Waited for 30 minutes for order to be brought to table. Order finally delivered without grilled chicken. Pitiful service.

Cashier was excellent - food was good. But, while I was waiting for our take out order, I watched a worker walk out of the kitchen to work behind the front counter and he was wearing gloves as he came through the door from the kitchen. He went and refilled a napkin container with fresh napkins, did a couple other odd jobs at the counter, then wiped both his hands (while he was still wearing his gloves) down the sides of his pants, and then bagged our take out sandwiches and chips, and kept working with the same gloves on. Someone needs to reteach the employees what gloves are for. read more

I was here yesterday and the Restaurant was so untidy. All the tables had plates and cups from previous customers.The service was blatantly nonexistent. My sister and I was waiting on our other sister and our niece so we could get lunch. After about 15 minutes my sister went and asked the lady behind the counter if she could clean us a table off she finally said yes and with a wet cloth clean our one table and left all the rest with food,plates spilled drinks just a messy so when my sister and neice arrived she saw we was just standing there she asked what'sgoing on and we told her that it was just not clean enough so we all left and decided to leave these reviews instead of eating there also we did call and ask to speak to the manager and she seemed like nothing was wrong and that she was fine with everything the way it was I am still working on getting a phone number for corporate read more

I've ate at many of these locations and even though I did find the service the first month opening to be outstanding the food was a little off from others.. the soups were bland and a little day old not sure what happened but they were not prepared up to par from what I remember The sandwiches my New Yorker was good but did not think the turkey club cranberry held up as good. The bread tasted old and it just didn't hold up as well as many times at other locations I know this place is new and will always return because I love the menu here I know people complain about the price but compared to Panera this is much better in my opinion read more

I've never eaten at a McCallisters Deli, and I'm a big deli fan, so I wanted to give them a try. Even if they are a chain deli. I will say with confidence that this will be the only time I eat at McCallisters. The purpose of eating out is to get something better than you can make at home. This was definitely not the case here. The food was thoroughly underwhelming and person who rang me up was rude and unpleasant. My wife got the southwest chicken spud, which was Luke warm and lacking flavor, and that basically explained everyone else's food as well, not to mention the lack of meat. I understand times are tough, but if I pay 10 bucks for a sandwich, it should have some meat on it. I would have given them 1 star, but the guy who brought us our food was super nice, so I threw in an extra star for his solid service. read more

Half of my order was missing. The restaurant also was out of Mac n cheese which was fine because I decided to swap the two sides of Mac n cheese that I had ordered for the cucumber tomato salad. Instead of getting our salads the employees thought it would be okay to give us a cup with maybe six noodles of Mac n cheese in it and then a cup of the cucumber tomato salad that was not even a third of the way full. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is the second time that something has gone wrong at this location. Definitely do not recommend and I will not be ordering or eating here again. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back. Time and time again. Terrible service, food order is usually wrong or cold, they always put the newest employee up front to deal with the disappointed customers. I've eaten at McAlister's in other locations and never an issue. This location has been like this since before Covid. It just never got better. It is also very over priced for what you get. 23 minutes to make two sandwiches (both don't require being cooked) while they were not busy at all. The chicken salad sandwich was the most pathetic looking sandwich I have ever saw, as I had to lift up the lettuce to make sure there was chicken salad even on it. I spent the last ten minutes I was there watching the kitchen to try and figure out why it was taking so long and found the majority of the staff standing around talking to one another and the rest (including the manager) prepping for the dinner rush. Ordered online and the pick was fast and easy. The nice girl at the window was very cheerful and informed me that she would check to see if my ordered was ready and she would also double check to make sure I had everything. She came back and told me to have a good night. When I got home and there was no side Mac-n-cheese with my husband's French dip. Called them to see what they would say, since they "double checked" and a guy answered and was still talking to someone in the drive through. When he finally starting taking to me he was not at all apologetic and just wanted to know if I wanted to drive back to get it. Well, that's when the review took a turn for 3 stars... As for the food, my salad was decent as well as the club. Nothing to write home about. My husband said his French dip was alright, but the au jus sauce was too salty. Today was the first time I was abl e to order from McAlister's deli. I have to say the food wasdelicious! I ordered the super spud chipotle chicken and added chili. I've never had such a huge potato! I redeemed my free iced tea for being a new app person. The tea was out of this world! I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to ordering more items from them. read more

Tried this location twice. Both times the wait was excessive. I get that everyone is short staffed right now, but 45 minutes for a sandwich? On most recent visit our name never showed up on the pickup screen and when I called the store to inquire the associate just replied "yea, sometimes names just don't show up in the screen. Just get in line and the person at the window will figure it out." If I hadn't paid in advance I'd already be gone. Can't say I'll be in a hurry to try this location again. read more

When McAlister's first opened we loved it. We had not been there in a while, so we decided to go again today. It was only a little crowded with the after church crowd, but our wait time to order was not bad at all. We ordered two regular sandwiches, potato salad, and Mac n cheese. We sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. All the tables around us received their food. Even those that came in long after us. We waited well over 30 minutes then asked the food runner to check on our food. Ten minutes later food had still not come and we asked to speak to a manager. A few minutes later the food came. My toasted sandwich was not, and I had 1/2 a serving of almost cold Mac n cheese. My husband's sandwich was not correct, but we ate anyway without complaint because we were hungry. We asked a second time to speak with a manager. That never happened. I hope that management can get it together. This wasn't a great experience but the reason for the two is the food runner was so sweet an apologetic. Management didn't seem to care. read more

First visit, not impressed, slow service from a dower staff member wearing her covid mask on her chin. At least she had a mask unlike several others in the kitchen. She then "Forgot" our order and left us waiting inside for over 20 minutes before we needed manger to "find" our order which wasn't worth waiting for. I've been to this location countless times. I've enjoyed the food, but only when they got it right. The last 6 times I've ordered through the app, at least one part of the order has been wrong. I've had to remind the person at the window each time that drinks were part of the order. The most recent time, however, was the worst experience I've had with this establishment. They tried to give me someone else's order along with mine, showing they aren't paying attention to the orders they hand out the window, forgot the drinks, left ingredients off the meals, and then argued with me about whether or not they had forgotten ingredients. The only compensation I received was a half-hearted "I apologize." As someone who has been in customer service for the last 4 years, I was appalled. This is no way to treat a paying customer that is politely asking for the meal she payed for. read more

They use the Door Dash app and 9 out of 10 of orders they mess up. Constantly have items/paid for extra ingredients missing, food sits waiting for a dasher to accept it and then always arrives cold. Willing to give them another chance once we are able to get there and try the dine-in experience. read more

Everything on the menu is good and fresh very friendly staff and very fast service. Best wraps and spicy turkey anywhere around.

We gave them another shot and I must say much improved. Food was quick and very good. We will be back!
