Went thru the drive thru to pick up breakfast for the family. Got chicken biscuits of course and some BoBerry biscuits. Line moved quick, staff was pleasant. They did not have enough to fill my order so I was asked to pull up to the side and wait for fresh biscuits. Only had to wait about three minutes and was on my way. After visiting 2 other local fast food establishments where the drive thrus didn't appear to be working, I visited Bojangles. There were multiple cars in line and it appeared to be moving fast. I ordered quickly and picked up my order equally fast. The Cajun filet biscuit was great. The biscuit itself was light and fluffy. The chicken had the right amount of seasoning on it and didn't taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The Borounds were hot and had likely just come out of the oil. The sweet tea was close to perfection. I'm very happy with the food and service at this location compared with other fast food restaurants in this area. read more

This one place has terrible service and the wait time is ridiculous no matter what time you go. The last time I went, they forgot to put my biscuits in for a family tailgate. I got home and realized the biscuits were not there. I called and the manager said yeah come get them anytime. I went back right away and they hand me two biscuits. When I told them I had the family and needed the 6 pack plus the ones for the tender Meal I got, they acted like I was lying. Why would I lie about biscuits? After having to wait even longer, they did not apologize or show any sympathy. I get back home, open the biscuits and there is hair on the biscuits. Waste of time and money. I love this Bojangles in particular because they make non-Cajun gravy. I know they are famous for their Cajun spices, but I'm a gravy purist. I like white gravy with black pepper, that's it. Wow! Horrible customer service! Cashier is rude, leaning against the Wall while taking my order. Processed Orders that were after mine first. Took way too long, only 5 customers In restaurant. Customer had a request On her order and employee became Upset and slammed the tongs down On the counter. Customer questioned Her behavior but she did not answer Back. Nasty bathrooms as well. While the food was your typical Bojangles food and good for the most part, this place needs a thorough cleaning. If I would have noticed the door to the men's bathroom before I placed my order, I would have walked out. Not only was the door disgusting to the bathroom, I don't think the inside has been cleaned in some time. One look at the urinal tells the story. Never again. read more

Was supposed to have a $0.69 sale (Promotion for the month of February) on Sausage And Biscuits this morning February 27th, 2017. I call ahead of time to confirm the price. I was told that it would be the price. Then I get up there. Burn a gallon of gas. Only to be told that they didn't have them for that price. So Bojangles blatantly lies to get you in the store and does a bait and switch. We will never deal with these liars again. Also, I must say these employees working at Bojangles are horrible. Lie to me once shame on you, Lie to me twice (which will not be happening), shame on me. Thank God there are review sites like Yelp! so you can call out companies like this for false advertising. Visited 8/18/17 12:00 noon. No one at register. We were never acknowledged which actually turned out to ge a good thing. Watched an employee sack up fries and customer obviously wanted more seasoning on fries. Shaker low on seasoning so she opened top, stuck her finger in and scraped out some seasoning, assuming with fingernail, and sprinkled seasoning on fries with fingers. Walked back to drive in window where she was obviously handling money with same hands/fingers and fingernails-yuk! But then she came back, dumped those fries that had already received her "personal" touch, back in with other fries, sprinkled with more seasoning, tossed them again and re-bagged again. We walked or maybe we ran out at that point. read more
