He said his potatoes were also undercooked but aside from having to add lots of salt and pepper that his was decent. In the past couple years, I've been to Zaxby's only a couple times, and here is my experiences: waiting 45 minutes in a parking lot while waiting for an order that was placed ONLINE 20 MINUTES BEFOREHAND. They once threw away my receipt without asking if I want it, THEN decided to ask if I wanted it, and I said "I did but it's fine", and instead of accepting my decline or reprinting the receipt, they FISH IT OUT OF THE TRASH AND GIVE IT TO ME. Found multiple short, black, curly hairs in my milkshake. And while those were all on separate occasions, here is something that happens without fail at EVERY ZAXBY'S location. You pay for every single sauce you get, and THEN THEY DON'T GIVE THEM. Most fast food chains at least let you have a couple free sauces and charge you for excessive amounts. But Zaxby's charges for every individual sauce. And then you find that it's not in your bag or any of your boxes. I think it's ridiculous to charge for a 1 tablespoon serving of sauce in the first place, but then to hold them hostage from customers is insane. It happens so much I almost think the managers TELL their employees to do this so that they can make a couple extra bucks. The workers are always cold and miserable towards you. No matter how many times you say "thank you", "good evening", "have a good day", it's always the same. And I know it's not just my bad luck either, I've never heard anything good about the Cartersville Zaxby's. I got my blood drawn the other week, and the workers were talking lunch, and upon someone suggesting Zaxby's, another worker shared that they got food poisoning from this location recently.... Served on a soft hoagie roll and stacked with ham, roast beef, shredded cabbage, pickles, a creole mustard and debris. That's "debris" the secrete ingredient in the Ferdi sandwhich that's sets it apart and raises the sandwhich flavor to "over the moon"! Mike Place is a small "hole in the wall" kinda place, one of those hidden jewels. Located at 122 Old Mill Rd. next to the BP gas station in a mostly industrial area.
