Mexican food and pizza shop! They also sell kettle corn if you like that!' The deals are usually good but today wasn't a major deal but I did get something from Nike ! Very small outlet but do recommend ot you wanna ship for a little bit before going to casino after. Still a solid shopping experience. A lot of the food court spots have changed to other eating options. KFC and Subway are no longer here. Another deli option and a pizza spot of non chain brands are now here. A roller skating rink is being built and will be in place by April 2025. Was less than impressed with this Outlet center. The parking was easy and close to the shops. There were not that many stores and I did not see the value in the prices. Van's was actually selling the shoes for more than they were on the website, Nike was somewhat organized, and Famous footwear shared the same issue I had with Vans. After trying to find a deal and coming up short handed, my daughter and I went to the splash pad to find it was not on and sectioned off. NO FUN. So please make sure you look at the list of stores before taking the trip. read more

Midweek drive very little traffic. Went to Levi's outlet store to exchange a recent purchase for a lesser waist size; that was exciting. Greeted immediately by staff and exchanged (2) pair of men's pants. Place has huge inventory, very clean with excellent staff members. Most certainly worth the drive. read more

This Outlet mall gets worse every time I come here. It was great about 10 years ago and now looks so sad. Not 1 store sold men's dress shoes for example and the selection of men's clothes in general gets smaller and smaller each time I visit. Deals are less good each time I come here and the selection offered per store is smaller every time. The mall structure feels like a maze and like they don't want you to leave but simultaneously it's so uninviting with every building looking bland, beige and outdated. The restaurant selection used to be better and now they don't even have the Rubio's anymore (closest location is 15+ miles away!). Overall not worth the trip out here unless you live super close (like walking distance). read more

Years ago this was the place to be! My parents would take us shopping, or we would shop with my mom while my dad gambled. Nowadays, every other building is abandoned and there's hardly anyone shopping. They do have a few stores, but nothing like it used to be. If you're just looking to go shopping, I'd recommend not driving the distance and instead going to the other the outlets in San Diego. Other than that, it's a nice pit stop to visit while you're gambling. I wish the owners would try and revamp it, and bring more guests to the area, I'd hate to see a unique place go under. read more

Great place to leave your wife and daughter while you and your son-in-law carouse around in the Casino across the street. They have a nice selection of the typical outlet merchants one might expect to see, (Sketchers, Oshkosh, etc.) and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Enjoy going to the outlets. I especially go to Chico's and sketchers. It's a wonderful outing for a day. Scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

I am a big fan of outlet malls but this particular outlet is getting worse. So many of the stores are gone and what's left are ones I never shop at. This place needs an overhaul. The best area is the center hub by the food court. They do events there such as movies and ice skating. The food court is also super small. Lots of parking though and easy to get in and out of. Also having the casino only steps away is fantastic. read more

Love this outlet center. Recently more stores have opened up, and there is plenty of food and fun to be had. I'm the summer, there is even a splash pad. There is a bowling alley and an arcade. A roller rink in the summer and ice skating in the winter too! I live nearby so it's a good place to come hang out and do a little shopping. Large outlet with lots of vacancies but the outlet itself is beautiful. There are lots lots of man made waterfalls, streams and statues of wildlife which makes it very relaxing walking around. Great area for kids to walk around. The stores they have are some good ones depending on your taste. Nike, Gap, Chicos, Eddie Bauer is a good enough excuse to get me to come back. Outlets are also across the street from the Viejas casino, very convenient. They also have a shuttle from the casino to outlets for folks who don't want to walk. This place has almost no stores, I myself and my whole family actually caught Covid from a girl working at the famous footwear site who was clearly sick and working all alone so he had to close the store because she didn't feel well. Yes, I am a fan of this outlet, not only because of the good selection of stores and place to eat, but its nature park like environment is charming. Many of the thirty outlets stores offer savings ranging from 30% off to 70% which believe me, I took advantage of for a number of pairs of shoes at the Sketcher and Famous Foot Wear stores. They offer a food court and few higher eateries like a sushi bar, and they have a fun zone for young adults and children. You can go bowling at the Viejas Bowl and they provide movie nights at the Movies at the Park. At the show court, they have an interactive fountains with shows daily. Conveniently located right across the Viejas Casino, my parents decided that they want to be entertained with the high rollers while we, the non-casino players enjoyed strolling around the Viejas Outlet Center. The place is lovely with the falls and the ponds...very relaxing after that 8 hour trip from SJ to SD. In the center is a tepee stage where they would have performances and movies (I learned from the brochures). While we were there we got to see a water and lights show which was really awesome as we were eating our fish tacos (ala fresca) from Rubios and Subway sammish (for the not so little one). We had a bit of time to visit the Nike Store. Their shoe selections weren't that impressive but the hubby got himself a comfy pair for 30 bucks and I got me some shorts for $ 6.99. Nice... Some stores were closing by the time we left Nike so we didnt get to venture around other stores. We did enjoy the sights and rested a bit while waiting for half of the family to arrive from the Casino. read more

Needed to walk off New Years lunch with my family. We decided to swing by the outlets. It's been years since I've been here. A lot has changed for the worst. There use to be way more stores and now it seems most stores closed. Wilson's Leather was practically empty they were getting rid of everything. We made it through the entire place in about 30 minutes. The deals weren't that good even with the sales. I was a little disappointed there wasn't much here anymore. The water show area was closed off not sure if they still do that. They do have a kids area with at arcades, bowling and skating. It was almost deserted we saw only a handful of shoppers. Not worth coming here, Nike is the only store that I would shop at. Not worth the drive coming here, I would get more from one of the outlets in SD. read more

Shopping in the mountains near a made stream with lovely music, a central arena with a regular show telling an ancient story with special effects including water cannons, dramatic lighting, and pyrotechnic jets from the ceiling. I have a serious thing for outlets and this one is a different attraction than most. There are fountains throughout with educational nature statue displays. The area was made with care to a shoppers interaction with the area and it's a pleasant stroll. Every time I feel like driving out of town, this is my go-to place, yes The Viejas. The best part is traffic, that I hardly encounter. Not a scenic drive altogether, however refreshing once at the outlet mall. I had once done Black Friday shopping here starting midnight, but I could not buy too many clothes or shoes. This is a happening place just East of San Diego with a casino annexed to it. Many shops, restaurants and lot of families and children. Shows/concerts are held here on a regular basis, which I've never been to. On a quite evening, walking in/around the mall is quite a therapy, especially when one does not spend half an hour looking for parking. read more

It is almost the outlets of the outlets if you're looking for good deals! Viejas outlets is one of the smallest outlets I have ever been! But if you want to come here after the casino, or you want to drop off your kids when you're gambling. They're very convenient located right next to Viejas Casino. Parking was very easy! You can park next to the outlets or park at the casino and walk over to the outlets. The area looks very nice and clean. I'll not make a special trip just for this outlets, but I'll definitely check them out if I'm at the area. read more

Lots of good deals in our fave brands. After eating a lot from the buffet it's great that theres this outlet nearby to walk and burn those calories. My 19 month old also enjoyed it here coz of the nice fountains. My husband liked the nike here than at the las americas border outlet coz they have lower price. We also went to gap, tommy hilfiger, polo, vans, & mk. We took about 4 hrs just walking around and we even missed going to Carters coz we're already tired. We would definitely go back here and visit the other stores we missed. read more

This place can be a "hit or miss" depending on when you shop & what your looking for. Visited on 6-10-2014 at about 4:00 PM in the afternoon: Customer Service is lacking some, seem to have a lot of employees on the floor stocking etc. but don't seem to "go out of their way" to ask you if you need assistance. Well stocked with what they have current, if it's not out on the floor, if they don't have your size your etc._"out of luck". It's also "very slim pick'ins" at times. When were in town, my boy's do like to "check it out". Different experience each time. Best deals seem to be on the shoes. I finally came here for the first time on the night of thanksgiving. Surprisingly there was no traffic, and not too packed at all. There parking lots are a little bit weird, because they are long narrow strips of parking, and then more parking up the hill, but you have to walk down stairs. I can say that this outlet is a lot nicer than I was expecting. Very interesting architecture, almost reminded me of a fancy amusement park. They also have an ice skating rink too! I specifically only came here for the Nike store, but I did end up visiting a few other stores too, and we were able to buy some items for really good deal. Overall, they don't have too many stores that acquire to my taste. read more

We frequent Viejas resort and outlets. 5/5/2019 Today, I was at the Osh Kosh children's store. The young lady (long brown hair) who helped us was absolutely wonderful. As it was time to make my purchase, I waited "in line" there was no line at all. There were two women. Older. I believe one of them was the manager (blonde hair) and mid aged brunette working the register. They were so busy with their gossip about engaging with a married man. I had given an irritated stare as I have been waiting to be helped. Also, at the Coach store. I held the door open for my family to walk out, a store employee rudely followed without having any manners! Unfortunately the reviews tie to the whole outlet and not individual stores.
