I love their food and drinks! It is my new favorite place to eat. I have had Fish, BBQ, Ribs, Sausage----its all good.

Eating at Bobby Q was an all around great experience starting with out server Kylie who was so sweet and accommodating! She told us a little about the history of the restaurant and was very attentive with out being obtrusive. We shared a meal and our toddlers did too and Kylie brought them out already separated on individual plates which was so perfect! My husband said the complimentary cornbread was the best he ever had and the rest of our meal, the three meat combo, didn't disappoint either. It was large portions more than the two of us could even finish. We finished the meal with the complimentary donuts. Thanks for a great experience Kylie and the rest of the team at Bobby Q! read more

We shared the whole hog with 4 hungry adults and still had leftovers! Delish!! And those donuts at the end... holy yum!

On a Saturday night me and the wife decided to drive down to Bobby Q to give it a shot. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Service from Eliz was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was perfect for us. I highly recommend coming to Bobby Q and if you get the pleasure of dealing with Eliz you will be absolutely amazed with the first class customer service they offer at this establishment! Also, Jennie was super helpful and her and my wife struck up an awesome conversation, best restaurant in the area !! read more

Really good ribs with fries! Great customer service ! I love the corn bread ! I would surely recommend

Cornbread is phenomenal however it's not even close to good barbecue well overpriced for the quality of food

It was amazing. So worth to money. !!! I highly recommend the food . I never had amazing bbq food like here. People are friendly.

First time eating here. Chris at the bar served a tasty craft old fashioned and provided a nice intro to the restaurant. Had the brisket rolls on his recommendation which were amazing. Lots of meat, great flavor. The bbq sauce was a little sweet for me but I loved it. Had the ribs/ steak combo and it was out of this world! Meaty ribs and tender juicy flavorful steak. Service by Drew was wonderful and prompt. Manager Cameron was on the ball and very watchful. The donuts were a great (but not for the waistline) surprise. I will definitely be back as soon as I worked off this meal. read more

The restaurant has changed a few times over the years, now it's a BBQ restaurant. I like this place! The food is tasty, the server was good, and the inside and outside ambiance is great. I will come back for sure read more

This is one of our favorite "go to" spots. The food is always delicious and the service has always been on par with the food.

We had a great dinner her last night. Two couples shared the Whole Hog Heaven. The sides were small, so we ordered a couple of extras. The mac and cheese was amazing. Skip the mashed potatoes. We had St. Louis ribs, baby back ribs, brisket and pulled pork. All were BBQ was delicious and tender. And....they bring you a little bag of fresh donuts....BONUS!! The service was great and the restaurant was comfortable and fairly quiet. Will be back! read more

Excellent food! The Q-rolls were SO GOOD! We loved the atmosphere and the doughnuts at the end of the meal is a very nice touch. Abby, our server, was very fun and energetic. Great place to check out. We will definitely be back read more

This is our first time to eat dinner here and let me tell you this place is the bomb! I had the brisket and you don't need to use your knife, you can cut it with a fork and the chicken was moist. Love the mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. Of all the places I've tried BBQ this place is on the top of that list! I truly recommend this place to everyone who loved BBQ plus our waiter was awesome and very helpful. Will be back again. read more

Good food. Slightly pricey but not a show stopper. Always enough food to take home left overs.

Famous Dave's who. The service is better. Food is best BBQ in a sit down restaurant in east valley. Enjoy this place

Good Food, Great Portions, Excellent Service. Anytime we have gone there and experienced an issue, management fixes it immediately

Always awesome food and service! Favorites are lunch specials that include the salad! Woot Woot! The brisket melts in your mouth like buttah. The pulled BBQ chicken, Pork, Sirloin Steak, and ribs are Yummy too! We have not met a server yet that was not nice and wanted to deliver the best to us. Oh did I mention the freshly made corn bread and mini donuts. read more

Tried this place for the first time since I've heard the one in Phoenix is excellent. Hands down, so much better than the dump RT O'Sullivans, so glad they're gone. Huge menu. Great BBQ and the pulled pork sandwich was the best I have ever had- they cook the pork for 18 hrs so it's really tender. Happy hour is until 6pm, no BBQ items available on the Happy Hour menu though. Lots of beers on draft and friendly service. Their cinnamon fried donuts make a great dessert too. read more

Nice environment and great food but you'll walk out of the restaurant smelling like a deep fryer. I had to go home and shower before I continued on with my night. read more

We often try BBQ (over the years and across many states). This is the best BBQ we have had. We had the The Whole Hog to sample different meats, with the baby back ribs and St. Louis style ribs, the brisket and the chicken. This was a generous half rack of each rib type, 1/2 chicken, and 5-6 oz of brisket. The brisket was the moistest brisket we have ever had. All of the meat was "fall off the bone" tender. Everything was very tasty. We had the roasted corn (a bowl off the Cobb with a couple slices of on the Cobb) and the mashed potatoes - both nice, and the mac & cheese which is very cheesy and creamy. Each were about a pint. It also comes with moist cornbread (3 pieces). There was enough food for us to make six meals out of this and we took most of it home We also had an appetizer, the Cajun shrimp, which was flavorful without being very spicy and made with very large shrimp. They handed out free mini donuts at the end. We are. It donut people and we're full but the batter was very flavorful and after a taste and going back for just one more taste they were all eaten. From now this will be the place we go for barbecue as it is so much better than the rest. read more

We have been here twice and love it! Great service, hot cornbread, warm BBQ sauce on the side, free donuts to take home. The food is a little pricey, but when we want good BBQ and to spoil ourselves we'll come here. read more

I was a huge fan of this place until the last time I visited. The food is overpriced and the donuts were stale. Service is horrible.

Service was very good. Food quality was top notch except for the brisket which had too much fat that could have been trimmed off. Next time I'll order the baby back ribs and steak and avoid the brisket. We had a very good dining experience at Bobby Q but be prepared for the noise - it is loud there! read more

Brisket sandwich is very tender and melts in your mouth!... Server was friendly and prompt with our order.

Best barbecue I've ever had!! The corn bread is to die for! Great service as well!! We had an amazing experience!

had a large group of about 35 for my mom's 90th BD last night at mesa location. Nothing but outstanding service and food. Waiters were outstanding and the manager (I think Nate) checked to make sure all was well several times. food was excellent and timely. Any more eating out this will be my 1st choice!! read more

Why does this place smell like a sewer around perimeter from the parking lot to the front door? We arrived for a wedding party. 65 minutes went by before appetizers came out! And they were preplanned. Not cool. read more

Service was great but food was meh. Stopped in Sunday for lunch and we're seated right away. My wife and I both ordered the brisket sandwich per the waiter's recommendation and the kids had brisket and a cheeseburger. The cornbread that came out quickly after we ordered was great and our food came out shortly after. While my wife enjoyed the brisket, I was disappointed as it was very dry and somewhat tough. Maybe you need to specify you want fatty brisket but I thought it would at least have some flavor. The BBQ sauce that was on the brisket was just ok and I would have preferred it not to be on the sandwich and there be multiple sauces that you can add. My wife has the baked beans which she said were good while I had the Mac and cheese which I thought was pretty good- very cheesy with a nice crust. My son's brisket had a little bit of fat so I tried a price which was definitely better than my sandwich but nothing amazing. The shoestring fries with both kids meals were great. The highlight was for sure the donuts, which is disappointing at a BBQ restaurant to say the least. read more

Great staff, good food and cute outdoor, pet-friendly environment. The food is so good and they get it to you quickly. 10/10. Would recommend for burgers or a great salad. read more

Great food! Good service! A little pricey but the atmosphere is awesome! And there donuts at the end are to die for!!

I have been looking for a good BBQ place for the 25 years I have been living in AZ. Coming from the south we have very high standards for BBQ. FINALLY, I have found BBQ heaven! Granted their prices are pretty high but worth every penny! My only go to in Gilbert was Joe's and after eating here. We went back to Joe's and my hubby and I looked at each other and said never again! There is no comparison Bobby Q has got it all, amazing service, mouth watering BBQ and their sides are top notch!! And don't get me started on their FREE DESSERT! Yes, fresh, hot, melting, soft, sugar donuts of goodness melting in your mouth! If you have 2-3 people I recommend the Whole Hog Heaven, seems like a lot of money but we can get 4 meals out of this serving! Oh and their french fry strings on to die for! ENJOY this is a no miss! read more

I'm an avid bbq connoisseur. So you could take it from me that this place is amazing. Chowed down on some brisket along with Mac and cheese and of course a baked potato. Corn bread there is a must have!! Food was all very fresh and delicious, our server Rebekah took care of us excellently. 10/10 would go back!f read more

A must! The BBQ is amazing- very tender meat and great flavor. Also love the fresh baby donuts your get with your bill!

Had a bad experience and the chef apologized. I've since gone back several times and have never had issues. The food is top quality.

Ate here for the first time today, would definitely go back. The Mac and cheese was amazing!!! Great food, great service!!!

Smoke house burger is the best , always enjoy our experience , highly recommend it !!!

Lunch time specials are great! Gonna try the fish fry next. Drew was a great server. Great atmosphere too!

The food here was really good. The ribs were fall-off-the bone tender, and the brisket was excellent as well. I'll be back!

Food was fabulous as usual Service was less than stellar Food arrived before our drinks, had no cutlery to eat our cornbread. Had to request towelettes because the server didn't offer them. Will go back for the food definitely read more
