This is the only Nike Clearance store in SoCal. Whenever I'm in San Diego, I make it a priority to swing by this outlet. The prices are the best around. If you're lucky, you can pick up 12 pairs of kicks for under $500. Selection is sometimes hit or miss, but the staff is friendly and will check for sizes and colorways for you. All the clothing and shoes are arranged by size, so you have to look in every show box. The boxes all have their tops torn off, this is done to prevent reselling, but if you ask, they often have intact boxes in the back. Often time you will see an exporter pick up 0 pairs to sell across the border. Sometimes they have premiums and retro Jordans, but it's really rare. If you're in the SD area and a sneakerhead you need to check this place out. read more

I would definitely not drive all the way from N. County for this place but I was on my way home from Arizona. Everything I found that I liked was not in my size, I didnt end up buying anything. They had Nike Dry Fit tank tops from $9.99-17. The shoe selection was not anything great. I like Nike Vomero's and didnt see one pair. Seems like the mens wear had a much larger selection, almost 2x the women side. read more

Long lines but all in all the cashiers were quick so the wait wasn't long. Lots of variety for kids. For adult shoes I think you should call and ask the store when they have new shipments and go on that day because by the weekend everything clears out and it's impossible to find the shoe that you favor. read more

Very disappointed with customer service. Wouldn't allow my daughter to pay with her own credit card because I asked for military discount and had my ID but she didn't and she was trying to use her card instead of mine. That this was store policy and when asked the reasoning behind it . Of course no response on why. Nowadays the best outlets to go to are the clearance outlets. Which is like an outlet for the regular outlets. If you want to get a good deal like how it used to be the clearance outlet is the way to go. It can be hit or miss. Sometimes they have lots of good stuff sometimes not very much. This outlet was pretty good. Selection was good. Joel was helpful looking for particular shoes for us and finding one in the back. I would say skip the regular nike outlet and come here. read more

This Nik Clearance store is a bit of a drive from La Jolla, but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! There were so many shirts and pants/shorts at great prices. I have gone to outlets in Dallas and Orange, but the deals were terrible. Everything in the store was 20% off ticketed prices. I got shirts and tanks for less than $10 with the additional 20% off. Some of the styles were the loud prints, but combat pro shorts were ~$12!! There were a number of outerwear and sports bras. I quickly scanned the shoes, but didn't purchase anything. The line was a bit long and we had to wait sometime, but I think the deals were worth it. The staff was friendly when I went and I had no complaints about customer service. Overall, come out for a visit if you're interested in getting some good deals on Nike clothes. A lot of people were getting sneakers, so I'm sure if you're worth it if you're a sneaker head. This place is a hit and miss: I've had instances when I find the ultimate come ups and times when I leave totally empty handed. The best deal I've gotten here was 10$ all white nike air maxes. From time to time you will find marked down shoes that are too good of a deal to ignore. Try to capitalize on holidays because they usually bump up their deals for these occasions!! read more

The people here seem to always be asking if your doing ok and if you need help him anything and if you have read any of my other reviews Customer Service is the key to me and my family shopping at your establishment. I know the little tricks that they have at the the Nike Factory Stores and if you know them you could come out of there with great shoes for a great price. This Factory Store usually doesn't get to much traffic (well when I go there) so the quantity of product is good. Not all Factory Stores receive the same product. The only thing I don't like not is how they remove the covers to the boxes and how they just put the shoes by the size. I wish it was like before where they showed what shoes were in that aisle. I like this place for one thing...the Athletic Clothing. Unlike the San Ysidro Outlet, the Nike Factory Outlet in Viejas has Combat Dri-Fit clothing at a MUCH cheaper price. Unfortunately, you have to drive way out in the boonies to get cool clothing. As for the shoes...FORGET ABOUT IT! So back in the day this was a great store. The entire family could make one trip and all of us could get at least one pair of shoes each. The shoes were organized very well back then. They had a few shoes on the endcap and you knew those shoes were in that row. VERY EASY to shop this way. Well that was then, this is now. Gone is the organization, gone is the great deals on shirts - gone is just about everything good from THIS LOCATION. Now the shoes are a hot mess. They have them grouped by size only in tore up boxes. Everything is random and messy. What a mess, what happened? For a long time I just thought the Nike Factory Outlet stores just stopped grouping by shoe and this is just what we had to deal with. After many trips of not finding any good shoes or mayyyybe one good shoe I was done with this store. And the fact the $5 shirts were also long gone did also not help. The slowness of the entire outlet center does not help either. This means the same shoes sit there for ages. No joke, there is a pair of shoes that I know for a fact have been there over a year due to a marking on the box. And this location also puts a big red mark inside the shoe that will ruin the socks you wear for the next few days... grrr The last time we made the trip to this outlet store was the last time.... We went directly from this location to the location in San Ysidro and WOW! Now that location is what the Viejas location was way back when. The shoes are by STYLE and they had plenty of good shoes. After walking away with nothing from Vuejas we walked out of the San Ysidro location with 6 pairs of shoes and some shirts. And they DO NOT mark the shoes with the red mark! YAY no more ruined socks! We will not waste another minute at this Viejas location. read more

This is the best Nike store in San Diego. This is not your typical outlet store. Its a clearance store, which means amazing deals. Make sure that you call ahead of time to see if they have any extra deals. Sometimes they have extra discounts on already cheap prices. Also, make sure you arrive early! Due to Covid, they are limiting the capacity. If you get there right when they open, there won't be a line. I get all of my workout clothes from this location. They have Tees for 9.99 and bottoms for 19.99 depending on the week. I even got a pair of Metcons for $30! The staff is great here! They always check on you making sure you are doing okay and will offer you a bag to hold your stuff. It is a clearance store, so it can be a hit or a miss. Another negative is that it's a drive to get there. Its located next to the Viejas casino. I think the drive is worth it. Just don't expect to get what you wanted. It might take a couple of trips before you get it. read more

I almost make it a point to drive the long way to LA or plan my trip to San Diego just to visit this nike outlet. The Skinny This is a different outlet for nike consider this an outlet for the outlets (if that makes any sense) the staff here is always on point and helpful my last trip I picked up 4 pairs of shoes size 13 mens (sometimes cost more) for under 100$ and these shoes are not used or beat up looking just have been sitting in stores for a while. From this store alone I can say I have purchased over 20 pairs of shoes even if you aren't looking for a pair I would go through my size section as sometimes you can find shoes listed for 9.99 to 19.99 for that price even if your not looking it would be smart to buy and save. They have friends and family weekend so if you know someone that works for nike or has family that works for them try to get a pass for extra savings. They also have sale weekends where they have 30% off the lowest price, so worth it to go during these times especially for back to school sales. The Bad While it is a small thing the line can get real crazy but the last time I went I found out threw one of the employees Alberto that he can check me out with his iphone thus I avoided a line that was about 10 minutes long I really appreciated that Alberto thank you. Overall If you are ever out in San Diego take the 40 minute trip up to Viejas and buy your family shoes for cheap!!! read more

Loved that store! Been there a couple of times, and always walked out with great deals. As good deals are, it takes time to find sizes, but all is fair :) The store was clean and organized and staff super friendly and helpful. I liked it way better than San Ysidro store - drive for me was the same, but prices were maybe 10-20 % off regular pricing. I can go to Sports Authority to buy the same item without waiting in huge lines. Love all my nikes!!! read more

Lots of shoes here and Kennedy was very helpful in finding some shoes for me. Other staff members helped us out as well. We spent over 2 hours here looking for bargains. This store was huge and had a lot of items to chose from. Even though I did not find what I was looking for specifically they had many other shoes I did not expect to find for me and my family. The worst customer experience ever. Dropped almost $700 dollars before discounts and I the management still wasn't happy. This isn't the first time where I came in and I felt unwelcome to shop. Emily (the store manager is so rude and always have and this stinky face) she's not only rude the customers but also rude to her reps. I find it funny because it's obviously her, if you have a quota to hit why are you unhappy. Let me spend my money. Don't talk about me over your walkie talkie and have one of your reps come up and ask me if my name is ****, telling them don't help me, let me find things on my own. What kind of customer experience is this, people want to go out and feel welcomed not harassed. I will take this up to the hire up not just here. I'm satisfied with what I got. I will tell all of my friends and family to go to another store. It's not worth saving a few bucks to come to a place to shop and not feel welcome. PS EMILY, you need to work on your people skills because I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Even your sales reps talk about you on the floor. It's Nike CLEARANCE Store now. I love this place. My girlfriend loathes it. I try to swing by every once in a while to see what new "clearance" shoes wind up on the shelves. The apparel racks always have golf polos, basketball shorts, and jackets in a wide range of colors. Most of the time I leave disappointed but I strike gold every couple visits. This store USED to have a dope Jordan section but now it's Mojave Desert over there! Super dry, same Jordan shoes been sitting there for over a year and never see any new restocks. Unless the employees are snatching them all up, this store doesn't get NO LOVE in terms of new shoe restocks. Worst experience ever. One of the staff checked an item for me and told me there was currently 6 pairs in the store. Another staff member came and said if they werent in the front the shoes were somewhere deep in where the staff couldnt reach. Then he changed his story to there isnt any in the back and brought the manager. His name was julio. When he was supposedly callin the back staff to check it he went to the corner away from so i couldnt hear what he was saying as if there was something he was hiding. The manager went to the back to supposedly check and came back sayin theres sumthin wrong in the system nd there isnt any. Her name was charlamein. This place is definitely a hit or a miss. The entire store was 30% off each ticketed item. I was fortunate to find some good deals. Although, there was a discrepancy between what was on the tag and what was scanned at the register. The cashier was able to honor the tag price. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I come about once a month to search for new nike stuff. I usually find a couple things and one super come up item. There is a lot of apparel VERY cheap. However, men apparel definitely has a lot more selection then women apparel. Most shoes are very colorful but sometimes there is that one shoe that's black or white. This past time I was able to get white air maxes for $55 after all the discounts!! IT WAS AWESOME. Saved $150 on that pair. Also most of the staff are very helpful & nice. Steven helped us out the last time & he was great!! He helped us save an extra $100 by telling us to check the nike+ app for an extra 30% off. He was the real MVP that day! Better than San ysidro's Nike outlet. This is a small store, but their selection of merchandise is way better than the other Nike outlet in San Diego. Holly Molly this place is cool. When you first walk in the store it is overwhelming to see all of the work out clothes, lounge wear and shoes. I have been looking for that right pair of shoes for running and working out and this is the place to get them. Even if your not a huge Nike fan you cant go wrong with the prices. The prices for the shoes I saw ranged from $35-$70, and some of the clothes I looked at were ranging from $15-$35. I am waiting for Friday to go spend some money. Good selection of rejects from retail stores. Some prices seemed steep, like they may have went directly to outlet for "pseudo-sales" prices. Dont come expecting a certain shoe or a standard color. Everything is neon orange, green, or multi-colored. They were having a 25% off sale, but the line was so long I walked out without buying anything.
