I have never had a problem with them. Always been good and servers are friendly and accommodating!

My family (13 of us) and I come to Chili's all of the time, we are all white but my boyfriend and my cousin's boyfriend and we are always treated fairly. However, I came with my boyfriend's black family and there was definitely a racist sever who served us. I will find out his name and tell Google, but he was tall with glasses on. He tried to tell me he wasn't racist, but I walked to the host stand and tied my shoe and he didn't know I was there listening. He said he figured our party would be a problem, but it turned out we weren't. I told another server and him that I heard what he said. He tried to play it off, but the other server said "I'm sorry there are people here that are like that." I will never give business there again because he was RACIST!!!! And I will comment his name when I figure it out. read more

Chili's still around? We needed a low key dinner spot near hotel, Y sent me to the nearby Chili's! Don't thinks I've been at a one since college. The atmosphere hasn't changed; ehh & fine :) It certainly hit the spot for a quick dinner. Salads prime, not skimping on anything. They'll recommend and happily add chicken or shrimp to jack up ur greens. Easy Tasty Speedy Goto's r their Cajun Pasta or Fresh Mex Bowl (~$15). The Chicken Enchilada Soup was awesome Btw. Their hot sauce, condiment selection hasn't changed in 25 yrs; Tabasco gonna do. Overall, service was prompt and efficient; food came in avg to Above avg, not sure who the mean food quality reviews for.. disgruntled boys .. .. .. Take a stroll down the nearby enchanting Etowah River ;) read more

Service was excellent. The server was nice and made sure we were taken care of. A first time in a long time where I actually had hot food. Everything was hot even down to the condiments on the side. The burger was a little bland though and tad greasy but still good. The chicken was juicy and actually burnt my wife's hand when she took a bite in to it. I just said would you rather a piping hot sandwich or one that's been sitting for a while. The fries could have been a little bit better. It was on the cusp of being great but not quite. The lunch specials are a really good deal. For 10.99 you get a drink an entree and chips and salsa. The chips and salsa come in a big bowl and I was full after I had that and a starter. I got the sauced mozzarella. The half and half with Nashville hot and honey chipotle. The cheese pull immaculate. The flavors remarkable. Will return. read more

Chili's - Tex-Mex Near Me - Rome, Georgia

I went to the Chili's here in Rome on a super busy weekend night and was honestly so impressed. The place was packed but the service was still exceptional and incredibly fast. I usually expect a wait when it's that crowded, but they really had it together. The food was also absolutely delicious! We got the skillet queso and I also got the triple dipper which I highly recommend. It is definitely one of my favorite spots in town when I want a solid meal without a massive wait. I will for sure be coming back here soon! read more

When walking in we asked for a table 3 little kids and adults when we got in they said they no table available when all of them were open they went to go "clean off a table" we waited about 10 mins and still no service plus servers gave us a werid look when walking in. I will not be coming back read more

Love the food! Waitress was awesome. Service was fast. The environment was calm and clean. Just after Sunday church rush. It was a good experience. read more

Great food and always the best staff we've never had anything negative an there always 8-10 of us

Once again Chili's was less than impressive full filling my door dash order. Left the FF out of my burger order, completely left out a side order and to top it off a delicious hair was on my burger. I think I'm done with this Chili's location. read more

Fast, friendly service from Maddie and her managers. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Thanks you for lunch!! read more

Chili's - Fast friendly service from Maddie and her managers. Thanks for lunch! - Tex-Mex Near Me - Rome, Georgia

Great service. Food was good - could have been a tad bit hotter. I had Mac and cheese as a side.

This Chili's is always consistent.. the food is always good and service even during the pandemic has been good. For some reason the other nearby locations have been horrific but this Chili's serves up food and at a 2/$25 or 3/$10 price it always comes out cheaper than competitors when we dine there. read more

I come to chilis alot. It's my favorite!! We had a party of 9. Got here at 7 and they said it would be a 20 min wait... it took over an hour to be seated.. some of the party wanted to leave, but we didnt.. as we got seated, the drink orders were taken. We waited forever for the drinks.. and then to order our food.. here it is 930 and we are just now paying... had no idea we would be here 2.5 hours.. food and drinks were good. But dang it wasn't even busy read more

when you wait an hour and 1/2 for a table like you were told when you get there no fuss then when you get a text to say your table is ready to walk in just to hear we only had you down for one when we had a whole talk about how many ppl. got a confirm text then to go in to only be told we texted you to see how many it's going to be 45 more minute. and it sucks that your son wanted to eat there for his birthday. read more

Great food Great price! Love their fajitas sometimes have to wait a while to get food curbside and have to go inside to get good! I guess Because they're pretty husy read more

all the staff was rude and lied about everything and my food took 2 hours to get to me

Horrible service and the waitress attitude sucked! We actually got up and left. Won't go back.

I have to say this is one of my favorite restaurants ever (chili's) is! But here lately I've been having bad luck with all locations. This one was not very busy when we went in, sat down orders our food. Got our drinks....my co worker's cup had lipstick stains on it?? Really! We told the waitress about it of course she went and got us a new one. I think it was bad day to come there was only two waitress's working this day. The food was okay and I have to say they brought us some chips and dip out for our wait. So maybe what it was that just don't have the right management. I noticed a few things while we were there that was quite dirty like the glass in between the tables, they left food from other people ok tables for a long time? Just a few things I noticed. All together though the food turned out good. read more

Very good food here both of the times I came. Great service too! The atmosphere is casual but it could definitely be a good date spot. Food isn't too pricey either! read more

Service was good, food was good. However, because of the kiosk thing to pay my tab I will no longer be eating here. I am not paid by Chili's, why should I be doing an employees job. read more

Definitely some service issues here. Appetizer came out with entrees etc But the beer was two for one, so that gets a star. read more

This place should be avoided. Hopefully our girl was having a bad day. It took us over 30 minutes just to get drinks. We ordered them, but they didn't come. We had to ask someone else for our drinks. They went and got them in no time. I quit paying attention to how long before our food came out, but it was a long wait. It was just under 1 1/2 hours from beginning to end for LUNCH. I don't have that kind of time. read more

My family got a gift card and so we doordashed Chilis. Long story short we didn't get what we ordered at all and I realize the food isn't going to be hot as it should be due to the drive but it was cold. Not warm at all and we were missing items. Tried to eat what was given and was like biting into rubber chicken. I called the restaurant trying not to be upset about wasting our $50 gift and the customer service was as terrible as the food. Manager on duty was hateful, non apologetic, and condescending. We dont eat out much but when we do Chilies was one of our go to places. I honestly will NEVER spend money, or gift cards there EVER again. Terrible food and terrible customer service. $50 Christmas gift right in the trash. Merry Christmas to you too Chilis smh read more

we go to chillis every friday night and the workers are normally 10/10 , very polite and well mannered. they try their best to make sure you are comfortable and well fed. chillis desert is highly recommended. read more

4:20 Saturday afternoon, half the restaurant was empty and our party of five was told we would have to wait 15 minutes to be seated. I asked if we could just pull up another chair to a table in the bar. We were told we couldn't do that, even though we had done it many times in the past even when it was much more crowded. We are regulars there. Definitely problems there today. Customer service sucked today. Thanks for pissing off five loyal customers. We went to Applebee's. read more

Visiting the area and chose a chain restaurant to be safe. This was a great experience. Wait staff was very courteous and very attentive. Any member of the staff who walked by the table and saw we needed something just stepped in and took care of it. We came in at lunch and our food came out very quickly and it was all hot. We would definitely come back. read more

This is my favorite restaurant in Rome! The wait staff is friendly and the food is always good. It's also nice that they have 2 for 1 drinks. :) read more

Since this is a chain restaurant I will direct this review mostly to elements specific to this location in Rome, GA. The main issue? The staff both on the waiting side and in the kitchen seem to have no firm management. This causes bad experiences to the norm and when you do get good service from start to finish it is an amazement over something that should be standard. I have been seated and never waited on for 30 minutes, every single time I order the philly steak appetizer (even when it was the newest promotion they were advertising) they always had a problem with it usually involving the cheese sauce that comes with it that always was overcooked, clumpy, had a weird taste, etc. I have been served cold food, the list goes on. Having a mixup in a chain restaurant is fairly normal, but when it is hard to pick out the decent trips you've had it is a problem and from the experiences again I think it all links back to the employees just not having to care too much which is a management issue. I applaud the employees that caused some of my good experiences like a waitress one time that noticed my wife's food was prepared poorly and she proactively fixed it for us. read more

Wait staff was fairly good. Food was awful. At the same table my friend & her daughter had different colored hair in their food. I could not eat my tacos at that point. Nasty read more

Nothing says "I love you" like bowling and dinner at Chilis. Throw down and couple Margaritas, get a fajita for Dos dinner and listen to the music...... When I get home, babe, gonna light your fire All day I've been thinkin' about you, babe You're my one desire Gonna wrap my arms around you Hold you close to me Oh, babe I want to taste your lips I want to fill your fantasy, yeah I don't what I'd do without you, babe Don't know where I'd be You're not just another lover No, you're everything to me Ev'rytime I'm with you, baby I can't believe it's true When you're layin' in my arms 'n' you do the things you do You can see it in my eyes I can feel it in your touch You don't have to say a thing Just let me show how much I love you, need you, oh babe I want to kiss you all over And over again I want to kiss you all over Till the night closes in Till the night closes in read more

There is no better store manager than Simeta Avery. The bartenders are fantastic, the waitstaff is fantastic, the food is always on par. The wait is never ridiculous. It's the only Chili's I will go to in the area. They are super supportive of the community. They do a lot of great work with St. Jude's and it's a clean nice place to go. read more

I visited this location from out of town and was surprised that I arrived at 7pm and finished dinner at 9:20PM. To be fair it was the weekend before XMAS, so we waited 1 hour for a table. However, once we sat the service was slow and underwhelming. We alerted the manager Josiah and he also was underwhelmed about the poor service. So to sum it up, it took about 1.5 hours to to complete a meal at Chili's which serves glorified bar food. read more

Baby back, baby back, take these baby back ribs back please. I ordered the dry rub baby back ribs, Caesar salad, and water. The lettuce was wilted, dressing was bland. We have been eating a lot of delivery and tonight we tried Chili's!! It was amazing! It was the best meal we had in weeks!! It arrived early and even with a large order, everything was correct!!! Autumn did an amazing job answering our questions before we ordered and, Alex, the manager, should be very proud of his team! It is easy to complain, but how many people share their thoughts when it is great!! Think about that! Give them a try while we are all locked in!! read more

The three for ten is an awesome deal. However, I have always had bad experiences with curbside pickup for online orders. Every time I do this I wait at least 15 minutes past the order ready time and my food is always cold. The food is still good heated up in the microwave. I just wish it went smoother and the time the test message says is accurate. read more
