I visited Jerusalem Grill on a Sunday evening around 6:15 PM. I was greeted upon entry, and all of my questions were answered. I even asked two staff members what their favorites were. I decided to get the chicken shawarma plate! I asked if it was too late to eat in, and they told me no.The seating area was nice and cozy, and the customer service was stellar. The food was made to order, but I did not wait very long. The chicken shawarma plate was absolutely delicious! The chicken flavorful, veggies crispy and the house made hummus so tasty... I ended up having enough to take some with me, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area. I look forward to returning and trying other menu items. read more

I got the Falafel sandwich with fries and my husband got the chicken shawarma with fries. The sandwiches were filled with yummy goodness. We were both pleased with our meals the flavors were on point, soft pita bread and generously filled with food. You get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. The service was good as well we were greeted upon arrival with a smile and we were given a sample of cheesecake while we waited for our meals and it was delicious. Had the #19 kabob platter and the meat was seasoned to perfection. These serve big portions, I wish my colleague and I would have shared the plate. I came with a coworker and we both enjoyed it. We got there at 11:45 , but by 12:15 the place was hoppin! I got the kofta plate and my coworker got the lamb shawarma. The food was excellent.. fresh, good spices, and flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly. Kofta is typically straight off the skewer in one long piece and here they serve it in smaller bite sizes that makes it easier to eat. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even brought us free cheesecake samples when we were done. The ambiance was as you would expect. It was clean and nice. I have been to Rome occasionally for 2 years for work and have never been here. I will definitely return. read more

Wow this place was so good. I was in town for 3 days and ate here 2 times. It was so good I had to go back a 2nd time. The ladies working there are super friendly and service is impeccable. They take good care of you from the moment you walk in. The décor is nothing fancy but the food is exceptional. Everything was tasty and fresh. The Jerusalem salad was a favorite for us. The lab chop plate was exceptionally good. I've never had lamb chops this good. These were grilled to perfections with a slight charring of the meat and seasoning, just a flavor bomb, so good and tender. Returned on the second day for the lamb chops but they were sold out. Ordered two Gyro sandwiches and a lamb shawarma plate with extra sides of tratsiki sauce through Door Dash which ran just over 50.00. There was no hummus with the shawarma, very little meat. The sauce included was very runny similar to watered down ranch. Very disappointed. For future reference someone there should look at a recipe for tratziki it is made with yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice,garlic, salt, mint, and dill. It is thicker similar to yogurt and tastes nothing like what we received. Again 50.00 for this. read more

Wow this place is fantastic!!!! The building is a stand alone restaurant tucked back a little. We were promptly greeted at the counter. You order, get a number ,and take a seat. While you wait for your food you are treated to mid 90s pop rock. Out came the chicken hummus. I will tell you that this is some of the best I have ever had. Ever..... they put grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Not anything I'm used to but delicious! I would order this again and again. The pita it came with was fine but not sure it was homemade. The salad was a lot of food for the price. The greens were crisp and fresh. It was so satisfying and healthy. I enjoyed it without the tomatoes but it also glad red onions and cucumbers. The homemade sauce was similar to ranch but slightly different. The service was friendly and polite. She checked on us and offered us some hot sauce. It was really a nice staff overall.
