Went today with friends and family to Rome, GA location. Was there 30 mins and the manager came and said couldn't they serve my Indian friend ( he's from India) because he was slurring. Which in fact he was not, he had only had 1 beer. The problem is a language barrier not intoxication. That is the 2nd time they did that to him at Buffalo Wild Wings. We wanted dinner here. It was busy when we walked in, but then quickly cleared out within 15 minutes. The hostess told us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait, but we waited for over an hour. There were many 10+ empty tables throughout the store and we still weren't seated. The hostesses never came to check up on us and there was quickly a crowd in the lobby. Everyone behind us never even got checked up on by a hostess. The hostesses and waitresses were all crowded around the computer system just giggling and talking. We ended up being seated in a booth that was empty for over 45 minutes. read more

We came in at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show us a table. Then after another 10 minutes, we were brought menus. After another 15 minutes, we got up and left. We travel an hour every Sunday after church to visit the BWW in Rome, GA. There is one closer to our home but we visit the Rome location due to the wonderful service we get from Kenzie. This is the 2nd and last time I eat here. I understand help is hard to find but the order was wrong. Shorted a order of Onion Rings and the Brisket Tacos were made with burnt Brisket. Walked in the Togo door on 9/8/22 there were Tatar Tots just outside the door I watched a women almost face plant the sidewalk. The young ladies inside acted like they could careless. I would have given 0 stars if I could. They should have kept O'Charley's. Obviously the same person owns this place, he obviously doesn't care about this place either. Then there is the Dubs Tatar Tots No BBQ Sauce, No Grilled Onions, No Hatch Queso. The other Buffaloes is 10 min down the road make the drive. read more

This is our first time here and I wouldn't even give it a one star review but our waitress was trying her best and doing what she can to help. The time it took for us to get any body to the table for service. Now I can say there was only maybe 2-3 waiters working but come on. It toook over way over 30 minutes just to get drinks there was no way we were going to order an appetizer. We ordered our food, never had ordered this pizza before it looked so yummy in the picture on the menu when I get it it is so small and all crust oh and not to mention it was burnt to a crisp. My husbands Buffalo chicken nachos minus the chicken lol it had maybe one chicken finger cut up on it As we were sitting there waiting for our food we sat near the kitchen area (we could see in there thru the glass windows) there was a man with a beard and no indication that he worked in the kitchen when our waitress came back we asked her she stated he use to work here?!? What the heck was he doing in the kitchen area and going back and forth to the bar!!!! Oh and we did ask to speak to manager but "they" were too busy to come speak with us!!! It was ridiculous! I love all other Buffalo Wild Wings but this one needs some severe attention! I reached out to the corporate office with no response but here is some points for you to use on next visit. Disappointed every time. We've tried multiple times to have a successful experience here - went when they first opened and assumed service was horrendous because they were brand new. Since then we've tried to give them a shot in the restaurant and with takeout and it's never been right. Food is ALWAYS wrong. Wait times are forever. Management couldn't give a single care in the world. Ordered takeout tonight and they missed half the order and put half as many wings in the container. This was our first time a the restaurant and we went during Happy Hour where we sat at the bar. With were waited on in a timely matter. We had the chips and salsa and the regular Buffalo Wings. But the service was not, the waiter kept getting my order wrong, then when was trying to eat the manager came over and told was we had to leave because we was being racist to the waiter by calling him a name. Me and my family are not racist by no means. Why have tvs set to a football game if you arent gonna play it over the loud speaker or why count your tips right next to use or why have the servers watch the game and not serve anyone on a busy day. Sunday lunch and not at all what I had hoped. The hostess should have been my first clue. She didn't acknowledge the 8-12 people waiting in a cluster at the door. She just ask how many to the first person she looked at, grabbed menus and seated them. She had no idea who was there first but thankfully everyone was on the honor system and it wasn't an issue. Service was fair to medium. We had to ask for silverware and napkins and wait for beer when it had been sitting on the bar for 3-4 minutes with our waiter no where in sight. The entire atmosphere was less than desirable (bathrooms weren't clean - rings in sinks and toilet) and no one really seemed to be customer service oriented. No one smiled or was at all friendly. We went there to meet some friends and watch football. We were seated immediately but it was at least 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. We finally ordered two draft beers and an appetizer. We got our app and finished it and still no drinks. Our friends showed up and ordered drinks and apps and, again, the apps show up with no drinks. It was at least 20 minutes before they came to tell them that they didn't have the liquor for either of their drinks. At that point, we decided to go elsewhere and asked for our check. It was the one thing they got us quickly. I was disappointed because the food looked really good and I was looking forward to trying some wings. I realize it's difficult to find good help these days but most our the staff there looked like they would rather be anywhere than there. I doubt we'll go back. read more

This is the second time I come to this BBW location. Ordered take out at 7:32 and told it would be 15 mins to 30 mins for pick up. Well here I am an hour later and I have yet to get my food. Don't come here if you expect to be taken care of in a timely manner. For take out it should not take that long. I understand people are short staffed but if you don't have the staff to run a place simply say that or advise customers of how long the true wait time will be. read more

I've never been looking forward to having a new wing place in town and more disappointed in my life. Those wings were so dry and cold in the middle of the day, most of the staff was friendly, except for this guy named Camdon, I think his name was. He said he was the manager, but he didn't give off manager vibes and he was stuck up and rude to multiple customers and I heard him be that way to the staff. That is not how you conduct business. These cooks need more training, and the manager needs to go. The service staff and the bar was good though. read more

Absolutely the worst visit we have ever had with them. Went in to put our name in, gave them our phone number and was told that it'll be a 25-30 minute wait (which is totally fine) and that they will send us a text when our table was ready. 40 minutes go by and we went in just to see how much longer it would be. They said that we opt out of text messages from them, but I had never gotten a text to begin with. They seat us at a table, then waited 15-20 minutes before our server even greeted us. The only reason she did is because we had to ask for someone to take our drinks. It took a long time after we got our drinks for them to bring out my husband's beer, in which the whole time he was never offered another round. We got our food and they had left out a side of fries and that they would bring it right out. We never got those fries. When we asked for her to take them off our bill she was very rude and slammed the receipt on the table and said "there you go." Our bill was wrong on a few things and when we asked about it she talked to us like we were idiots. We finally get to pay and when she brings back our card she throws it on the table and not once did she say have a nice night or any kind of comment. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have gotten bad service from here but we thought to give it another try, being as they are new and I'm sure they're still trying to work out some kinks. I could totally understand if they were super busy but there were many tables unfulfilled. A lot of the employees were on their phone or standing around not doing anything. Not to mention there was another family that had sat at their table for a while and never got waited on and they got up and walked out.
