Tried this location almost a year ago with not great results but I really enjoy the chain so I gave it another shot. The food was ok but the place was in desperate need of a good cleaning!! Table cloths in booths were filthy and torn. Kid hand prints with food remnants on majority of back of booth seats. The grab and go cooler was nasty with splatter on side walls. Yuck!! read more

Sorry about this location because I love the taste of chicken salad chick but for premade items , no special order, it took them a half hour to fulfill . Does not make sense with the amount of people they have preparing orders for an order for two basic menu items to be received take out . I have money left on a gift card but will not use it at this location ... the town I actually live in . Get it together chick read more

They were out of multiple items as soon as I pulled into the drive thru. Literally came out as I was ordering to put more out signs on the board which already had quite a few on it. Essentially this location is popular and doesn't stock enough. That being said I can't be mad, I've never had a bad CSC experience. As a business, it is in a league all of it's own. If the calorie count was not so high I would probably eat it for every meal, and no I am not exaggerating that is how good everything is. I ordered ahead on the app because I needed to get to work. Stood at the counter for 10 mins, only one person working the counter with a line a mile long. Finally had to just interrupt her to ask about my pick up order which had been sitting behind her on the counter the whole time. My order was wrong, they gave me a Jazzy Julie instead of what I ordered- I guess my name being Julie confused them. The crackers were stale. Just so disappointing in every way. I normally don't write reviews and give a place the benefit of the doubt, but this was all around disappointing. I won't go back to this location. read more

We've been here before when it was better. Today was so-so overall. I get the Fancy-Nancy chicken salad on a croissant with broccoli salad. It was pretty good but tea was very weak & pale. Wife noted her grape salad was basically grape soup given it was swimming in the dressing. Also, the front counter was very distracted when we arrived despite little in the way of a crowd. They couldn't seem to get the whole order together for a group sitting outside despite several people being involved. Finally in the middle of our ordering another customer walked up and interrupted with some problem that they were already working to remedy, but they stopped for a few more seconds to address it. read more

Disgusting. Do not eat here unless you enjoy flies swarming all around you while you try to eat AND dead flies all over the tables and in the windowsills. Unbelievable. Also they were out of chicken salad, yes, that's right. And they also had no carbonated drinks. Employees don't care. Spoke with manager and she just said "ok". We used to enjoy this restaurant but will never be back. This is what happens when it's run by corporate. Filthy restaurant with mediocre food. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

This is a great new spot in Rome! I particularly love their spicy pimento - it's delicious. And they have the best pickles! I love to get the scoop and get some extra crackers (wheat crackers, which I love, too). The staff is so friendly and accomodating, too! I definitely recommend. read more

This place is just so cute! There is a beautiful Mediterranean style patio outside. The inside is decorated so cute! It was really busy when I went but the service was fast and friendly. Visited this new flagship store within the first week of opening while on a quick trip to Rome. The new building is really nice. The food was super yummy and sitting on the patio was relaxing and lovely. My big complaint is that there was so much waste and excess packaging! Every individual takeout meal looked like it was served in separate plastic bags and even for dine-in meals, the forks are plastic & the buttercream cookies (that do taste really good), crackers etc. are wrapped up seperately. A more eco-friendly set up would really make this a 5 star place for me. read more

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a nice addition to Rome. We had the fancy Nancy chicken salad and pimento cheese and sweet tea. The tea was disappointing, as we expected good southern sweet tea...not sweet enough., chose lemonade instead. The pimento cheese was above average, but the chicken salad was just okay. I actually prefer my grapes cut up in my chicken salad, rather than whole. The consistency from the chicken salad was not my favorite, either. I do not like my chicken chopped so fine. It is just a preference in how you like your chicken salad. However, the flavors were very good. read more

I really enjoy eating here,I despise the drive-thru. The young lady that is always manning the window-is somewhat pushy. she will throw your food at you and not say thank you.
