We were able to walk there; it is located on the main street in downtown (Broad) towards the eastern end. Since we walked, I can't comment definitively about parking. However, there are some side streets nearby where it appeared you could park. I think they had a couple of tables on a small area out front adjacent to the sidewalk, but it was 96 degrees out that day and the place is in full sun in the afternoon, so no one opted for that. Inside, they just have the one large dining rooms with tables spread out from the front window to the kitchen entrance near the back. We were seated promptly and the staff was efficient. They seemed to have a steady stream of customers though they always had at least one table available while we were there (on a Friday around 5:30 p.m.). The menu was pretty extensive for a small place. They include the standard Thai restaurant dishes, so we were easily able to find something. I enjoyed my Drunken Noodle and my wife also liked her dish. We had a bit left over at the end to take back to the hotel. Prices were reasonable. I did not notice other Thai places in the area, so this may be your only option. Luckily, it's a good one.
