Every goddamn time I go here, y'all somehow manage to fuck up my order. This time, my quesadilla was burnt as shit and i didn't get a straw or a fork. Every other time, my food is either stuck to the wrapper, i'm missing straws and silverware as well, the food isn't made right or burnt, or y'all just can't seem to fucking read when someone puts "no ice" in their goddamn drink. Genuinely beyond me that no matter what, y'all fuck something up. This is why I never eat inside because I fear i'd bitch everyone out. I just wanted to shout out manager or shift supervisor Jennifer - she took the issue I had with my order and immediately offered to make it right. I know mistakes happen, especially during a big rush and if it were not for the fact the item in question contained ingredients I just couldn't eat, everything else would have been fine. But Ms. Jennifer is working hard and I didn't want that appreciation to go by the wayside. Went here once years ago in like 2017. I'm a student. I didn't have Wi-Fi at home to work on my class, check email etc, would like to eat my food I bought there and work on schoolwork for like 30 or so minutes without being harassed by an employee every 5 minutes saying " iS eVeRtHiG oKAay?!?!" as if I'm loitering when I wasn't. First off, when we got to the window it seemed as if the workers have no care in the world, they told us to pull around for THREE tacos, when we pulled around and parked we sat and and sat, nobody was around but maybe a car in the drive-thru. Finally just had to go inside, when we did our food was sitting on the counter getting colder and colder. After leaving another fast food place drive thru for an excessive wait time, I visited Taco Bell. There was a car in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. I pulled up to order. There was a paper note taped to the intercom, but the paper was destroyed and the note was illegible. I waited for a couple of minutes, then pulled to the pickup window. The lights were off and it appeared that no one was working. I'm not sure if they had a staffing issue or if it is permanently closed. They will have you waiting 25 minutes and a drive-through on a Sunday with four cars and that's it and then they will come back on the intercom and tell you please just hold on one moment but when you drive around, they're not doing anything but talking the entire time this is what happened I guess when you have young people working that are only getting paid minimum wage they don't care .. but I go over to Taco Bell right down the road and I am literally greeted within a couple of minutes. Placed an on line order pulled up to get food they pushed my drink at me. Then I get here's your bag. I go to open it No Napkins, No Straw I turn to ask for some he's closed the window and won't look at me. I get home WTH Crunch Wrap with no meat and no hard tortilla. Barn and rice Burrito with no cheese and next to no rice. This is the 2nd time this location couldn't figure out how to do simple tasks. It's time to close the doors. Had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience today at the hands of Nicole E., the worker manning the drive thru. She has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Nasty tone to her voice, condescending manner. My husband, who is actually mild mannered and kind was doing the ordering, and was very taken aback by her tone. Well, I had tried to stop by to order my supper. Since, I'm deaf and I noticed that the drive thru was long and of course, it was not deaf friendly drive thru and the employees except the cashier was soooo slow and they blamed it all on this honest cashier for the speed of an order. I believe that the employees in the kitchen are so slow and they didn't care of the customers and the cashier. I don't report it for a while and I saw the same patterns every time I stopped by their place. I'm tired of their turtle speed especially when I need a quick order for the night. I frequent taco bell often. It's one of my favorite fast food places. Tonight however it was a joke. I went in because the drive through line was long and was not moving. I placed my order and then waited. And waited and waited. 15 min later for 3 tacos and a quessida I finally left the store. The girl who was making my food had headphones in and was dancing around the kitchen.
