I think Willy's far surpasses chipotle, Moes, or any other make your own burrito place. Just ordered on door dash and portions were perfect. Idc about customer service, they SLAP every time. The chili d'arbol, oh. My. God. So good every time. They actually remembered to put everything I ordered in, I've literally had to drive to Moe's bc they forgot my queso. Decided to try something new since I'm in town and decided to go here since I had never heard of it. I was expecting something along the lines of Moe's or Chipotle, which in terms of menu it is really similar! However it lacks a lot of flavor the pico de gallo was really watery also the salsa bar had what sounded like a great options but was also very watery and lacked flavor. I can say that they did a great job assembling the burrito and it was filled to the point where it could stand up on its own! read more

Willys was very good. I bought a few bowls and a quesadilla to take home for dinner. Everything was tasty. The guacamole had so much lime and tomatoes in it, I added two extra avocados to balance it out. Will def go back for more when in Cartersville. read more

Overstaffed for a Sunday. Three people standing around with nothing to do. Zero enthusiasm in the staff. Food was good Willy's quality as per any location, very consistent. But just felt very dead and blasé inside. Also no music playing inside , adding to the very flat feeling. Again, food was fine . If you only judge a restaurant by its food, awesome. When this place first opened, while the food was decent, the employees obviously didn't like being at work. I almost wrote the place off. The new management has done a great job of hiring excellent employees who are friendly and helpful. Food has even gotten better. 5 stars! read more

The willys in other towns is better, been here twice waiting for it to improve but food quality is average.. thought it was just me and went to the one on Barrett parkway and it was amazing as always. Great dining experience, could not have been much better. Vegan choices fresh food and the chips are perfect. You can chose a bowl, burrito or taco. And choices to build your own. Every employee was very pleasant and happy to help/serve. The salsas for the chips are fresh and really good. I will definitely be back. read more

This place was so much better than Moe's. I love burrito bowls and the amount of each ingredient that they put on the bowl was a huge amount. It was also very fresh and very hot temperature wise. I have lunch tomorrow and I'm sure that it will be great. The chips did need some salt but I will definitely be back. read more

Monica is always incredibly friendly as is Lena who speaks so quietly I just typically nod my head to whatever she says . I've been coming here for years and have considered this place a welcome addition to Cartersville- the food is great, place is clean, and the staff is wonderful- except for the exception of the general manager, Jeff. Any time I pay this location a visit I am hoping he will not be here, as he is rude to customers and his employees, and just overall brings the entire experience down. I'm not too bothered when someone seems to have had a bad day or is obviously a little irritated, but his language and behavior every time I have visited is just egregious. On multiple ocassions I have witnessed his horrendous and inappropriate behavior and look forward to the day he is removed from this store- I personally cannot believe this place retains staff, as I would be unwilling to deal with a boss as awful as he seems to be. read more

Definitely a disappointment compared to all the other Willy's I've been too. Will not be eating there ever again. Worst burrito I've ever had in my entire life. Make sure you hire staff that actually wants to do their job and not just half-assing their way through. The preparation station was filthy, they couldn't answer any of my questions about what's in certain toppings. Don't get me wrong, I love Willy's but this particular location just sucks. P.S. I came here for the first time to try this out. It was not that great because the chicken was extremely burnt and the rice was hard like a rock. Other than that the food is decent. I wouldn't recommend this place because it doesn't seem to have much standards but it wasn't so bad, I regretted trying it. I would much rather go to Moe's. read more

First time here; I had a gigantic, delicious burrito and thin crispy tortilla chips with some really good salsa.

I absolutely disagree with the average rating here! My husband and I drive to this location in particular from our home in Acworth (meaning the Chastain and Barrett locations are much closer). We visit about once per week, at least twice per month. They really fill the burritos with toppings and always give me extra toppings if I ask. Robert, whom I believe is a manager, is AMAZING. We always go during his shift (late evening) because he's super friendly and rolls a great burrito! I can only attest to the burritos here, usually I get chicken. My husband did have the Baja burrito today which he thought was pretty good too. read more

I love the food Willy's provides! I always ask for a lot of black olives and they always give me a lot. I love it. However, they are never friendly. I've been there 10 times in the last year and they never smile or greet you in a friendly way. I would definitely recommend for the management to be friendlier to the employees or get a new system. read more

Stopped for a bite and when we pulled up there were 3 employees sitting @ a booth...we went in and imediately saw how dirty the place was...I've never in my life seen a more filthy place to eat...not just the floors but every surface in the place!! The drink area needed wiped down...It made me sick...i told me husband I couldn't eat there so we left...i told the 3 young ppl there that they should clean the restaurant...and even food was dried out...it wasn't like they didn't have time...ugh!! read more

The food was really good, way better than I expected. We had the Baja Chicken, Baja Steak, Chicken Nachos, and Super Quesadilla, each was wonderful. Max made most of our food and did a great job The only reason I took away a star was for the Assistant Manager Traci who decided to make my food and rushed Max. Sorry but I have to update my earlier 5 star review. I love Wilie's but this location has problems. Last 3 visits seemed to be staffed by high school-age kids and no manager on site. Today, Sunday at noon, not busy, but chips on floors for our entire meal. No staff inspecting. My burrito shell was ice cold and I had to tell them maybe the steamer needed warming up and could they make me another one. Nobody seems to know how to make the charolita taco though it's on the menu board. My wife guides them through it. The salsa bar choices vary during our visits from ok consistency to thin as water. The hot salsa options vary from spicy to not hot at all. Though we are Cartersville residents we will go back to the Willies at Barrett Pky, Kennesaw location. Hope they get things sorted out. read more

Willys had something that no other Mexican cantina type restaurant had. The pimento cheese quesadilla. It was wonderful with the pepper jam. Then they discontinued it. Now they are just like Moes, where everything taste the same. No big competition there. read more
