They once threw away my receipt without asking if I want it, THEN decided to ask if I wanted it, and I said "I did but it's fine", and instead of accepting my decline or reprinting the receipt, they FISH IT OUT OF THE TRASH AND GIVE IT TO ME. Found multiple short, black, curly hairs in my milkshake. And while those were all on separate occasions, here is something that happens without fail at EVERY ZAXBY'S location. You pay for every single sauce you get, and THEN THEY DON'T GIVE THEM. Most fast food chains at least let you have a couple free sauces and charge you for excessive amounts. But Zaxby's charges for every individual sauce. And then you find that it's not in your bag or any of your boxes. I think it's ridiculous to charge for a 1 tablespoon serving of sauce in the first place, but then to hold them hostage from customers is insane. It happens so much I almost think the managers TELL their employees to do this so that they can make a couple extra bucks. The workers are always cold and miserable towards you. No matter how many times you say "thank you", "good evening", "have a good day", it's always the same. And I know it's not just my bad luck either, I've never heard anything good about the Cartersville Zaxby's. I got my blood drawn the other week, and the workers were talking lunch, and upon someone suggesting Zaxby's, another worker shared that they got food poisoning from this location recently.... The fries had the potential to be really good given they were the skin-on fries that I typically love. But they were very soggy and not even a small amt of crispiness to them. All that being said, this place has all the potential to be a good burger joint. Cleaning the restaurant needs to be the top priority.
