Great food and great service. Tried the Thai basil chicken and it was amazing. Friend had green curry and raved about it. Will come back for sure

Bonding is in a prime spot right across from Brickell City Centre, so it's super easy to pop in. I got the chicken pad Thai from the $16 special and it was actually really good, the portion was big and it hit the spot. The shrimp buns though... total miss, they had no flavor at all. Service was okay, but the lady who took care of us was really sweet which made it nicer. Between three of us we ordered 2 apps, 3 plates, and dessert, and the bill came out to $125. Overall, decent but not amazing so I'd give it 3 stars.

My friend and I absolutely love this restaurant, we tried a variety of dishes including Tom Yum soup, green curry, Pad Thai, and fried rice--and everything was delicious. The green curry and Pad Thai stood out in particular for their authentic flavors, truly exceeded our expectations. Be sure to try the Thai tea too!

Overall, I would rate this establishment a commendable 3.5. The service was notably courteous, and the Thai cuisine, for the most part, was quite satisfactory. Their unique position as one of the few Thai dining options in the Brickell/Downtown area certainly works in their favor. I commenced my meal with the papaya salad, which was exemplary. Following that, the green curry proved to be very good as well. However, the Pad Thai was rather insipid, and the meat quality--both chicken and beef--was merely average. For dessert, the fried banana, although interesting, was overly fried. Despite these few flaws, I would consider a return visit. The overall dining experience was average, yet it remains a reasonable choice for Thai cuisine in the area. Plus the ambiance is nice. Nonetheless, I find myself unable to quite justify a full 4 stars.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. The quality of the food and service stands out among the mostly average restaurants found throughout Brickell. The two servers, Oum and Mike, are courteous and kind, providing attentive service always with a smile. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, especially my favorite--the red curry with vegetables. You will not be disappointed, I certainly have never been in the more than 50 visits.

Great service, wonderful experience, best thai food i've had in Miami to date. We had the pineapple rice, lettuce wraps, and pad thai. We also made it in for happy hour and Thai beers were $5 each!

This is a nice Thai restaurant behind Suit Supply behind Bricknell City Center shopping mall. I came here a year ago and this time I brought my husband for dinner. We arrived during happy hour. Food: you scan QR code for the menu. Since we arrived at happy hour, we ordered we got the fried gyoza for appetizers at happy hour prices. They were okay, the skin was a bit thick and the filling was lacking, but they were crunchy. I loved the green curry last time, so I ordered that again. The description said bamboo shoots and green beans. The dish came out temperature hot which I like and generous bowl of jasmine rice. The curry was a generous portion and packed full of bamboo shoots, but green beans were lacking, 3 in total, and overcooked. But I like the green curry flavor. I asked them to make me sweat for spice level and they delivered, I got some sweat around my eyes. My husband ordered the red curry, it also was supposed to have green beans, but he had 1. He was not happy with his dish and did not finish it. The experience will be based on what you order. I recommend green curry and not the red. Service: above average, our waiter has a good sense of humor, he was attentive and made sure we had water in our glasses. Asked if we wanted more beer, and just made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant cleanliness: average Bathroom cleanliness: average

Had a great time at Bonding! Definitely try the Bangkok chicken wings and the passion fruit sake. The service was great and I loved the vibe. I will definitely be back SOON!

Drive quickly on South Miami Avenue and you'll miss one of the original Thai places in the Brickell area. Although the wall mural points out the opening as 12/12/12, it feels like a cozy institution, like it's been in the Brickell area forever. Their seating runs the gamut from dog-friendly outside, to both the bar and tables inside. Service was really attentive, and the food tasty. The volcano chicken I enjoyed had a sweet bit of hear to it, and the milk tea was a great dessert.

Very warm, serene vibe with neutral tones. Definitely the kind of place you'd come to unwind and just enjoy good sushi without any chaos. My only complaint is that food came out a bit slow, especially considering it wasn't very busy at the time. Like serve me all my orders all at once pleaseeeeee so I can indulge lol What I Had: _________________ Sashimi Assortment - 10/10 Freaking delicious. Light, decadent, and incredibly fresh. Each piece tasted clean and high-quality, the kind of sashimi that melts the second it hits your mouth. They did their thing! Kanpachi Sashimi - 10/10 So good. Soft, delicate, and perfectly fresh. Every bite was balanced and flavorful without being heavy at all. Nigiri - White Fish Tasting - 11/10 Hands down my favorite part of my experience. I ordered multiple rounds (they come two per order), including branzino and snapper. The branzino was unreal. I wanted only branzino... that is how marvelous it was. Topped with this umami crunch that added so much texture and flavor. It was literally mouthwatering, like a burst of flavor in every bite. I honestly could've kept ordering this all night. Nigiri - Bluefin Tuna Tasting - 5/10 This one just wasn't for me. It wasn't fishy, but the texture was very slimy and didn't sit well in my mouth. It didn't swallow smoothly and just wasn't appetizing to me personally. Definitely a pass. Blue Crab Hand Roll - 6.5/10 I know this is a fan favorite, but it was just okay for me. Not bad at all, just didn't wow me compared to everything else I had. For $6, it's fine, but I wouldn't rush to reorder it. Customer Service: 8.5/10 Friendly and helpful, just slightly slow. I truly appreciate when servers know their menu well and are able to make suggestions. I can't remember my server's name, but she was just top-notch. We ordered: - Miso soup, (served in a charming, Japanese chawan mushi cup) the flavor was really good and strong. (I hate it when it's weak) - Spicy dumplings. They tasted homemade. Yummy - Shrimp shu mai, good, tasted as it should - Tanaka roll, with extra crispies on top, (I was not a fan because I did not expect it to be deep-fried. if it had not been deep-fried, I would've liked it.) - Peking duck served in an impressive three tier tower that looks like a round Chinese Temple. - Pork Belly Bao bun, this was also a miss for me because I expected it to taste like barbecue, but it was just really salty like they used a lot of brown salty sauce. All in all, I really enjoyed this restaurant, even though I didn't like those two items. Bec But, because of the excellent service, the atmosphere and the beautiful way they served the food, I decided to leave them a five star review. Those dishes weren't bad they just weren't what I expected. We don't live in the area so if we were to stay in this hotel again, we would definitely dine here again. We normally check the Michelin Guide first but there's none for Miami so we decided to browse through Tock for fun. This was how we stumbled upon Sushi Bar and we are so glad we did! The price point of $185 per seating is super worth it. You get a lot of fish and they are very creative with each nigiri. Their spin on it shows their creative side (with Miami flavors) but is not super over the top and sauce does not drown out the freshness of the fish. Something that stood out to me was how they shaved frozen monkfish liver as a topping. I wanna go back just for that!! They also had some pieces where they smoked the fish. Besides the food, I thought it was very creative how they welcomed guests with a welcome drink at the hotel bar. This was so unique! We finished ours early, and had some of their other drinks - they were all very good! Once they're ready, a server came to get us from the hotel bar and led us through an alleyway to a separate building which was where the actual omakase was taking place. The atmosphere was dark and gave off speakeasy vibes, which I thought was different to other omakase places. Bar is spacious enough to still have private conversations. We did the beverage pairing and we really appreciated the sommelier's knowledge. Overall, we would want to come back again for another tasting experience!!
