I know it's a Friday night and majority of employees are teenagers . I will say the young lady at the front of house is professional and keeps it together under busy situations . but the young guy in the kitchen , was only making mistakes . my food sat out in the open for 12 minutes after I came in and they said my food was almost done getting packed up. I had to ask for fresh hot fries , one because the temp was cold and two because the young kid was using his dirty hands to out them in my box. then after waiting for 15 minutes to get my 15 min old food I open it and everything but the lemon pepper was missing its seasoning , dry still and the fries again were cold with no seasoning on them . I get them home and my son found a short black hair in the fries. which were prepared by the same young dude . if I tried to call and get some recompense for it they wouldn't answer because the phone was ringing the entire time I was there . they need more experienced staffed on weekend nights . and most of all they need to be forced to wear hair mask and gloves. it was pretty disturbing all the shit he was touching ( like sweeping up the fries he dropped in the floor) and then packing food . not once did he wash his hands . it's an open kitchen . at least act like you know that we can see you. read more

Lemon pepper wings were just Blah. No zing to the flavor, and very salty. Mostly a take out restaurant, and usually crowded. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer due to customers coming to pick up orders. Have had wings from here a few times ... not totally Impressed, but close to my house. read more

The food took like 30 minutes when we only ordered two orders of wings. Then we noticed that the man cooking out wings was chewing tobacco while cooking our meal. The food was fine, but the service is kind of crap. The food took 30 whole minutes for only two chicken sandwhiches. Not even a combo just two sandwhiches. I watched groups of people get their order before me, and they got there atleast 10 minutes after I already placed my order. The workers there were not very great at customer service. The front workers were on their phones on the shift and were kind of rude. Overall bad and immature environment maybe work on orders instead of lollygaging around the restaurant on your phones with airpods in your ears. read more

Rome, GA Wingstop. Their are 2 employees that are father and daughter. One is the manager and one is just an employee. The daughter which is the manager was extremely rude. After having to come back because they got the order wrong, I went back in to get more sauce as I asked the cashier for more sauce, the manager saw that I was asking for more and she comes from the back and said "make sure you ring him up" she kept giving me dirty looks and was completely unprofessional. When I asked why she was being so rude, she just acted like I wasn't talking to her. When she walked up to the front, the dad came up to me and told me he didn't like the way I was talking to his daughter. No time was I rude to anyone. She was even talking rudely to the other employees. Very unpleasant and make sure to always check your food before you leave. read more

Stopped by tonight for the first time. My husband and I both ordered 8 wings and fries. There was chaos in the kitchen and no manager. The kids were cussing and not working--playing on their phones. After sitting there for about thirty minutes, I asked the girl up front if they would call us for our order. She checked and it was sitting there getting cold. Took the food to the table. my husband had asked for extra crispy wings. Both of our orders were slimy and under cooked. There was little taste to the few we could eat. They were a little overwhelmed when I walked in. There was a person on the phone one standing behind the counter. Three in the back and one that appeared to be on break. I was the third customer in the store. No employee asked if we needed help. I finally just stated that I was there to make a pickup. An employee looked at the names at the bags on the rack and said my order was still being prepared. The others have there names none of the persons in the waiting areas orders were ready. Then the waiting area started to fill up fast. Then the employee finally got off the phone asked everyone's name. Low and behold My order was sitting right there on the shelf. I reached for the reached for the receipt the employee pulled it off and said it was his to keep. I figured OK mine is in the Bag. I drove home to find out no there was no receipt. Unfortunately even though I've had Wingstops before and was excited to have one in Rome, I am disappointed. Staff is way too overwhelmed with the multiple take out services that require their attention. My online order was quoted 16-21 minutes, I waited 52 minutes for my order along with an entire waiting area full of people! When I did finally get my food I was so anxious to get out of there that I didn't check my bags in the lobby. We were not only missing food, plain old easy chicken tenders for my kiddos unfortunately, but there were zero dips...we ordered 4. My recommendation is to wait until the place is running for a while and catches up to the amount of business they are going to have before trying to order from here. read more

The worst place I've ever been to! When my husband opened the door for me a worker shouted "pick up or order" we had not even stepped in the building. We ordered 15 wing meal for two and it took 40 minutes (we were the only customers in there when we ordered) the fries were COLD by then I lost my patience bc out of all the workers there there was one girl doing all the work. All the other guys were on their phones playing music cussing and carrying a conversation while the girl was doing everything! I finally asked for a refund and the man who I'm assuming is the shift manager could not mentally process giving me my money back. I had to literally tell him what bills to give me so I could have my refund. On top of bad service and cold food the place was disgusting! It was so dirty, the drink machine, windows and floors were all so gross! I would never give this place a second chance. At least not this location! read more
