Rome doesn't have a Chipotle so this is very similar. Burrito bowls, tacos, burritos and salad options with your choice of meat and toppings. It comes with a side of chips too. I had the salad with the chipotle lime dressing. The dressing had too much lime for me, it was too sour. However overall had a great meal here. read more

Good food at our prior times but poor service. We were told that the dinning room closed 30 mins prior to the posted closing time of 9pm. We were inside the restaurant and stopped and talked to others dinning inside the dinning room and tried to order at 8:34pm and were told we could only get to go food. We took our business right across the street and dined inside at moes. If they post the dining room is closed at 8:30 is one thing but telling you as you try to order after checking what time they close and driving out there is un acceptable. read more

The food here is much better than any of the other Tex-Mex fast food joints. You can definitely taste the difference. The problem they have here is help. These young kids cannot understand orders and don't have the capability of communicating with people unless they're on their phones. I was in there a few days ago and I didn't see any of these young kids there anymore I guess my complaint wasn't the only one.But my biggest complaint is your garbage cans they are nasty. Redo these things and clean up. And clean your tables you can never find a clean table in this place. No one ever cleans the tables. I've been here a lot. This time something seems different. A lot more rice than other ingredients. Flavor seemed off too. Didn't finish it. They started charging for chips. It used to be included. Now it is $1.55 extra. The menu says "extra chips $1.55". Didn't order extra. Suggested they need to update their menu. Perhaps with supply chain issues, hiring, etc. they are cutting some corners and raising prices at the same time. I understand but will probably visit Chipotle more. read more

Good food it's like a better chipotle! Definitely something definitely but if you like Mexican food try it.

Super clean and the ingredients look and taste so much better than what you get at Moe's or Chipotle. Plenty of seating and a really good location. The staff was great. Will be back! read more

The food is what you should expect from this type place. Food is tasty. The owner is super cheap. Would you like tomato? Sure enjoy three pieces of diced tomato. Cheese, here's 10 shreds of cheese. Corn salsa, have a kernel. Asking for extra of nearly nothing results in almost nothing. Given the giant pile of rice and beans, one piece of diced tomato won't cut it. Given the nickel and dime pricing, it's crazy to ask repeatedly for a base amount of any item. I'll only go back if the owner isn't around. So, I'm not a complainer by nature. However, I've just ordered Dos Bros online for the 3rd, and probably last, time. On each of the first two orders (over the last 6 months or so), I selected salsa for each meal ordered and received no salsa. No biggie other than it's a bit of a let down to eat tex mex and chips with no salsa. And, to be fair, the person I sent to pick up the order probably should have asked to make sure the salsa was included, at least on the 2nd order (based on the missing salsa on the 1st order); seriously though, should he have to?!?. Here's what I got (or didn't get, you choose how to look at it) on my 3rd order which included meals for 4 adults - 3 chicken bowls and 1 chicken nachos - total bill with 20% tip was $48.25. (1) Yep, you guessed it, no salsa (and, no, my pick up person didn't ask if they'd included salsa, the butt head); seriously though, should he have to?!? Giving me salsa with my tex mex is kinda like giving me a straw with my drink, you really have to have both for the concept to work. (2) NO CHICKEN on one of the chicken bowls. (3) Chicken nachos came NOT on the side as described on the online order menu, but already loaded and soggy (direct quote copied from the menu: "All togo nacho chips are on the side and will come with two bag of chips."). I had a little trouble distinguishing between the soggy chips and the scant, little pieces of chicken. With a bill of almost $50, including a TWENTY PERCENT tip, I expect better service. Jay is so sweet, he ensures that all of your needs are met, and will go above and beyond urging and allowing you to try samples of anything off of the menu! So the food was fantastic. The people behind the counter are very patient and very polite. The only thing that through me for a loop was when the owner come out and sat in a booth took her shoes off and but her bare feet in the booth, that is unhighgenic. Will I come back? Of course! Best quick-service Mexican food! It's very similar to Chipotle, but has delicious white queso dip. The prices are comparable to any other quick-service Mexican food and cheaper than a sit down restaurant. Our customer service was great tonight. One of the employees even came to our table to ask if she could get us anything else, including more chips!
