Everybody LOVED the food! The ribs are consistently tender and full of smoked flavor. You can count on their food tasting and smelling as though the cook was inspired by Edesia herself ; ). I ordered the Big John Burger with brisket, bacon BBQ sauce, and cheese on a toasted brioche bun. The burger comes with your choice of one side, so I had to try the mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was super rich and creamy. I did not have room for dessert, but I would definitely consider returning to try the Skillet Cookie, a warm chocolate chip cookie served in a mini skillet with cold vanilla ice cream. Yum... We were seated at a booth and waited for about 6 minutes with no service. No drink order, no greeting, no "I'll be right with you" nothing. A young man came up and explained that he is a busser but would be happy to get our drink order. We ordered our drinks and he left.
