Not sure why the reviews are so low. I like it here. Great burgers and the wings are good too. Servers are usually great and they're pretty quick. It's kind of like a beach restaurant inside, without the seafood. TVs all over the place, a pool table on the patio, and a couple of video games. Decent prices too. read more

Food was Terrible. I went for the all you can eat wings. Out of the 6 flavors I chose none of them have flavor. I tried for a 7th flavor the Cajun dry rub and they literally just poured some Cajun seasoning on them. Nothing was rubbed on the wings all the seasoning was at the bottom of the basket. This was the first time I used Uber to order takeout wings of course it's the Super Bowl. They were out of this world! I had ordered an extra wet and they were just dripping in the sauce. Rylee is an amazing server! she always made sure we had everything we needed, she was always checking up on us, she was so kind and sweet, and it was such a great experience thanks to her. the food was amazing, and we really enjoyed bash night! read more

If I could give them no stars I would. This was our first experiencing this restaurant and ordered online. It took 20min to get our food which I knew was going to be bad or our food wasn't going to be fresh. Guess what, it wasn't! In fact, it was so disgusting I couldn't eat it! I ordered the southwestern chicken & the rice was old, cold, burnt & looked like it had been sitting in a pan for days. Barely any toppings. The chicken was dry and stiff. I also ordered some teriyaki wings. They seemed to be old as well, microwaved, and cold. The sauce tasted watered down or something. Overall experience we will not be ordering again! read more

This place has gone way down hill. I paid $53 and they told me I couldn't have a to go box for the 4 left over wings we had. What are you gonna do, serve em to another customer??? Cheap is all that screams. And every time I go in there the price has gone up. The atmosphere was tragic as the few people that were in there were also complaining about the restaurant. At least our server was nice and friendly. The little girls at the hostess stand didn't even acknowledge us and acted like we were a bother when we came in. Even your staff doesn't wanna be there. I called to order and was put on hold for like 13 mins, 3 different times. Got to the restaurant food was cold. The lady up front was so confused. I got my food, ordered 50 wings and none of the the wing boxes were labeled, to mine this is my first time eating here. I asked about labels some random employee was all in my food and tells me what the wings were. Still didn't make a difference cause i forgot when i got home. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I ordered a (6) taster wing basket through DoorDash and only received 4 of the 6 wings in the box. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who claims he personally boxed my order and says he put all the wings in the box. He then told me that my DoorDasher must've taken 2 wings out of my box and told me that it would have to be taken up with them. He was argumentative and ugly after I told him I doubted someone took wings out of a customers box, and that it was okay to admit he possibly made a mistake. Yikes...very small wings that are definitely frozen. My girlfriend and I arrived with no one in line. Hostess was missing and it took 10 minutes for us to be seated. Wings were the smallest I've ever seen, when we asked the server she stated that the distributor had been sending small wings so they were giving more to compensate, HOWEVER, we actually received less than we ordered. (See pic, a Splenda packet was larger than our wings) A $40 bill for 2 people, and we could hold both of our orders of wings in one hand. We complained to our server when the bill came and only received a quick 'sorry'. No manager came to our table - is there even a manager there??? This explains why every other restaurant in Rome had over an hour wait while we walked right in at Buffalos. We should have walked right back out. They used to have good beer deals, but now its lackluster. Buffalo's is a lot like the McDonald's of wings; not the best wings around, but they are consistent. I ordered the platter of appetizers: chips and dip, southwest egg rolls, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and 3 dips. After waiting over 30 minutes for order to be delivered, my food was "chewy" and nothing really had a taste. The best thing on the plate were the chicken fingers. I've held off on writing this review for six months, because I wanted to reflect on my experience there(I've been there many times). I Really don't know why the management at Buffalo's can't seem to run a clean enjoyable restaurant. The service was pitiful the server screwed up the beer order to start on my last visit(and I mean last!) the food was messed up!. I had a double cheeseburger and when it was brought to the table I had to ask where is the lettuce tomato and onion and condiments? Then the server brought a paper tray back( after a long delay) with one foil package each of mustard, mayo, and catsup and scrappy pile of lettuce, tomato and one ring of onion that was obviously grabbed from the salad station. What the heck is it wrong with you people? The prices?the service? the crappy vibe? I am done with y'all. If I could give you a rating less than one star I would. I'm not a big fan of corporate restaurants but I wish someone in the Buffalos organization would come to this place and shake the stupid out of these people. read more

This was my first experience at this establishment and I must say i will never go back l.. What horrible service. The wings we so small, about the size of a sugar packet. 12 wings was $14.99 and they came to the table cold. The waitress came by once to say every thing ok as she was walking away. The bill came and we had to wait 25 minutes just for her to cash us out. The establishment was not busy in fact there was only about 6 tables occupied and there were 4 servers... One star is to much credit. Very unprofessional. The staff is dressed like they had just rolled out of bed! Very rude service and the food was crap. Bad bad bad. First, $2.75 for a drink is a little much and waitress never brought refills. Second, messed up husbands order after saying meat and cheese only on the nachos, brought out with all the toppings (had to take back and wait again). Shorted the number of wings on my wing meal. Our first clue should have been when we visited on a Saturday night during prime time football on tv and there was only three other tables seated in was is basically a sports bar type atmosphere.
