The Nike Store Outlet at Alpine Viejas Casino Mall is poorly trained. All sales are final. And the store provides no information on using the Nike Store Application for first time purchases and birthday discount. You need to purchase your shoes on the day of your birthday to receive a ten percent discount. Collins has no customer service or information concerning the discounts for using the Nike discount application. I had received my information from customer service. This store gives great customer, no service. You are rushed for the sale. And Since all sales are final. You can go pound sand. I recommend going anyplace else that gives buy one get the second half off or real discount shown in final price. These shoes were rotated out of retail stores but question," Did I receive an actual discount ? The way this store is run. I would definitely say no. read more

So today I was going to buy 10 pairs of shoes. But there's a policy that you're limited to types. 5 max pairs per style per customer. When I asked the store managers, they couldn't provide a policy. It's was something they came up with. So in other words, regional or headquarters does not know that it's own employees are limiting sales. The store has been known to push the most shoe sales in San Diego County, but that is a sure to stop. Liam- an employee was the first to tell me. He was unaware of when that policy was made up. Raul-consumer experience claims to be the business owner. When asked to see the policy- he told me that he didn't have to show it to me. That he just telling me would suffice. California consumer protections laws say otherwise. I asked him if the fell under Native American Sovereignty. He said no, then I reminded him that certain consumer policies have to be posted in order for the public to know. He disagreed. I reminded him that he needed to show me the rules for me to follow what he said was true. Reluctantly I did, because I needed to make the purchases. Samantha-store manager- just walked up behind me staring at me. Didn't introduce herself like Raul. She just confirmed what Raul said and looked like she wanted to fight Simone. My daughter and I wanted to come here to check out to see what they had. The women's tee shirts were on sale for $9.99. my daughter and I got a shirt. Mine was white with a Nike logo on it and my daughter got the bright orange one with the logo on it. They had this big sale but even items were like $20 to $29. That's a little too pricey for me. We got the best deal. I wanted to get tennis shoes but I don't have much room to pack in my luggage going home. I definitely enjoyed walking through the store. The line was ridiculously long. This.is.the.best.Nike.Outlet.Ever. The deals DO NOT get better than this. Trust. It's a Clearance Store, and they mean it. Nike shoes for $29, Women's Dri Fit shirts for $4.97 (say whattt!), Unisex Dri-Fit hat for $6.97, Leggings for $29, Shorts for $15, Women's Golf shirts for $9.95. That's just some of the amazing deals I saw here on Friday. (insert mind blown emoji here) I could easily spend 45 minutes in here looking around, rack by rack, at all the deals. Nike makes high quality everything in my opinion, so getting great prices on them makes shopping here that much sweeter! This is a great pit stop to/from Mt. Laguna (about 15 min). Due to the pandemic, all the staff wear masks and there is plexiglass and tables at the cash registers to enforce Covid-safe practices. There are markers outside to keep shoppers 6 ft apart while waiting in line to get in. The only issue i had was that I was overcharged for an item, but after I told them, it was fixed right away. Make sure to doublecheck the prices on your items & make sure you get charged the right amount. Sometimes their system is not updated with the price on the tags. Also, pups are allowed in the store! I really enjoyed my experience in Nike today. I was looking for a gift for my dad and they had lots of xl clothes which I liked. Prices range from around 14 for shorts and shirts to 30 (for stuff that was previously 80) from what I saw. They had a large selection of clothing and sizes, but mostly in some funky colors! If you like color I'm sure that will be good for you. The plain black stuff was a little harder to find in size medium. The sales person in the men's shorts section with the ponytail was super helpful!!! I will definitely be back. Also keep in mind all the stuff today was final sale so know the sizes in advance. I'd say that I hit this Nike Clearance Store once a year and rarely spend more than $100, but what I walk out with is always a great little haul for a very modest budget. Odd as it may sound, I don't buy shoes here, only clothes. Especially in these strange time where we're spending so much time at home the comfiest of comfies have become a staple in my wardrobe. My last visit scored me a really nice pair of sweatpants, some shorts, and a zip-up hoodie, which may be my favorite hoodie of all - score! The staff is always kind but you rarely see them on the floor, only at the registers and you'll never know what your going to find on the clothes racks. There is a certain amount of hunting that goes into shopping here but if you're anything like me the hunt is half the fun! read more

Looking to take a break from a family get together, I decided that I wanted to venture out to the Nike Clearance Store. I'm a sneakerhead, and am lucky enough to live relatively close to the Nike Clearance Store in San Leandro (near Oakland). I've always enjoyed shopping there, finding some great kicks at low prices. Another thing I love? HUGE selection for us guys with the big feet. And you know what they say about big feet... Big shoes. In the end, the fam came along, and off we went on a lengthy drive to Alpine from Escondido. Was it worth it? Eh. I guess. There were some good finds. But if you've been to the northern California location, this location kind of lacked. Much smaller. Not a large selection in the 13+ range. No finds that were once hawked on SNKRS. It's a cool variety of stuff, but this felt more like an outlet store than a Clearance store. For example - I didn't see any Nikelab items, which are always present at the NorCal location. Nike is my kryptonite. I probably frequent this place more than any other retail store as of this year and last. Too bad my lack of check-ins doesn't reflect my obsession thanks to my inability to get cell/internet service here, haha. Staff is always friendly, they have an awesome selection of Nike clothing and shipments come in quite frequently. I've always had luck finding shoes but sometimes it can be hit and miss. It gets quite busy during the weekend so I usually swing by during the week when the stock is more plentiful and the crowds minimal. And now that Lent is over I can go shopping again, oh joy! A mission very close and dear to my heart since my big sister is a 3-time cancer survivor. 100% of proceeds after expenses go to support their survivorship programs and services which to me is phenomenal. Sadly, a few of my close friends had also been recently diagnosed with this devastating disease so it's nice to know that this foundation supports those in need. Gear: they had some great sales this weekend so I picked up some Livestrong gear for my sissy and I. I was thrilled to find sport bras, hoodies, shorts and tees all on sale: $9.99-$17.99. The icing on the cake? A pair of Livestrong Zoom Vomero kicks I've been eyeing for $69.99, normally $130 retail. If you don't see what you like, ask someone. Ok selection of sports wear. The shoes are alright for every day wear but if you are a serious runner I would suggest to go to a specialty store to get comfortable shoes. I have purchased a $40 dollar shoes here and it did it's job but if you are going to put some serious miles on the pavement, I would suggest to get a good fitting footwear no matter the cost. I do like their tech shirts, it wicks the sweat away and you will not be drenched with sweat after a workout. So it's an outlet store so the prices are already great, here's a tip if you buy out of season merchandise you can save even more. Do the survey online and Nike will send you a $5 voucher. I've always shopped at the Las Americas location, and have always wanted to check out this location and finally had the chance to during Thanksgiving night. This store doesn't feel as big, but they definitely had more stock of shoes. Although the shoes are not organized what so ever. All the aisles are more of super clearance shoes, and are all mixed. I personally did not find any shoes I liked, but we were able to find my boyfriend a pair of Jordans and Huraches for only $45 each! Which were a steal! I did find some really comfortable and nice sweats. I wish they had more stock on sweaters. Overall, it was okay. I prefer the Las Americas location better. P.S. They only have three fitting rooms for men and women, and the wait can be excruciatingly long. read more

To be honest this location is the only one I like going that has a good amount in stock from shoes to running shorts , but when it gets busy the line does go really fast compared to other locations I have shop at. Right across from the casino so while your husband is losing all his money you can at least take something home The deals here are ridiculous, in a good way. Maybe I got lucky the day I came but I was overwhelmed and didn't bring enough money for the amount of things I wanted. They had flynits that are retailed for $130 in stores for $64. The one thing you do have to be open to when shopping at outlets are colors. From my experience most outlet stores don't carry too many black and white since those are the colors that sell the most. So of course these flynits were blue but who cares when they're that cheap! My mom did get lucky and find a black pair of Nike 5.0 free runs that I currently owned and paid $80 for but she got for $40. Now wishing I still had the receipt for mine. They have a good amount of choices for clothes too. I ended up getting a purple long sleeve for $9 and some workout pants that we're full length for $17. Never in my life have I seen Nike full length pants for that cheap. I'm already saving money for my next trip back! read more

This store is a bit out of the way in Alpine, but is a great place to find good deals on Nike shoes and work out gear. I find that about every third trip I hit a jackpot of savings. This is the perfect place to go for school shoes. I check the larger sizes and have found some outstanding prices. Every time I'm out at Viejas, I come in for a quick peek even if I don't need anything. You never know what's going to be in their inventory and it probably won't be there the next time. I've picked up all sorts of things - shoes, slides, workout clothes, t-shirts, jerseys... Decent pricing. Nike is expensive regularly so don't expect super cheap prices. Every once and a while I'll snatch a pair of sneaker for less than $30. Sometimes they'll offer an additional 20% off - sometimes it's off the entire store, just men's shoes or just clothes - check the signs. They've got those weird socks at the end of the rows you can use to try on shoes if you aren't wearing your own. I love putting one on my hand like a sock puppet and touching my son with it!! He freaks out!! It's getting harder to sneak up on him with them... hahahahaha!! They always have plenty of staff around that will check their inventory for a shoe in your size if it's not out on the rack. It can get crazy busy but nothing like I've seen at the border outlet. Some ties the line just isn't worth the purchase... Tons of parking, head to the upper parking area. Walk down and save yourself the circling around or waiting for people to leave. read more

I love a good deal... there is nothing wrong with being frugal...so I come here to stock up on shoes. Occasionally I'll peruse the athletic gear and other racks but really I drive out for the shoes. You're probably not going to find the latest sneakers but as long as you don't mind bright, funky colors you're bound to find something. And it doesn't stop at shoes, they have socks and backpacks, hats and gift cards. Everything your Nike dreams are made of. Stopped by here one day and was underwhelmed. Lots of shoes and clothing available but it's like the stuff they couldn't sell anywhere else, LOL. Still, lots of good deals and values if you're shopping around and don't mind doing a little "digging". They had nice Nike hoodies for $20 each, t-shirts for $10-15 and shoes of varying prices. Is the drive worth it to Viejas Outlets to go to this store? Answer: Yes. Why? Because at this store the inventory is in the boxes and not not on the floor like at the store by border. There are wider selections of sizes and colors. It also doesn't get as hectic as the other store noted above. There aren't swarms of rude people yelling at their kids to behave. You can actually take your time and pick up your athletic clothing without being annoyed by rude people. The best deals as well as selection. You have quality Nike products at non Nike prices. I always look forward to coming here and drop a pretty decent amount.... I got here at 8:30pm on a Friday night. drove 35 minutes for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At 8:40 pm a sales associate came up to me to say "we close in 20 minutes please head to make your final purchase" very rudely. I work in customer service, I do not inform every customer every 2-3 minutes to let them know how big of a rush I am to get them out. The 2 women continued to inform everyone. Interrupting multiple conversations to speed up everyone's process. At 8:55 one came up to me and said "5 minutes please take your items to the cash register now we are closing ma'am" It's just rude. We understand you close at 9pm but that does not mean every one needs to be out ON the minute. I would never treat my customers as they did us and I will NOT be coming back.
